Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial cleaning agents, and relates to an industrial cleaning agent universal for spraying and soaking.
Background
The traditional industrial cleaning agent is generally divided into two types of cleaning agents for soaking and spraying according to the height of foam. The soaking type industrial cleaning agent has high foam and strong cleaning force, but the foam can overflow when the soaking type industrial cleaning agent is used for spraying. The spray type industrial cleaning agent has low foam but weak cleaning force, and can not wash off dirt when being used for soaking and cleaning. The existing industrial cleaning agent is not enough in cleaning force if the cleaning agent is used universally or the cleaning agent used by spraying is directly used on soaking. Or the soaked industrial cleaning agent is added into the organic silicon defoaming agent for defoaming, but the defects are great, organic silicon is easily adsorbed on metal products and cannot be washed away, and the subsequent processes of phosphating, vitrification and the like are uneven in film forming.
The prior art discloses an efficient and multifunctional industrial cleaning agent with the patent number of CN201510659938.9 and a preparation method thereof, the cleaning agent consists of modified acrylic resin, fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether, a rust remover, an organic solvent and deionized water, and the weight percentage is as follows: modified acrylic resin: 15% -20.8%, emulsifier: 3.4% -6.8%, rust remover: 5% -10%, organic solvent: 8-16 percent of deionized water; the efficient multifunctional industrial cleaning agent has the advantages of easily available raw materials, low price, simple process, short preparation period (1h), excellent performance, wide test range, capability of being used at normal temperature, wiping, brushing, dipping and spraying, less waste residue discharge and less environmental harm; the efficient multifunctional industrial cleaning agent has high rust removal efficiency and good effect, and can achieve good rust removal effect by only covering the metal surface for 5min and washing with water, and is convenient to operate.
The cleaning agent has a cleaning function and can be used in spraying and soaking, but has the defect of weak cleaning agent.

TABLE 1
The result is achieved: the above values are the average values after three experiments, and the table shows that the cleaning agent has uniform and good cleaning effect. The increase of the amount of the dispersant and the alkali is more obvious for improving the cleaning effect, and the reduction of the addition amount of the surfactant is also very obvious for weakening the cleaning effect.
And (3) foam testing: an industrial cleaner was obtained using the above 4 examples, 1:20 with water, and then the foam height was measured with a small spray tester. The foam height was recorded at different times. Specific test data are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
30min | 120min | |

Example 4 | 2cm | 3cm |
The experimental results are as follows: the above values are the average values after three experiments, and the above data show that all four examples can effectively reduce the generation of foams. The increase in the amount of the dispersant and the alkali is effective for controlling the foam, but the effect is not changed in the compounding ratio of the surfactant and the effect of the addition amount is large.
The results of the two tests were combined and number 2 was relatively balanced in terms of foam and cleaning power. The foam is not high, and the cleaning force is strong.
