Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sunscreen cream, in particular to sunscreen cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of industrialization process, the environment is affecting human beings, such as the destruction of the ozone layer, resulting in the increasing of ultraviolet rays reaching the earth's surface. Excessive ultraviolet radiation is not good for human health, and when the ultraviolet radiation is exposed to the environment for a long time, mild people cause sunburn of the skin, and severe people may have erythema, even sunburn, skin cancer and the like. With the increasing awareness of the ultraviolet hazard, sunscreen products have become a daily necessity for personal care.
In the using and production process of the sunscreen product, the sunscreen agent used in the sunscreen product inevitably enters coastal water areas through various ways (such as discharge of a sewage treatment plant, runoff input, entertainment activities in water and the like), brings a considerable threat to marine ecological environment, and becomes a novel marine pollutant. Among them, coastal tourism and marine tourism are the fastest developing parts in the global tourism industry, and marine recreational activities such as swimming in a sea water bathing place, diving, surfing and the like are the most direct ways for the sunscreen agent to enter the marine environment.
The sunscreens currently used in sunscreen products are mainly classified into two categories: inorganic sunscreens and organic sunscreens. Researches show that the most commonly used inorganic sun-screening agents (such as nano titanium dioxide and nano zinc oxide) have the characteristics of small particle size, large specific surface area, strong adsorption capacity, difficult water dissolution and the like, are easy to aggregate and deposit, and show toxic mechanisms such as oxidation damage, physical damage, ion release and the like; the organic sun-screening agents (BP-3, 4-MBC, EHMC and the like) have the characteristics of strong lipid solubility, easy biological accumulation and the like, show negative effects of oxidative damage, endocrine disturbance, neurotoxicity, biological accumulation and the like, have obvious toxic effect on various marine organisms (bacteria, fishes, algae, shellfish, corals and the like) and damage the whole marine ecosystem.
In the prior art, the research on environment-friendly sunscreen products without using inorganic sunscreens and organic sunscreens is less, and the number of alternative environment-friendly sunscreen products on the market is less. Therefore, the new green and environment-friendly sun cream is provided, a plurality of choices are provided for the market, the promotion of the environment-friendly sun cream is promoted, and the problem to be solved by the research personnel in the field is further reduced in the pollution of the conventional sun cream to the environment.

The UV absorbance values of the novel environmentally friendly sunscreen creams prepared in examples 1-6 and the commercially available sunscreen cream with SPF30PA + + + as comparative example 1 were determined by the following specific steps:
a breathable medical adhesive tape produced by 3M company is attached to one side surface of an absorption cell of 1cm in length, 8mg of a sample is weighed and attached to the adhesive tape on the surface of the absorption cell, the adhesive tape is uniformly coated, the absorption values of 280 nm-320 nm and 320-360 nm wave bands are measured on an ultraviolet spectrophotometer after the adhesive tape is placed for 30min to obtain average absorption values A1 and A2, then the absorption cells of examples 1-6 and comparative example 1 are placed under sunlight for 2h, the absorption values of 280 nm-320 nm and 320-360 nm wave bands are measured on the ultraviolet spectrophotometer again to obtain average absorption values A3 and A4.
The specific measurements are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 measurement of the absorbance values of the sunscreens of the different examples
Absorbance value | A1 | A2 | A3 | A4 |
Example 1 | 2.055 | 1.842 | 1.675 | 1.516 |
Example 2 | 1.972 | 1.828 | 1.523 | 1.415 |
Example 3 | 1.851 | 1.626 | 1.208 | 1.154 |
Example 4 | 1.881 | 1.623 | 1.221 | 1.241 |
Example 5 | 1.489 | 1.347 | 1.153 | 1.036 |
