The following are specific embodiments of the present invention, and the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 19, the invention provides a rehabilitation training and nursing device for cardiovascular medicine, which comprises a bottom plate 1, wherein a seat plate 4 is installed at the upper end of the bottom plate 1, foot blocking plates 37 are respectively installed at the left side and the right side of the front end of the seat plate 4, rotatable first disks 30 are respectively installed at the left side and the right side of the lower end of the middle part of the seat plate 4, special-shaped track plates 36 are respectively arranged at the front ends of the first disks 30, and when the first disks 30 rotate, the structure that the foot blocking plates 37 slide along the corresponding special-shaped track plates 36 can be formed; the inner wall of the rear end of the seat plate 4 is provided with a rotatable cylindrical table 24, the inner wall of the cylindrical table 24 is connected with four uniformly distributed massage blocks 23 in a sliding manner, and the cylindrical table 24 can form a structure that the four massage blocks 23 are simultaneously folded inwards or spread outwards when rotating; the back plate 5 is fixedly connected to the rear side of the upper end surface of the seat plate 4, key-shaped connecting rods 47 capable of swinging up and down are respectively installed on the left side and the right side of the rear end surface of the back plate 5, second massage columns 49 capable of swinging along with the key-shaped connecting rods 47 are respectively installed on the inner sides of the front end surface of the key-shaped connecting rods 47, first massage columns 48 capable of swinging along with the key-shaped connecting rods 47 are respectively installed in the middle of the front end surface of the key-shaped connecting rods 47, mounting boxes 58 capable of swinging up and down and moving back and forth are respectively installed on the left side and the right side of the front end surface of the back plate 5, and massage plates 67 capable of swinging along with the key-shaped connecting rods 47 up and down, moving left and right.
As shown in fig. 1-4 and 6, the lower end surface of the bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with a plurality of foot brake universal wheels 2, as shown in fig. 1, the foot brake universal wheels 2 are used for facilitating the movement of the device, and the foot brake universal wheels 2 belong to the prior art and are not described again; the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with a plurality of supporting columns 3, as shown in fig. 2, a seat plate 4 is fixedly connected with the upper end surfaces of the plurality of supporting columns 3, and the supporting columns 3 are used for supporting the seat plate 4; as shown in fig. 2 or 4, the special-shaped track plate 36 allows a patient to sit on the seat plate 4, and places two feet on the corresponding foot blocking plates 37, the foot blocking plates 37 slide along the inner wall of the special-shaped track plate 36, so that the foot blocking plates 37 can move backwards first, can turn over outwards when moving backwards to a certain position, and can move outwards after turning over, so that the patient can perform reciprocating movement repeatedly, thereby assisting the patient to bend his or her knees backwards and turn over outwards, and extend outwards after turning over, so that the patient can perform reciprocating movement repeatedly, and blood circulation is facilitated; the hip of a patient can be massaged by the rotatable cylindrical table 24 and the massage blocks 23 which can simultaneously move inwards or spread outwards while rotating, and the second massage columns 49 are arranged on the inner side of the key-shaped connecting rod 47, so that the corresponding second massage columns 49 can rotate while swinging greatly when the key-shaped connecting rod 47 swings, and the first massage columns 48 can rotate while swinging slightly similarly, thereby realizing large-area massage on the back of the patient, relieving the fatigue of the patient, relieving the pressure and enhancing the killing capacity of an immune system; through the installation box 58 which can swing up and down, when the massage chair is not used, the installation box 58 can be turned to 90 degrees to correspond to the backup plate 5, and when the massage chair is used, the installation box can be turned to the state shown in figure 1, and because the weight of each patient is different, the position between the massage plate 67 and the backup plate 5 can be indirectly adjusted through the installation box 58 which can move back and forth, so that the massage chair can be adjusted according to each corresponding patient; through the massage plate 67 which can rotate, move left and right and move front and back, the chest of the patient can be slapped and massaged, and the sudden chest distress situation can be prevented and reduced.
The rear side of the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with a motor 7, the upper end of the motor 7 is fixedly connected with a first bevel gear 10 and a first straight gear 11, the front end of the first straight gear 11 is engaged with a big gear ring 12, the big gear ring 12 is fixedly connected with the lower end surface of a cylindrical table 24, the cylindrical table 24 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the seat plate 4, the center of the lower end surface of the cylindrical table 24 is fixedly connected with a cylindrical drum 14, the lower end of the outer surface of the cylindrical drum 14 is fixedly connected with a first trapezoidal block 15, the inner wall of the cylindrical drum 14 is provided with a first rotating shaft 21, the first rotating shaft 21 is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the cylindrical table 24, the lower end surface of the first rotating shaft 21 is fixedly connected with a cylindrical plate 69, the upper end surface of the cylindrical plate 69 is respectively and fixedly connected with a first supporting rod 16 and a retaining column, the other end of the spring 18 is fixedly connected to the first trapezoid block 15; the outer surface of the cylindrical plate 69 is provided with a clamping groove, the outer side of the cylindrical plate 69 is provided with a circular groove table 13, the inner wall of the circular groove table 13 is connected with four second trapezoidal blocks 19 which are uniformly distributed and matched with the first trapezoidal blocks 15 and the clamping groove in a sliding manner, the outer side surfaces of the second trapezoidal blocks 19 are respectively and fixedly connected with springs 18, and the other ends of the springs 18 are respectively and fixedly connected with the inner wall of the circular groove table 13; the upper end of the outer surface of the first rotating shaft 21 is fixedly connected with a cross 20, the outer side of the cross 20 is hinged with four uniformly distributed special-shaped connecting rods 22, and the other ends of the special-shaped connecting rods 22 are respectively hinged with the lower ends of the corresponding massage blocks 23.
As shown in fig. 4-10, two supporting legs 9 are fixedly connected to the middle part of the upper end surface of the bottom plate 1, a circular groove table 13 is fixedly connected to the upper end surfaces of the two supporting legs 9, and the supporting legs 9 are used for supporting the circular groove table 13; the motor 7 is the prior art, and is not described again, by starting the motor 7, the motor 7 can drive the first bevel gear 10 and the first small straight gear to rotate, the first small straight gear can drive the corresponding large gear ring 12 to rotate by meshing, and the large gear ring 12 can drive the corresponding cylindrical table 24 to rotate by rotating; the first trapezoidal blocks 15, the tension springs 68, the first support rods 16, the springs 18, the stop posts 17, the cylindrical drums 14, the cylindrical plates 69, the first rotating shafts 21, the second trapezoidal blocks 19 and the circular groove platforms 13 are arranged as shown in fig. 9, and are engaged with the corresponding second trapezoidal blocks 19 through the clamping grooves, so that the corresponding cylindrical plates 69 cannot rotate, the corresponding first rotating shafts 21 and the cross-shaped frames 20 cannot rotate due to the fact that the cylindrical plates 69 cannot rotate, when the cylindrical platforms 24 rotate, the corresponding massage blocks 23 are driven to rotate together, the massage blocks 23 can enable the corresponding massage blocks 23 to gather inwards while rotating under the limit of the special-shaped connecting rods 22 and the cross-shaped frames 20, meanwhile, when the cylindrical platforms 24 rotate, the corresponding cylindrical drums 14 are driven to rotate, the corresponding first trapezoidal blocks 15 are driven to rotate due to the rotation of the cylindrical drums 14, and when the first trapezoidal blocks 15 rotate to the positions of the second trapezoidal blocks 19 engaged with the clamping grooves, under the matching of the first trapezoidal block 15 and the second trapezoidal block 19, the corresponding second trapezoidal block 19 can slide outwards, so that the clamping groove is disengaged from the corresponding second trapezoidal block 19, after the second trapezoidal block 19 is disengaged from the clamping groove, the first support rod 16 is pulled through the tension action of the tension spring 68, the first support rod 16 follows the first trapezoidal block 15, the corresponding cylindrical plate 69 rotates in a small range, when the cylindrical plate 69 rotates, the corresponding first rotating shaft 21 is driven to rotate, the corresponding cross 20 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first rotating shaft 21, and the corresponding special-shaped connecting rod 22 is pulled by the rotation of the cross 20, so that the corresponding massage block 23 is spread outwards; when the clamping groove meets the next second trapezoidal sliding block, the corresponding second trapezoidal block 19 can enter the inner wall of the clamping groove through the self elastic force of the spring 18, so that the cylindrical plate 69 can not rotate any more, and when the cylindrical table 24 continues to rotate, the corresponding four massage blocks 23 can be folded inwards again to complete the cycle; the function of the catch column 17 is to prevent the card slot from missing the next second trapezoidal slider due to the excessive inertia force of the tension spring 68.
A second bevel gear 25 is engaged with the upper side of the front end of the first bevel gear 10, a third bevel gear 26 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the front end of the second bevel gear 25, a fourth bevel gear 27 is engaged with the right side of the front end of the third bevel gear 26, a fifth bevel gear 28 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the left end and the right end of the fourth bevel gear 27 respectively, the outer lower ends of the fifth bevel gears 28 are respectively engaged with sixth bevel gears 29, the upper ends of the sixth bevel gears 29 are respectively coaxially and fixedly connected with corresponding first disks 30, the non-circle center parts of the lower end surface of the first disc 30 are respectively articulated with a first connecting rod 31, the special-shaped track plates 36 are respectively fixedly connected with the lower end surface of the seat plate 4, the left side and the right side of the lower end surface of the seat plate 4 are respectively hinged with a second connecting rod 32 matched with the first connecting rod 31, the first connecting rods 31 are respectively hinged at the non-end points of the second connecting rods 32, and the first disc 30 can form a structure that the second connecting rods 32 swing back and forth when rotating; the special-shaped connecting rod 22 is hinged with a limiting plate 33 on the lower end surface thereof, the inner wall of the limiting plate 33 is connected with a sliding plate 34 in a sliding mode, the front end of the second connecting rod 32 is provided with a long key-shaped through hole, the inner wall of the rear end of the sliding plate 34 is fixedly connected with a sliding pin 35 matched with the long key-shaped through hole and a special-shaped track plate 36, and the foot blocking plate 37 is hinged with the front end of the corresponding sliding plate 34.

A seventh bevel gear 38 is engaged with the rear side of the upper end of the first bevel gear 10, two first belt pulleys 39 are coaxially and fixedly connected with the rear end of the seventh bevel gear 38, second belt pulleys 40 are respectively and drivingly connected with the outer side of the upper end of the first belt pulleys 39, eccentric spur gears 41 are respectively and coaxially and fixedly connected with the rear ends of the second belt pulleys 40, first small rotating shafts 70 are respectively and fixedly connected with the centers of the eccentric spur gears 41, driving straight gears 43 are respectively engaged with the upper ends of the eccentric spur gears 41, second small rotating shafts 71 are respectively and fixedly connected with the centers of the driving straight gears 43, limiting connecting rods 42 are respectively and rotatably connected with the rear sides of the outer surfaces of the first small rotating shafts 70, and the other ends of the limiting connecting rods 42 are respectively and rotatably connected with the rear ends of the outer surfaces of the; the second small rotating shafts 71 are respectively and rotatably connected to the inner walls of the corresponding key-shaped connecting rods 47, the middle parts of the outer surfaces of the second rotating shafts 61 are respectively and fixedly connected with third belt wheels 45, the inner sides of the third belt wheels 45 are respectively and fixedly connected with fourth belt wheels 46, and the second massage columns 49 are respectively and coaxially fixedly connected with the corresponding fourth belt wheels 46; the first massage columns 48 are respectively and fixedly connected to the front end surfaces of the corresponding second small rotating shafts 71; the outer sides of the driving straight gears 43 are respectively engaged with driven straight gears 44, the centers of the driven straight gears 44 are respectively and fixedly connected with first telescopic rods 50, the first telescopic rods 50 are respectively and rotatably connected to the inner wall of the backup plate 5, and the key-shaped connecting rods 47 are respectively and rotatably connected to the outer surfaces of the corresponding first telescopic rods 50.
As shown in fig. 14-16, the centers of the seventh bevel gear 38 and the first pulley 39 are fixedly connected with a rotating shaft, the outer surface of the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with a bearing seat, and the bottom end of the bearing seat is fixedly connected with the lower end surface of the seat plate 4; the inner walls of the second belt wheel 40 and the eccentric straight gear 41 are fixedly connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the backup plate 5, and the limiting connecting rod 42 is used for limiting the first small rotating shaft 70 and the second small rotating shaft 71, so that the eccentric straight gear 41 and the driving straight gear 43 are always in a meshed state; the centers of the second massage column 49 and the fourth belt pulley 46 are fixedly connected with a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the key-shaped connecting rod 47; when the first bevel gear 10 rotates, the seventh bevel gear 38 is driven to rotate by meshing, the first pulley 39 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the seventh bevel gear 38, the second pulley 40 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first pulley 39, the eccentric spur gear 41 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the second pulley 40, the corresponding driving spur gear 43 is driven to move up and down by the rotation of the eccentric spur gear 41 and rotates by the meshing of the eccentric spur gear 41, because the driving spur gear 43 is rotationally connected to the key-shaped connecting rod 47, the key-shaped connecting rod 47 is rotationally connected to the first telescopic rod 50, the driving spur gear 43 can only swing up and down along with the key-shaped connecting rod 47 under the limit of the key-shaped connecting rod 47, so that the key-shaped connecting rod 47 swings, because the driving spur gear 43 drives the second small rotating shaft 71 to rotate when rotating, the second small rotating shaft 71 rotates to drive the corresponding third pulley 45 and the first massage column 48 to rotate, when the third belt wheel 45 rotates, the corresponding fourth belt wheel 46 is driven to rotate, and when the fourth belt wheel 46 rotates, the corresponding second massage column 49 is driven to rotate; thereby realizing the up-and-down swinging of the first massage column 48 and the second massage column 49 while rotating.
The outer surface of the first telescopic rod 50 is respectively sleeved with a first telescopic cylinder 51, the rear end surface of the first telescopic cylinder 51 is respectively and fixedly connected with the inner wall of the backup plate 5, the front end surface of the first telescopic cylinder 51 is respectively and fixedly connected with the rear end surface of the corresponding mounting box 58, the rear end of the outer surface of the first telescopic cylinder 51 is respectively and fixedly connected with a worm wheel 52, the outer side of the outer surface of the worm wheel 52 is respectively engaged with a worm 53, and the lower end surface of the worm 53 is respectively and fixedly connected with a first handle 54; the outer side of the front end surface of the installation box 58 is respectively in threaded connection with a first threaded rod 56, the front end surface of the first threaded rod 56 is respectively and fixedly connected with a second handle 57, the middle part of the outer surface of the first telescopic cylinder 51 is respectively and fixedly connected with a key-shaped supporting plate 55, and the first threaded rods 56 are respectively and rotatably connected to the inner wall of the front end of the corresponding key-shaped supporting plate 55.
As shown in fig. 17, the first telescopic rod 50 is composed of an inner rod and an outer cylinder, the inner rod and the outer cylinder are in spline connection and can be used as a rotating shaft to rotate and can be stretched back and forth, and the first telescopic cylinder 51 is composed of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder and can be used as a rotating shaft to rotate and can be stretched back and forth; as shown, the worm wheel 52 and the key-shaped supporting plate 55 are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the inner cylinder, respectively; the upper end and the lower end of the outer surface of the worm 53 are respectively and rotatably connected with a bearing seat, and the bottom ends of the bearing seats are respectively and fixedly connected to the surface of the front end of the backup plate 5; by rotating the first handle 54, the first handle 54 rotates to drive the corresponding worm 53 to rotate, the worm 53 rotates to drive the corresponding worm wheel 52 to rotate through meshing, the worm wheel 52 rotates to drive the corresponding first telescopic cylinder 51 to rotate, so that the mounting box 58 is turned over up and down, and similarly, as the key-shaped support plate 55 and the first telescopic cylinder 51 are fixedly connected, the first telescopic cylinder 51 rotates to drive the corresponding key-shaped support plate 55, the first threaded rod 56 and the mounting box 58 to synchronously rotate, so that the mounting box 58, the key-shaped support plate 55 and the first threaded rod 56 are always kept synchronous; because the worm wheel 52 and the worm 53 have a one-way self-locking function, when the worm 53 does not rotate, the position of the installation box 58 is fixed; through rotating second handle 57, second handle 57 rotates and then can drive corresponding first threaded rod 56 and rotate, because first threaded rod 56 belongs to threaded connection with install bin 58, and first threaded rod 56 rotates and connects at key shape backup pad 55 inner wall, so can make corresponding install bin 58 move forward or backward when first threaded rod 56 rotates, and then adjusts the fore-and-aft position of install bin 58 according to patient's thin fat.
The front end surfaces of the first telescopic rods 50 are fixedly connected with second discs 59 respectively, non-circle centers on the front end surfaces of the second discs 59 are hinged with third connecting rods 60 respectively, the inner walls of the mounting boxes 58 are connected with long supporting plates 64 respectively in a sliding mode, the inner walls of the long supporting plates 64 are connected with second rotating shafts 61 respectively in a rotating mode, the front ends of the outer surfaces of the second rotating shafts 61 are fixedly connected with second small straight gears 62 respectively, the lower ends of the second small straight gears 62 are meshed with first straight racks 63 respectively, and the first straight racks 63 are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the mounting boxes 58 respectively; the rear ends of the outer surfaces of the second rotating shafts 61 are respectively connected with grooved cams 65 in a sliding mode, the massage plates 67 are respectively and fixedly connected to the rear end surfaces of the corresponding grooved cams 65, the outer surfaces of the grooved cams 65 are respectively engaged with cylindrical pins 66, and the cylindrical pins 66 are respectively and fixedly connected to the inner walls of the corresponding long supporting plates 64.
As shown in fig. 18-19, the second rotating shaft 61 and the grooved cam 65 are in spline connection, and can be used as a rotating shaft to rotate and also can be extended and retracted back and forth, the front end of the first telescopic rod 50 penetrates through the inner wall of the mounting box 58, and the outer cylinder is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the mounting box 58; the outer surface of the cylindrical pin 66 is fixedly connected with small key plates which are respectively and fixedly connected with the rear end surfaces of the corresponding long supporting plates 64; when the first telescopic rod 50 rotates, the corresponding second disc 59 is driven to rotate, the second disc 59 rotates to drive one end of the corresponding third connecting rod 60 to do circular rotation, the other end of the third connecting rod 60 can only move left and right under the limit of the long supporting plate 64 and the second rotating shaft 61, so that the other end of the third connecting rod 60 can drive the corresponding second rotating shaft 61 to move left and right when moving left and right, the second rotating shaft 61 can drive the corresponding second small spur gear 62 to move left and right, the second small spur gear 62 moves left and right and drives the second small spur gear 62 to rotate through the meshing with the first straight rack 63, so that the second rotating shaft 61 rotates while moving left and right, when the second rotating shaft 61 rotates while moving left and right, the corresponding grooved cam 65 rotates while moving left and right, when the grooved cam 65 rotates, the grooved cam 65 moves back and forth under the meshing with the cylindrical pin 66, thereby realizing that the massage plate 67 can move back and forth while moving left and right while rotating.
