To avoid the condensed water from adhering to the inner wall of the treatment tank 2; as shown in fig. 1, an exhaust pipe 3 is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the treatment box 2 through bolts; the exhaust pipe 3 can be arranged to lead out the water vapor and the coating liquid vapor which are avoided by the knob 29, so that the condensed water is prevented from being attached to the inner wall of the treatment tank 2.
