In the past, when a furnace mouth is plugged, a contour plate is adopted for plugging, an operator stands on a fire damper, the contour plate is placed inside a scrap steel bucket, the scrap steel bucket is hung to the position of the furnace mouth by using a crane, and the operator pushes the contour plate in the scrap steel bucket to the furnace mouth to plug the furnace mouth.
This method of operation has the following problems:
1. when the contour plate is installed, two persons are needed to push the contour plate to a furnace mouth on the fire doors on two sides respectively, the contour plate is large in size and difficult to push, the installation position of the contour plate is not convenient to master simultaneously, repeated operation is needed, and the labor intensity is high.
2. Because the contour plate is thin, after being baked at high temperature, the contour plate is deformed and collapsed, and the water retaining effect is poor.
At present, a safe and efficient plugging method is not available, the plugging effect is improved, the furnace mouth plugging speed is increased, and the labor intensity is reduced.
