The housing end cover 1 in this embodiment is a rear end cover structure of the transmission, which is located at a shaft end of a power shaft of the transmission.
The oil pump 2 in this embodiment is a common mechanical pump, such as a gear pump, and the interface of the oil pump 2 is connected to the power shaft of the transmission in a key connection manner, and the transmission is used for driving the oil pump 2. Of course, a mounting hole suitable for mounting the oil pump 2 is further provided on the housing end cover 1 to fix the body of the oil pump 2 on the housing end cover 1. The oil pump 2 in this embodiment is installed outside the housing end cover 1, a via hole is processed on the housing end cover 1 at the installation position corresponding to the oil pump 2, and the interface of the oil pump 2 passes through the via hole and is connected with the power shaft.

The specific oil guide hole 52 includes a first oil hole 521 disposed parallel to the axial direction of the coupling portion 51 and a second oil hole 522 disposed perpendicular to the axial direction of the coupling portion 51, and the first oil hole 521 communicates with the second oil hole 522. If the oil inlet end of the oil inlet pipe 32 is directly connected to the second oil guide hole 522 of the oil guide bolt 5, when the oil guide bolt 5 is mounted on the end cover of the housing, the first oil guide hole 521 is communicated with the interior of the transmission, and the lubricating oil in the transmission can directly enter the oil inlet pipe 32 through the oil guide hole 52, so that the integrated design of fixing and communicating the oil pipes in the circulating oil path is realized, and the integral structure of the circulating oil path is effectively simplified. Other parts such as the fixing and communication of the oil return pipe 33 are the same as the principle of the oil inlet pipe 32, and are not described in detail herein.
Because the lubricating oil is used in the transmission in a circulating mode, impurities are easily doped in the lubricating oil in the circulating process, an oil filter is arranged at the oil inlet pipe, the impurities in the lubricating oil are filtered, and the impurities are prevented from entering the oil pump and damaging the oil pump.
As a modified embodiment, an oil cooler may be further installed on the oil return pipe 33 to implement a cooling process on the lubricating oil, so as to prevent the lubricating oil from being too hot and affecting the operation of the parts inside the transmission.
In this embodiment, in order to fully lubricate the internal parts of the transmission, a plurality of oil injection holes 311 are provided on the wall of the forced lubricating oil pipe 31. The oil spray holes 311 in this embodiment are generally circular holes, and the distribution of the oil spray holes on the forced lubrication oil pipe 31 corresponds to the positions of the parts requiring lubrication inside the transmission, so as to reduce the process and time of machining. As a modification, the oil injection holes 311 are also uniformly distributed on the forced lubricating oil pipe 31 to improve the adaptability thereof, and can be used in different transmissions.
As the deformation, still can be at valve body structures such as the end installation tee bend of producing oil, can set up a plurality of compulsory lubricating oil pipes at the end of producing oil, a plurality of compulsory lubricating oil pipes stretch into the different positions in the derailleur in order to realize the more abundant lubricated effect to the derailleur.
