The color master batch created by the invention has the ultraviolet resistance, is suitable for the production of plastic products with high mechanical property requirements and the ultraviolet resistance.

Technical Field

Background
Color concentrates are high-concentration pigment mixtures prepared by mixing a carrier resin with a large amount of pigment, which contain an excess amount of pigment. In the industrial production process, a small amount of color master batch is mixed with uncolored resin to prepare a colored resin product meeting the design requirement.
Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic resin that is widely used, has excellent processability and low water absorption, and can maintain good mechanical properties even in a low-temperature environment. However, the polyethylene material has poor aging resistance, and is easy to age in a use environment with strong ultraviolet rays, so that the mechanical property of the polyethylene material is greatly reduced, and the service life of a product is further influenced. If the unmodified polyethylene material is prepared into color master batch and added into a product with higher ageing resistance requirement, the environmental stress cracking resistance of the final product is greatly reduced and even unqualified. Therefore, the polyethylene material needs to be modified to prepare a polyethylene color master batch with excellent ultraviolet resistance and aging resistance to adapt to different required use conditions.

The pigment is one or more of phthalocyanine blue, permanent yellow, azo red, cadmium yellow, titanium dioxide, carbon black, titanium yellow, anthraquinone orange and benzimidazole yellow.
The ultraviolet resistant agent is one or more of ultraviolet absorbent UV9, ultraviolet absorbent UV531, light stabilizer HPT, ultraviolet absorbent UVP327 and ultraviolet absorbent RMB.
The antioxidant is one or more of antioxidant 1010, antioxidant 1076, antioxidant DNP, antioxidant DLTP and antioxidant 168.
The lubricant is one or more of zinc stearate, stearic acid, ethylene bis stearamide and polyethylene wax.
The preparation method of the ultraviolet-resistant polyethylene color master batch comprises the following steps: weighing 60-90 parts of high-density polyethylene resin, 10-30 parts of linear low-density polyethylene resin, 40-60 parts of pigment, 0.5-2 parts of anti-ultraviolet agent, 1-3 parts of antioxidant and 3-7 parts of lubricant according to parts by weight, and putting into an internal mixer for internal mixing at 130 ℃ for 10-20 min; and after discharging, adding the material mass into a double-screw extruder through a feeder to perform extrusion granulation, wherein the extrusion temperature is 160 ℃, and the screw rotation speed is 80-150 rpm. The particle size of the carbon black is 30-50 nm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the high-density polyethylene resin and the linear low-density polyethylene resin are mixed to generate performance complementation, and the problems that the pigment is difficult to disperse in the high-density polyethylene resin and the mechanical property of the linear low-density polyethylene resin is poor are solved. Meanwhile, the antioxidant and the ultraviolet resistant agent are added in the preparation process of the color master batch, so that the aging resistance of the color master batch is improved, the color master batch can be applied to the production of products with high aging resistance requirements in actual production, and the weather resistance of the products is improved.
