本发明涉及反光膜设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种夜光转印膜。
背景技术
传统的夜光转印膜因为其结构本身的限制,需要通过涂布的方式才能实现,这样就会造成夜光被包覆,效果差,而且夜光与反光的显示重叠,效果受到干扰,无法保障其品质,尤其是考虑到应用上,因为颜色的变化,夜光效果更是会差异化显示,干扰明显。

本发明的目的在于提供一种夜光转印膜,有效解决上述技术问题。
为有效解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
夜光转印膜,包括结构主体,所述结构主体由载体及设置于所述载体上的PET层,所述PET层上覆盖设置有自粘胶及夜光粉,所述载体由实现差异化反光并夜光效果的夜光粉、植珠膜及图案组成,所述图案通过夜光周围的缝隙形成反光实现夜反光效。
特别的,所述自粘胶为硅胶、压敏胶之一。
特别的,所述夜光粉组成夜光显示层,所述夜光显示层通过改变材料的颜色实现强夜光效果。
特别的,所述夜光粉的颜色变化满足多种颜色使用。

本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的夜光转印膜,简化工艺,节约资源,广泛应用于各种日用品、服装、玩具、装饰品、童车或涂布到内外墙上、公路标牌和建筑物等的各种标示及图案,图案通过夜光周围的缝隙形成反光实现夜反光效,改变材料的颜色可实现强夜光效果,通过载体的变化实现图案的变化,且夜光粉的颜色变化可与多种颜色的材料搭配使用,夜光与反光的区域不重叠,效果显著。
