背景技术
帐篷是撑在地上遮蔽风雨、日光并供临时居住的棚子,多用帆布做成,连同支撑用的东西,可随时拆下转移,帐篷是以部件的方式携带,到达现场后才加以组装,所以,需要各种部件和工具,了解各个部件的名称和使用方法,熟悉帐篷的构造,才能快速、方便地搭起帐篷。
专利公开号CN106543701B,名称为一种环保型TPU帐篷材料,由以下成分制成:聚醚TPU粒子、粉末丁腈橡胶、改性粉煤灰、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、填料、聚丙烯、分散润滑剂、聚羟基脂肪酸酯、硬脂酸锌;与现有帐篷材料相比,该TPU帐篷材料,原料来源丰富,成本低廉,各个组分之间相互作用和协调,具有防水、气密性好、环保、抗老化、不含邻苯类有害物质的功能特点。
但是,传统的帐篷面料一般以牛津布涂层为主,压延等加工工艺制作或者以二合一行式制成的功能性复合面料,或以PE为主的面料,主要以防水功能为主,传统的帐篷面料在防水方面具有不错的性能,但是在抗寒保温方面,性能较差,只能起到基本的防风作用,无法适应户外严酷或零下多少度严酷的环境。

所述聚氯乙烯PVC薄膜包括以下重量份的原料制成:PVC90-110份、环保增塑剂45-55份、钡锌稳定剂2.5-3.5份、耐寒剂5-10份、碳酸钙20-40份、加工助剂2-3份、阻燃剂1-2份、抗氧化剂0.5-1.5份、色料3-5份。
优选的,所述石墨烯薄膜的厚度为0.1-0.15mm,所述聚氯乙烯PVC薄膜的厚度为0.25-0.30mm,所述聚氨酯PU胶上浆量控制为50-60g。

S1、取聚氯乙烯PVC薄膜制备原料,经压延机高搅,压延机温度为90℃,混合120-140s,然后直接上过滤机再挤出,挤出温度为140-150℃,挤出后上主机轮混炼,再压延调厚度0.25-0.30mm,冷却后收卷成半成品;
S2、在牛津布上浆层,采用聚氨酯PU胶,上浆量控制在50-60g;
S3、将石墨烯薄膜与聚氯乙烯PVC薄膜复合在牛津布的上下面,压合制成帐篷布。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种抗寒保温帐篷布及其制备方法。具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明,优化了聚氯乙烯PVC薄膜配方,增加了耐寒剂添加量,确保达到耐寒效果与要求,并且使得帐篷布的物理性能以及化学性能都得到了提升,帐篷布采用了石墨烯原料使其增加了加热保温效果,牛津布采用了上聚氨酯PU胶,从而提升了物性指标,并且牛津布提高了布料的抗拉伸性能,使得布料的使用寿命延长。
2、本发明,后段环节复合改变了传统流程工艺,直接三层一起复合,减少了浪费与损耗,提高了产能与有效的效益。

本发明,对上述实施例制备的帐篷布(实施例)与现有的帐篷布(对比例)进行对比,检测帐篷布的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、剥离强度与抗寒性能,上述指标均采用国标方式检测,检测结果如下表1所示:

所述聚氯乙烯PVC薄膜包括以下重量份的原料制成:PVC90-110份、环保增塑剂45-55份、钡锌稳定剂2.5-3.5份、耐寒剂5-10份、碳酸钙20-40份、加工助剂2-3份、阻燃剂1-2份、抗氧化剂0.5-1.5份、色料3-5份。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗寒保温帐篷布,其特征在于:所述聚氯乙烯PVC薄膜包括以下重量份的原料制成:PVC110份、环保增塑剂55份、钡锌稳定剂3.5份、耐寒剂10份、碳酸钙40份、加工助剂3份、阻燃剂2份、抗氧化剂1.5份、色料5份。
6.一种抗寒保温帐篷布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、取聚氯乙烯PVC薄膜制备原料,经压延机高搅,压延机温度为90℃,混合120-140s,然后直接上过滤机再挤出,挤出温度为140-150℃,挤出后上主机轮混炼,再压延调厚度0.25-0.30mm,冷却后收卷成半成品;
S2、在牛津布上浆层,采用聚氨酯PU胶,上浆量控制在50-60g;
S3、将石墨烯薄膜与聚氯乙烯PVC薄膜复合在牛津布的上下面,压合制成帐篷布。
