Abstract
The invention relates to a firing technology of a surface pattern of a glass wine set water tool, which comprises the following steps: putting a blank glass wine set water container into an ultrasonic cleaning machine; heating the ultrasonic cleaning machine to water temperature for cleaning; printing the designed pattern on a computer into a sticker by a machine; soaking the paster in water; after the sticker is totally soaked, separating the whole pattern protected by the cover glue from the base paper; sticking the separated pattern on the surface of the cleaned glass wine set water utensil; sending the glass wine set water utensil with the pattern to an air drying box for drying; putting the dried glass wine set water tool into a kiln for heating and firing, uniformly and slowly heating the temperature in the kiln, and stopping heating after the temperature reaches a rated temperature; and opening the vent of the kiln, and waiting for cooling to room temperature until the product is molded. By adopting the mode, the exquisite pattern is added on the surface of the wine set water set, the original high chemical stability of the glass material is kept, and the environmental requirement for using the wine set water set is met.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a firing technology of glass surface patterns, in particular to a firing technology of wine set water ware surface patterns.
Background
The glass has the advantages of good light transmission, strong corrosion resistance, stable chemical property and the like. However, no pattern firing technology using glass materials as carriers exists in China, and glass wine utensils manufactured by the technology are not sold in the market. The invention utilizes the advantages of the materials and then the products are fired at high temperature in the kiln, so that the attractiveness of the products is improved, and the products are easier to attract consumers to purchase. The invention relates to a method for producing glass wine set water ware by adopting high-temperature pattern firing, which has the greatest advantages of batch production, simple process and elegant appearance.

The invention mainly solves the problems that: provides a firing technology of the surface pattern of the glass wine set water utensil.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems is as follows:

and 8: placing the dried glass wine utensil into a kiln for firing, uniformly and slowly heating the temperature in the kiln, heating the temperature from room temperature to 120 ℃ at 100-;
and step 9: and opening an air vent of the kiln, and naturally cooling to room temperature after about 90-180 minutes, so that the product is molded.

The invention has the beneficial effects that the firing method of the surface pattern of the glass wine set water utensil is provided, no waste is discharged in the production process, and the wine set water utensil is fired at high temperature in a kiln, so that the exquisite pattern of the wine set water utensil is increased, the original high chemical stability of the glass material is kept, and the environmental requirement of the use of the wine set water utensil is met. The glass wine set water set patterns manufactured by the process have bright colors, wear resistance and fastness, and the manufacturing process is energy-saving and environment-friendly and does not pollute the environment.

1. A firing technology for a surface pattern of a glass wine set water tool requires the following steps when the technology is used for producing a product:
step 1: taking a wine set water container made of blank glass materials as a carrier, and putting the wine set water container into an ultrasonic cleaning machine;
step 2: heating the water temperature of an ultrasonic cleaning machine to 50 ℃, adding a cleaning agent, and cleaning for 5-10 minutes;
and step 3: printing the designed pattern on the computer into pattern paster by a machine;
and 4, step 4: soaking the pattern paster in water at 35-52 deg.C for 15-20 min;
and 5: after the pattern sticker is soaked integrally, separating the whole pattern protected by the front cover glue from the base paper;
step 6: sticking the separated pattern on the surface of the cleaned glass wine set water utensil;
and 7: sending the glass wine set water tool with the pattern into a dust-free air drying box for drying, wherein the continuous process is about 1-8 hours;
and 8: placing the dried glass wine utensil into a kiln for firing, uniformly and slowly heating the temperature in the kiln, heating the temperature from room temperature to 120 ℃ at 100-;

5. The firing technique for the surface pattern of the glass wine set water set according to claim 1, wherein: the pattern paster is a printed high-temperature-resistant color ink paster.
6. The firing technique for the surface pattern of the glass wine set water set according to claim 1, wherein: the kiln is an electric kiln or a gas kiln.

The firing technique for the surface pattern of the glass wine set water set according to claim 5, wherein: the high-temperature resistant color ink sticker is characterized in that: 2-20% of gold paste, gold paste diluent, low-temperature inorganic pigment, varnish, ink diluent, surface sealing glue and water transfer base paper.

The dosage of each group of raw materials is as follows: 1-2 parts of 2-20% golden cream; 2-5 parts of a gold paste diluent; 1-2 parts of low-temperature inorganic pigment; 2-3 parts of varnish; 1.5-4 parts of an ink diluent; 1 part of a cover adhesive; and 50-70 parts of water transfer base paper.
