Abstract
本发明公开了一种石墨烯绝缘散热隔板及其制备方法和应用,该石墨烯绝缘散热隔板包括玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层上层、石墨烯导热中间层和玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层下层。本发明有效利用了现有的玻璃纤维环氧板材制造设备和工艺,将导热性能优异的石墨烯应用到板材中间,制造出的三明治型板材兼具绝缘、散热功能,并不失原有玻璃纤维环氧板材的物化性能,在锂电池模块中应用大大提高了模块的高倍率工作能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种石墨烯绝缘散热隔板及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
玻璃纤维环氧板常用作锂电池模块内电芯之间的隔板,特别是大容量方形电芯,兼顾电芯之间的绝缘和尺寸膨胀。在<1C放电/0.5C充电常规情况下,能够发挥比较好的效果。但如果充放电倍率上升,而又没有强制散热如液冷结构存在的情况下,充放性能及寿命会大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术玻璃纤维环氧板常用作锂电池模块内电芯之间的隔板时充放电倍率上升后充放性能及寿命会大打折扣的缺陷,提供一种石墨烯绝缘散热隔板及其制备方法和应用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种石墨烯绝缘散热隔板,包括玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层上层、石墨烯导热中间层和玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层下层。
进一步的,玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层上层和玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层下层的厚度为0.1mm~0.3mm。优选的,玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层上层和玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层下层的厚度为0.2mm。
进一步的,石墨烯导热中间层的厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm。优选的,石墨烯导热中间层的厚度为0.4mm。
本发明的石墨烯绝缘散热隔板的制备方法,将含有璃纤维环氧树脂浆料和石墨烯分层压制成板材。
本发明将石墨烯导热层置于内部夹层,在原有玻璃纤维环氧板的连续化生产工艺基础上,提出了改进工艺路线,生产出来的石墨烯绝缘板具有良好的散热性能,在锂电池模块内部应用后,电芯中心产生热量更容易散出,中心和边缘温差显著降低,锂电池模块整体的充放倍率能显著提升,但同时并没有改变锂电池模块原有的设计,也不需要强制传热手段,降低系统复杂度和成本。
本发明有效利用了现有的玻璃纤维环氧板材制造设备和工艺,将导热性能优异的石墨烯应用到板材中间,制造出的三明治型板材兼具绝缘、散热功能,并不失原有玻璃纤维环氧板材的物化性能,在锂电池模块中应用大大提高了模块的高倍率工作能力。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例
如图1所示,一种石墨烯绝缘散热隔板,包括0.2mm的玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层上层11、0.4mm的石墨烯导热中间层2和0.2mm的玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层下层13。制备时,将含有璃纤维环氧树脂浆料和石墨烯分层压制成板材。
如图2所示,本发明的石墨烯绝缘散热隔板可以应用于锂电池模块中,其中1为石墨烯绝缘散热隔板,3为锂电池电芯。
本发明有效利用了现有的玻璃纤维环氧板材制造设备和工艺,将导热性能优异的石墨烯应用到板材中间,制造出的三明治型板材兼具绝缘、散热功能,并不失原有玻璃纤维环氧板材的物化性能,在锂电池模块中应用大大提高了模块的高倍率工作能力。

Claims (7)
1.一种石墨烯绝缘散热隔板,其特征在于,包括玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层上层、石墨烯导热中间层和玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层下层。
2.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯绝缘散热隔板,其特征在于,玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层上层和玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层下层的厚度为0.1mm~0.3mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯绝缘散热隔板,其特征在于,玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层上层和玻璃纤维环氧树脂绝缘层下层的厚度为0.2mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯绝缘散热隔板,其特征在于,石墨烯导热中间层的厚度为0.3mm-0.5mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯绝缘散热隔板,其特征在于,石墨烯导热中间层的厚度为0.4mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯绝缘散热隔板的制备方法,其特征在于,将含有璃纤维环氧树脂浆料和石墨烯分层压制成板材。
7.权利要求1所述的石墨烯绝缘散热隔板在锂电池模块中的应用。
