Abstract
The invention relates to a rapid spraying system which comprises a spraying device, wherein the spraying device comprises a main pipe body, one side of the main pipe body is provided with a connecting pipe, the other side of the main pipe body is provided with a plurality of spray heads, the main pipe body is arranged below a crane bridge and fixedly connected with the bridge, a butt joint mechanism is arranged on the top wall of a spraying room body, and the butt joint mechanism comprises a butt joint pipe, a butt joint pipe lifting device for driving the butt joint pipe to lift, and a flexible connecting pipe for communicating the butt joint pipe with an external water source. The rapid spraying system has small occupied area, is convenient for the centralized treatment of waste liquid and has lower production cost.

The transversely arranged spraying equipment occupies a larger area, so that the production cost is increased, and the centralized treatment of waste liquid generated by the pickling tank and the spraying equipment by the system is not facilitated. When the travelling crane moves to the upper part of the pickling tank and finishes pickling the workpiece, the butt joint pipe lifting device positioned above the pickling tank and the travelling crane drives the butt joint pipe to descend to be communicated with the connecting pipe, and then an external water source sequentially passes through the flexible connecting pipe, the butt joint pipe and the connecting pipe to be input into the main pipe body and finally sprayed out of the spray head on the main pipe body, so that the workpiece is sprayed. The butt joint pipe lifting device can be a linear displacement driving device such as an air cylinder, an electric cylinder and the like. In addition, a through hole for the butt joint pipe and the electric hoist connecting chain 12 to pass through can be arranged on the bridge frame of the travelling crane, and the main pipe body can also be arranged at the position of the side below the bridge frame so as to avoid the bridge frame. Meanwhile, an inductor 13 can be arranged on the top wall of the spraying room body or a crane bridge to realize the accurate alignment of the connecting pipe and the butt joint pipe, the inductor can be a distance sensor or a proximity switch, and when the inductor senses that the crane moves to a preset position, the inductor sends a signal to an external control system to enable the control system to control the butt joint pipe lifting device to work so as to drive the butt joint pipe to be in butt joint with the connecting pipe.
