Further, in order to enable the cleaning agent solution to sterilize and disinfect the drinking water pipeline, in some embodiments of the present invention, after the drinking water pipeline for pigs is filled with the cleaning agent solution in step a, all the drinking water nozzles connected to the drinking water pipeline for pigs are pressed, so that the cleaning agent solution is fully contacted with the drinking water pipeline. By adopting the steps, the cleaning agent solution can be fully contacted with the water pipe of the drinking water pipeline for the pigs and the drinking water nozzle, and then the cleaning agent solution can thoroughly sterilize and disinfect the drinking water pipeline for the pigs, so that the sterilizing effect is better.

A. cleaning and disinfecting a drinking water pipeline, filling a water pipe cleaning agent solution with the concentration of 2% into the drinking water pipeline for pigs, and then sequentially pressing all drinking water nozzles connected on the drinking water pipeline for pigs; after the water pipe cleaning agent solution is soaked in the drinking water pipeline for pigs for 5 hours, the drinking water pipeline for pigs is opened, and the water pipe cleaning agent solution and the dirt mixed in the water pipe cleaning agent solution are discharged; finally, washing the pipeline for drinking water of the pigs by using clear water until the pipeline for drinking water of the pigs discharges clear drinking water without acid taste;
B. cleaning and disinfecting the breeding pen house, firstly, soaking, scalding and sterilizing the ground and the fence of the breeding pen house at high temperature by adopting hot water with the temperature of 95 ℃ and the pressure of 10 Pa, wherein the flow rate of the hot water is 900 liters/hour;
then spraying and covering foaming cleaning agents on the ground and the fence of the breeding stall, after the foaming cleaning agents cover the ground and the fence of the breeding stall for 15 minutes, cleaning the foaming cleaning agents and dirt covered on the ground and the fence of the breeding stall by hot water at the temperature of 75 ℃, the pressure of 200 Pa and the flow rate of 900 liters/hour, spraying and covering the foaming cleaning agents on the ground and the fence of the breeding stall again, and after 10-20 minutes, cleaning the foaming cleaning agents and dirt covered on the ground and the fence of the breeding stall by hot water at the temperature of 75 ℃, the pressure of 200 Pa and the flow rate of 900 liters/hour; drying the ground and the fence of the breeding pen house by a dryer;
then spraying and covering the ground of the breeding stall and the fence with a neutral foaming disinfectant, after two days, spraying and covering the ground of the breeding stall and the fence with the neutral foaming disinfectant again, and after 2 days; then carrying out integral sealing fumigation, drying, sterilization and disinfection on the breeding pen house, wherein the temperature during the fumigation, drying and sterilization is 70 ℃, and the time is 2 hours; and finally, detecting the adenosine triphosphate value (ATP) in the water discharged from the water pipeline for drinking pigs and detecting the adenosine triphosphate value (ATP) on the surface of the breeding cage by using a detection instrument, and confirming that the cleanliness in the breeding cage reaches a set standard.
The African swine fever virus is afraid of high temperature and dryness and is killed in hot water of over 65 ℃ for 1 minute. According to the invention, the breeding house is scalded by hot water with the temperature of more than 85 ℃ and the disinfectant is adopted to kill bacteria in the breeding house, so that the African swine fever virus in the breeding farm can be effectively killed, and the purpose of preventing and controlling the African swine fever in the breeding farm is achieved. Finally, the breeding user can perform multi-point sampling in the breeding stall, and whether the African swine fever viruses in the breeding stall are effectively killed or not is confirmed through laboratory PCR detection, so that whether the breeding user can breed pigs again or not is confirmed.

Claims (10)
1. A cleaning and disinfecting method for preventing and controlling African swine fever is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. cleaning and disinfecting a drinking water pipeline, and filling a cleaning agent solution into the drinking water pipeline for pigs;
after the cleaning agent solution is soaked in the pipeline for drinking water for pigs for 4 to 6 hours, the pipeline for drinking water for pigs is opened, and the cleaning agent solution and dirt mixed in the cleaning agent solution are discharged;
finally, washing the pipeline for drinking water of the pigs by using clear water;
B. cleaning and disinfecting the breeding pen house, firstly soaking the ground of the breeding pen house and the fence with hot water with the temperature of more than 85 ℃ at high temperature for scalding and sterilizing,
then, spraying and covering foaming cleaning agents on the ground of the breeding stall and the fence, and then washing the foaming cleaning agents and dirt covered on the ground of the breeding stall and the fence by hot water with the temperature of more than 65 ℃;
after the ground and the fence of the breeding stall which are washed clean are dried, spraying and covering a neutral foaming disinfectant on the ground and the fence of the breeding stall;
and finally, carrying out integral sealing fumigation, drying, sterilization and disinfection on the breeding pen house.
2. The cleaning and disinfection method for preventing and controlling African swine fever according to claim 1, wherein,
and B, after the cultivation pen house is subjected to overall sealing, fumigating, drying, sterilizing and disinfecting, detecting the adenosine triphosphate value of the surface of the cultivation pen house by using a detection instrument so as to determine whether the surface cleanliness of the cultivation pen house reaches a preset standard.
3. The cleaning and disinfection method for preventing and controlling African swine fever according to claim 1, wherein,
and B, after the pipeline of the drinking water for the pigs is flushed by clear water in the step A, detecting the adenosine triphosphate value in the water outlet of the pipeline of the drinking water for the pigs by using a detection instrument to confirm whether the surface cleanliness of the pipeline of the drinking water for the pigs reaches a preset standard or not.
4. The cleaning and disinfection method for preventing and controlling African swine fever according to claim 1, wherein,
