At present, the prevention and treatment of the rhinoceros verrucosus are mainly focused on the chemical prevention and treatment aspect, the rhinoceros verrucosus is directly killed by spraying a chemical agent, and the prevention and treatment effect is achieved. At present, the mode of pheromone trapping is changed at home and abroad to prevent and treat the rhinoceros verrucosa, but no matter the mode of chemical medicament killing or the mode of pheromone trapping is adopted, the mode only has the effect of preventing and treating the rhinoceros verrucosa in the field, and the mode can not kill or trap the insect bodies existing in the core part. The researchers say that the purpose of killing the rhinoceros beetles can be achieved by mixing furadan and sand and spraying the mixture to the palm cores, but the furadan as a high-toxicity medicament is forbidden in most countries, so that the research and the development of novel low-toxicity prevention and control medicaments are very important for the field prevention and control of the rhinoceros beetles.

a medicament composition for preventing and treating rhinoceros verrucosa is prepared by mixing camphor essential oil, cyantraniliprole and kasugamycin, wherein the contents of the components in percentage by mass are as follows: 20-40% of camphor essential oil, 30-45% of cyantraniliprole and 30-45% of kasugamycin, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is one hundred percent.
In the invention, the conventional auxiliary materials in the pesticide processing process are added into the medicament composition to prepare conventional formulations, including conventional formulations such as granules, medicine bags, paste, emulsifiers, water aqua and the like. The invention adopts the camphor essential oil, the cyantraniliprole, the kasugamycin and other medicines for scientific compatibility, can generate better avoidance and killing effects on the rhinoceros verrucosus, achieves the effect of controlling the rhinoceros verrucosus, has the characteristics of high control efficiency, quick response, small environmental damage and the like, is beneficial to realizing the ecological prevention and control of the palm plant pest, namely the rhinoceros verrucosus, and has very important significance for protecting palm plants from being damaged by the rhinoceros verrucosus.

The following examples are given to further illustrate the embodiments of the present invention. The experimental procedures, in which specific conditions are not noted in the following examples, are generally carried out under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturers.
Preparation of pharmaceutical composition
The first embodiment,
230g of camphor essential oil, 400g of cyantraniliprole and 370g of kasugamycin are uniformly mixed, 5000g of river sand is added, and granules are prepared by adopting a conventional pesticide production process.
Example II,
Uniformly mixing 280g of camphor essential oil, 380g of cyantraniliprole and 340g of kasugamycin, adding 80400g of tween-80400 g, 250g of glycerol and 1800g of vaseline, and preparing into paste by adopting a conventional pesticide production process.
Example III,
350g of camphor essential oil, 320g of cyantraniliprole and 330g of kasugamycin are uniformly mixed, 450g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 200g of n-butanol, triton X1000300 g and 300g of deionized water are added, and the microemulsion is prepared by adopting the conventional pesticide production process.
Example four,
250g of camphor essential oil, 350g of cyantraniliprole and 400g of kasugamycin are uniformly mixed, 4000g of deionized water is added, and the mixture is prepared into a water aqua by adopting a conventional pesticide production process.
Secondly, identifying the killing and repellent effects of the medicament composition:
1. indoor toxicity effect experiment
The medicaments obtained in the first, second, third and fourth examples are used for indoor toxicity effect experiments on adult rhinoceros verrucosa:
1) experimental method I: the granular pesticide preparation 100g obtained in the first example was applied to the bottom of 3 insect-raising boxes of 9 insect-raising boxes of 30X 25X 15cm, and the other 6 insect-raising boxes were used as controls and were designed as control I (no pesticide applied) and control II (mixture of cyantraniliprole and river sand applied), and each group was used as three insect-raising boxes. 30 adult rhinoceros are placed in each box.
2) Experiment method II: the agents obtained in example two, example three and example four were applied or sprayed onto the surface of the split coconut (split surface), and then 30 adult warts were inoculated (5 coconuts were used in each example, 5g of the agent was uniformly applied or sprayed onto each coconut, and 6 adult warts were inoculated onto each coconut). Coconut fruit without drug treatment was used as control I, and coconut fruit with cyantraniliprole applied was used as control II. Each treatment was repeated 3 times.
The effect is as follows: the death basis is that the test insects can not normally crawl. And counting the number of dead insects 96 hours after treatment, and calculating the mortality. The results of the experiment are shown in table 1.

The indoor research results show that compared with a control I without spreading the medicament (the average lethality reaches 5.6 percent) and a control II with singly applying cyantraniliprole (the average lethality reaches 70 percent), the medicament composition provided by the invention has the advantages that the lethality to the adult rhinoceros verrucosus reaches more than 90 percent after 96 hours of treatment, has a good killing effect on the adult rhinoceros verrucosus and plays a good role in preventing and treating.
2. Experiment of indoor repellent effect
Taking the medicaments obtained in the second, third and fourth examples, the indoor repellent effect experiment is carried out on the adult rhinoceros verrucosa:
the agent obtained in example two, example three and example four was uniformly coated or sprayed on the split coconuts, and then the coconuts were placed in insect-rearing boxes of 80X 60X 40cm, 10 wart rhinoceros were inoculated and placed in the insect-rearing boxes, and the coconuts without coating or spraying the agent were used as control I (blank treatment) and the coconuts with camphor essential oil were used as control II. Every two box bodies form a group, and one split coconut is placed in the middle of each box body. Repeating each treatment for 3 times, counting the number of the spiders on the split coconuts within 72 hours respectively, and calculating the effective rate. The temperature and humidity and other parameters of each insect breeding box are consistent. The results are shown in Table 2:

The experimental data show that the camphor essential oil, the cyantraniliprole and the kasugamycin are effectively compatible, a better avoiding effect can be generated on the rhinoceros verrucosa, the effective rate reaches over 80 percent, the ecological prevention and control of palm plant pests are facilitated, and the composition has a very important significance for protecting the palm plants from the pests.
