The invention provides a horizontal rotating mechanism suitable for a net hanging rod ectopic movable hinged support, which comprises a lantern ring, a lantern ring seat cover body and a plurality of balls, wherein the lantern ring seat is arranged at the lower part of the lantern ring, the lantern ring seat is limited in the lantern ring seat cover body, the upper part of the lantern ring seat cover body is provided with a through hole for a connecting part of the lantern ring and the lantern ring seat to penetrate out, the lantern ring seat cover body is an annular cover formed by splicing at least two valve bodies, the periphery of the lantern ring seat cover body is connected with a left platform or a right platform, and the balls are also arranged between the lower side surface of the lantern ring seat in the lantern ring seat cover body and the upper side surface of the left platform or; the lantern ring is sleeved on the external net hanging rod in an empty mode, and the tail end of the net hanging rod is detachably connected with an anti-falling end head. The invention can meet the butt joint requirements of angle deflection and axial slippage of adjacent net hanging rods during construction operation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building construction.
Background
In the construction process of high-rise buildings, a horizontal protective net for receiving falling objects is required to be additionally arranged on the outer side of the scaffold along a certain height. Usually, the protective net is a large mesh net body formed by weaving fiber ropes in a staggered manner, and the periphery of the large mesh net body is connected with a steel pipe and accessories thereof.
Because the risk of the operation of erecting the horizontal protective net outside the scaffold is higher, and according to the higher requirement of the protection enhancement of the falling object protective net, the common large-mesh net body needs to be changed into the falling object protective net with stronger bearing force, the weight of the falling object protective net and the erecting area of the falling object protective net are correspondingly increased, and the risk is higher undoubtedly by adopting the traditional protective net erecting mode.
To solve this problem, we consider improving the way of building a rack by assembling the falling object protection net and its net hanging rod in the floor or in the rack, and then extending it outward in the horizontal direction until it reaches a predetermined position. However, because the area and the weight of the novel falling object protective net support are large, the falling object protective net located on the side face of the same building is difficult to be expanded outwards at one time. Therefore, we further consider that the falling protection net is expanded outwards in sections, which requires that the butt joint connection between two adjacent net hanging rods of the external net cannot be a rigid connection, but should be a flexible connection, i.e. the adjacent net hanging rods need to be capable of bending and can adapt to the sliding of the axial length of the net hanging rods, so that the outward expansion of the falling protection net in sections can be realized.
