Abstract
本发明涉及冲压件生产工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种冲压件防锈保护膜。所述冲压件防锈保护膜按照总量份由以下原料组成:聚氨基树脂10‑20份、亚硝酸盐6‑12份、增韧树脂3‑7份、氯磺化聚乙烯30‑55份、硅酸乙酯10‑18份、装丙乳液8‑15份、铝粉2‑9份和硫酸锌5‑7份;本发明保护膜具有高强耐磨、附着力强﹑隔离性好﹑耐候性好﹑抗冲击等优点,冲压件经一次处理后可连续重复使用,大大提高冲压件使用寿命,节省成本有着极高的经济价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及冲压件生产工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种冲压件防锈保护膜。
背景技术
冲压件是靠压力机和模具对板材、带材、管材和型材等施加外力,使之产生塑性变形或分离,从而获得所需形状和尺寸的工件(冲压件)的成形加工方法。冲压和锻造同属塑性加工(或称压力加工),合称锻压。冲压的坯料主要是热轧和冷轧的钢板和钢带。冲压是高效的生产方法,采用复合模,尤其是多工位级进模,可在一台压力机上完成多道冲压工序,工程的地质勘探应用技术,实现由带料开卷、矫平、冲裁到成形、精整的全自动生产,生产效率高,劳动条件好,生产成本低。在现在的工厂机械生产中,冲压件的应用越来越广泛,但在现有的冲压件表面很容易在使用过程中遭到磨损、外力损坏或者被氧化腐蚀,表面很少经过特殊处理,导致强度不够。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决冲压件中的技术问题。为此,本发明提出一种冲压件防锈保护膜。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种冲压件防锈保护膜按照总量份由以下原料组成:聚氨基树脂10-20份、亚硝酸盐6-12份、增韧树脂3-7份、氯磺化聚乙烯30-55份、硅酸乙酯10-18份、装丙乳液8-15份、铝粉2-9份和硫酸锌5-7份。
进一步的,上述一种冲压件防锈保护膜,所述冲压件防锈保护膜按照总量份由以下原料组成:聚氨基树脂15-20份、亚硝酸盐3-20份、增韧树脂4-7份、氯磺化聚乙烯30-70份、硅酸乙酯5-15份、装丙乳液5-10份、铝粉3-10份、硫酸锌4-8份。
进一步的,上述一种冲压件防锈保护膜,所述冲压件防锈保护膜按照总量份由以下原料组成:聚氨基树脂13份、亚硝酸盐8份、增韧树脂5份、氯磺化聚乙烯35份、硅酸乙酯12份、装丙乳液9份、铝粉3份、硫酸锌6份。
上述一种冲压件防锈保护膜,包括冲压件表面处理步骤:
将聚氨基树脂、氯磺化聚乙烯、亚硝酸盐、硅酸乙酯、硫酸锌和铝粉重量比混合,在100-120℃下搅拌30-45分钟;
按上述重量比再加入增韧树脂、装丙乳液,继续搅拌反应20-30分钟;
将混合制得得反应液加热至50-70℃,将冲压件放入制好的反应液中浸渍15-20分钟,取出晾干。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构后,本发明保护膜具有高强耐磨、附着力强﹑隔离性好﹑耐候性好﹑抗冲击等优点,冲压件经一次处理后可连续重复使用,大大提高冲压件使用寿命,节省成本有着极高的经济价值。

实施例1
一种冲压件防锈保护膜,所述冲压件防锈保护膜按照总量份由以下原料组成:聚氨基树脂13份、亚硝酸盐8份、增韧树脂5份、氯磺化聚乙烯35份、硅酸乙酯12份、装丙乳液9份、铝粉3份、硫酸锌6份。
实施例2
一种冲压件防锈保护膜,所述冲压件防锈保护膜按照总量份由以下原料组成:聚氨基树脂17份、亚硝酸盐9份、增韧树脂7份、氯磺化聚乙烯25份、硅酸乙酯10份、装丙乳液13份、铝粉5份、硫酸锌4份。
实施例3
一种冲压件防锈保护膜,所述冲压件防锈保护膜按照总量份由以下原料组成:聚氨基树脂18份、亚硝酸盐12份、增韧树脂6份、氯磺化聚乙烯39份、硅酸乙酯15份、装丙乳液11份、铝粉6份、硫酸锌8份。

1.一种冲压件防锈保护膜,其特征在于:所述冲压件防锈保护膜按照质量份由以下原料组成:聚氨基树脂10-20份、亚硝酸盐6-12份、增韧树脂3-7份、氯磺化聚乙烯30-55份、硅酸乙酯10-18份、装丙乳液8-15份、铝粉2-9份和硫酸锌5-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种冲压件防锈保护膜,其特征在于:所述冲压件防锈保护膜按照质总量份由以下原料组成:聚氨基树脂7-25份、亚硝酸盐3-20份、增韧树脂4-7份、氯磺化聚乙烯20-40份、硅酸乙酯5-15份、装丙乳液5-10份、铝粉3-10份、硫酸锌4-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种冲压件防锈保护膜,其特征在于:所述防锈保护膜按照质量份由以下原料组成:聚氨基树脂13份、亚硝酸盐8份、增韧树脂5份、氯磺化聚乙烯35份、硅酸乙酯12份、装丙乳液9份、铝粉3份、硫酸锌6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种冲压件防锈保护膜,其特征在于:包括冲压件表面处理步骤:
将聚氨基树脂、氯磺化聚乙烯、亚硝酸盐、硅酸乙酯、硫酸锌和铝粉重量比混合,在100-120℃下搅拌30-45分钟;
按上述重量比再加入增韧树脂、装丙乳液,继续搅拌反应20-30分钟;
将混合制得得反应液加热至50-70℃,将冲压件放入制好的反应液中浸渍15-20分钟,取出晾干。
