Abstract

可变相位定位装置
本专利申请是美国专利申请序号No.08/085,341的部分继续,后者是现已作为美国专利No.5,266,044发布的美国专利申请序号No.07/912,071的部分继续,该专利是现已放弃的美国专利申请序号No.07/675,389的一个继续。
用于工业和商业场所的配电馈线系统。
在此结合作为对比的如美国专利No.5,266,044和美国专利申请No.08/085,341中所透露的电气配电馈线系统中,邻接部分的端头有可能变得轴向错位或导体有可能变得角度移动。轴向错位通常发生在长期运行中并可能是由于错位的系统支撑物或电气配电系统部分必须绕过的的诸如结构支撑物,管道或沟槽结构障碍物的结果所造成。邻接的部分之间的角度错位可能是在长期运行中因压挤过程在外壳中的轻微变形所引起而发生。
本发明提供了用于解决预接母线硬管馈电系统的邻接部分的电导体之间的轴向和角度的错位的可变相位定位装置。第一目标是通过提供用于包封数个柔性电导体的柔性防护外壳而实现的。一硬端子装在每一柔性导体的每一末端使得这些端子穿过壳体的端头向外伸出。该壳体及其包封的电导体可被定向,使得在壳体的一端伸出的端子的纵轴不同于该壳体另一端伸出的纵轴。
第二个目标是通过在壳体的每一末端装设可旋转的端子的底托而实现的。每一端子底托装在该柔性壳体上,使得它可相对于该壳体旋转。每一电端子牢固地装在端子底托中,其安装的方式是使得它可以独立于该底托中的其他端子旋转。
本发明的另一目的是提供绕过诸如结构件,管道或沟槽等障碍物同时保持预接母线硬管馈电系统整体的轴向对齐。

图1表示根据本发明制造的可变相位定位装置的装配的一段。

在叙述本发明的一个实施例之前,应当理解,本发明就其专利申请是不限于构造和叙述或附图中所示的细节的。本发明可以有其他实施方式并可以各种其他途径实践或实行。而且应当理解这里所用的习语或术语目的在于叙述而不应视为限制。
图1示出根据本发明的整个由标号10所表示的可变相定位装置。可变相定位装置10包括具有两个端头的一个柔性护套14。接近两个末端的每一个的是端头件18,端子底托22,固定套管26以及多个电端子30。护套14一般为管状并由市售柔性金属管制成,诸如波纹软管,联锁软管或不透液导管。按其设计性质,柔性金属管一般具有伸展长度和压缩长度,压缩长度短于伸展长度。如图2所示,对于配电系统中每一电相装有一个或多个柔性电导体34。对于每一相所需的电导体34的数目由可变相定位装置10所连接的配电系统的额定电流以及可变相定位装置10中所用所用的34的电导体34的额定电流决定。每一导体34的长度由护套14的伸展长度决定。导体34有足够的长度,使得护套14在其最大伸展长度时它们不会被拉紧。护套14的内径的尺寸要使得导体34在护套14的充分压缩的长度时不会被禁止其在护套14内转动。由于本发明的可变相定位装置10的两端包括相同的元件的类型和数目,故以下的说明仅限于该装置的一端。
现参见图2,可看到每一导体34围有电绝缘套层38。每一导体34具有除去了预选长度的套层38的端头42,从而露出导体的表面。端子30相当坚硬并一般为圆拄形。每一端子30具有伸出的端头46,一导体容纳端50以及台阶54。现参见图3,个剥掉可看到导体容纳端50比伸出端46具有较大的外径,由此在它们的结合处形成台阶54。导体容纳端50确定了具有预定深度的孔径58孔径58的预定深度决定了从导体34的末端42所剥掉的套层38的长度。孔径58的直径对于容纳插入孔径58的导体34的端头42是足够大的并用诸如压紧接线螺栓等适当的方法固定在其中。在较佳实施例中用于把导体34紧固在孔径58中的方法将提供导体34与端子30之间的良好的电接触。端子30在伸出的末端46附近还包括一环形的止动槽62。
再参见图2,可看到端件18一般为管形,它确定了连通护套端66与端子底托端70之间的通道。现在参见图4看进一步的细节,护套端头66确定了其尺寸可滑动地适配容纳护套14端头的孔径。端面卡在护套底托端70,一个支撑法兰向内伸出,从而确定了小于护套端头66处的孔径的直径的孔径。护套14的末端通过护套端头66滑动地装入,直到紧靠支撑法兰74,该法兰形成了一阻挡,由此防止了护套14通过末端70。在护套4的末端上安装了端件18后,通过沿护套端头66的焊接或压接等方法该端件被固定在护套14上。端件18还具有刻了螺纹的外表面78。
再参见图2,端子底托22一般为圆拄形并由电绝缘材料制成。它具有第一端面82,第二端面86和位于第一端面82附近的环形法兰90。第一端面82的尺寸使得可松结合地通过由端件18的支撑法兰74所确定的孔径装入。端子底托22确定了端子通道94的数目,每一通道在第一与第二端面82与86之间分别连通。现参见图5看更大的细节,可看到第一端面处的通道94的直径大小使得可容纳端子30的导体接线端50,而第二端面处的直径的尺寸可容纳端子30的伸出端46。台阶98在通道94的两直径的结合处形成。当端子30充分插入通道94时,通道94中的台阶98抵住端子30的台阶54阻止其进一步插入通道94。这时,端子30是由卡环102松动地卡在通道94内的,该卡环装入环形卡槽62内。卡环102抵住端子底托22的第二端面86,防止端子从通道94拉出。由于端子22是松动地卡在通道94中的,因而它可在通道94中自由地旋转。
再次参见图2,卡套26一般为圆拄形,它确定了第一端106和第二端110之间中空的通道。第一端106具有内螺纹,并且其尺寸可以螺旋地容纳到端件18的外螺纹面78。第二端110的内径的尺寸可容纳端子底托22的第二端面86。端子底托22的法兰90松动地卡在端件的支撑法兰74与卡套26中台阶114之间。松动地卡持使得端子底托22可在卡套26内自由地旋转。
图6表示端件118的第二实施例。端件118在结构上类似于端件118,不同之处在于卡环122代替了螺纹面78。与此端件118一起使用的卡套26也不刻螺纹。卡套26的第一端106卡在卡环22周围,以此将其固定在端件118上。
图7示出附在护套14上的编织套126以提供一电接地通路。编织套126通过端件18/118卡在护套4的每一端
应注意的是,所有上述实施例中预选的角度可以是任何由制造者所选的角度,并且护套可由导电材料制成,使得它可携带系统接地电流即可。

Claims (1)

1.一种可变相定位装置,它包括:
a)柔性护套,一般为管状并具有第一端和第二端;
b)一对端件,每一个一般为圆拄形并在一端具有一向内的支撑法兰,每一上述端件可滑动地容纳在上述护套的一端上,直到上述支撑法兰抵住上述护套的端头,上述端件是固定在护套上的,上述支撑法兰确定了一孔径;
c)多个电导体,每一个具有第一端与第二端,并且是柔性的,每一导体具有一电绝缘套层,从每一导体的每一端剥去了上述套层的一预定长度,该导体可滑动地容纳在该护套内;
d)多个端子,每一个一般为圆拄形并基本为硬质的,每一上述端子具有一端子头,一具有大于上述端子头的外径并确定了用于容纳上述导体之一的导体容纳端,一个在上述端子头和上述导体容纳端的结合处所形成的台阶,以及一环形卡槽;
e)用于把导体装固在上述导体容纳端的上述孔径中的器件;
f)一对端子底托,每一个一般为圆拄形并由电绝缘材料制成,该底托具有其尺寸可被容纳在由上述支撑法兰所确定的上述孔径中的第一端,一第二端,以及一环形支撑法兰,上述端子底托的每一个确定了多个连通上述第一与第二端之间的通道,该通道在上述第一端处具有直径的尺寸使得可容纳上述端子的导体容纳端,并且在上述第二端处具有直径的尺寸可容纳上述端子的上述端子头,使得在两个直径的结合部形成一台阶,每一上述通道松动地容纳上述端子之一,使得上述端子的上述台阶抵住上述通道的台阶,上述端子的环形卡槽与上述端子底托的第二端相邻;
g)多个卡环,所述卡环之一容纳在每一上述端子的每一上述卡槽之中,以此将上述端子松动地卡在端子底托中,使得上述每一端子可在于地在上述通道中旋转;
h)一对卡套,每一个一般为圆拄形并具有其尺寸可使其适配地装到上述端件上的第一端以及其尺寸可使其松动地装到上述端子底托的第二端上,使得上述端子底托可在上述卡套中自由地旋转;以及
i)用于将上述卡套装到上述端件的器件。
