Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an advertisement push method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps S101 to S103.
S101, after receiving an advertisement watching request initiated by UE (User Equipment), an AF (Application Function) bearing an advertisement push service pushes a corresponding video advertisement to the UE;
s102, recording the video advertisement time length watched by the UE through a Universal Data Reproduction (UDR) functional entity;
and S103, after the UE requests the video website to watch the video program, the AF pays corresponding fees to the video website according to the video advertisement duration watched by the UE in an accumulated mode.
When the user is in an idle state, for example, at a station or the like, an advertisement watching request can be initiated to the AF, so that the AF pushes a corresponding video advertisement to the UE. The video advertisement pushed to the UE by the AF is related to the user, namely the actual effect of the advertisement is better aiming at the video advertisement specially put by the user.
It should be noted that, if the video website belongs to the self-operated device of the operator, or there is a mutual trust relationship between the server of the video website and the operator, the AF and the video website are allowed to directly communicate, so in step S103, the AF can directly pay the corresponding fee to the video website.
If the video website does not belong to the self-operated equipment of the operator, and the server of the video website does not have a mutual trust relationship with the operator, a safety device for isolating the operator from the outside needs to be arranged between the operator Network and the internet, the safety device is a Network Function (NEF), and the AF needs to communicate with the video website through the NEF. The NEF is a device established between the operator network and the internet, i.e. a device separating the mobile communication network of the operator itself from the public network, and certainly a device separating different operator networks. In this case, in step S103, the AF pays a corresponding fee to the video website via the NEF.
In this embodiment, the video service is separated from the advertisement service by using the 5G network function, a professional advertisement service provider (i.e., AF) is responsible for pushing advertisements to users, which is helpful for enhancing the speciality of the advertisement service, and the video website only carries out video service operation without increasing the service cost of the video website.
In a specific embodiment, after step S102, the following steps S104 to S106 are further included.
S104, when the UE requests to watch the video program to the video website, the UDR obtains the video advertisement duration which is actually avoided by the UE according to the video advertisement duration watched by the UE in an accumulated manner;
s105, the UDR informs the video website to send a video stream to the UE, wherein the video stream is obtained by reducing or avoiding the duration of the pre-advertisement according to the video advertisement duration actually avoided by the UE;
and S106. the UDR subtracts the video advertisement time length recorded by the UE according to the video advertisement time length actually exempted by the UE.
In the embodiment, the 5G network function is utilized to record the accumulated watching video advertisement time length after the user watches the advertisement in advance in spare or scattered time, when the user watches the video program, the accumulated watched advertisement time length can be used for offsetting the preposed advertisement time length of the video program, and the preposed advertisement of the video program is not watched or is watched less, so that the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment, step S104 includes the following steps S1041 to S1045.
S1041.UDR receives a request sent by UE for avoiding the user from watching the video advertisement, wherein the request comprises the video advertisement duration required by the user to watch by a video website, and retrieves the video advertisement duration currently watched by the UE;
s1042. the UDR compares the video advertisement time length watched by the UE currently in an accumulated mode with the video advertisement time length required by the video website to be watched by the user to obtain a comparison result;
s1043, if the comparison result is that the video advertisement duration currently and accumulatively watched by the UE is greater than or equal to the video advertisement duration required by the user to watch by the video website, the UDR sends the video advertisement duration capable of being saved to the AF according to the comparison result, specifically the video advertisement duration required by the user to watch by the video website;
s1044, if the comparison result shows that the current accumulated watching time length of the UE is shorter than the video advertisement time length required by the video website to be watched by the user, the UDR sends the exemptable video advertisement time length to the AF according to the comparison result, specifically the current remaining accumulated watching time length of the UE;
and S1045, obtaining the video advertisement time length which is actually avoided by the UE by the AF according to the video advertisement time length which can be avoided and is sent by the UDR, wherein the video advertisement time length which is actually avoided by the UE is equal to the video advertisement time length which can be avoided, and registering the video advertisement time length to the UDR.
In this embodiment, when a user wishes to watch a video program, the user may request a video website to watch the video program by using an APP (Application) installed on the UE; then the video website sends prompt information to an APP installed on the UE, wherein the prompt information carries the video advertisement duration that the video website requires a user to watch, and the video advertisement duration indicates that the user needs to watch the video advertisement for a certain duration before watching the video program; after receiving the prompt message, the APP installed on the UE invokes a function of the UE, for example, invokes a dial of the UE, requests the UDR to avoid the user from watching the video advertisement, where the request includes a video advertisement duration that the video website requires the user to watch.
In a specific embodiment, after step S1044, step S104 further includes the following steps S1046 and S1047.
S1046, the UDR sends video advertisement duration which cannot be avoided to the AF according to the comparison result, specifically, the difference between the video advertisement duration which the video website requires the user to watch and the current residual accumulated watching video advertisement duration of the UE;
and S1047.AF selects a video advertisement with the same duration and corresponding to the user to send to the UE according to the video advertisement duration which can not be avoided.
In one embodiment, the exempting the user from the request to view the video advertisement further comprises: the UE calls an identifier of an APP of the UE and a session identifier of a session established between the APP and a video website, wherein the APP is an application program installed on the UE and used for requesting a video program from the video website.
For the same reason, if the video website belongs to equipment owned by the operator, or a mutual trust relationship exists between a server of the video website and the operator, allowing the UDR and the video website to directly communicate; if the video website does not belong to the equipment owned by the operator, and the mutual trust relationship does not exist between the server of the video website and the operator, the UDR needs to communicate with the video website through the NEF.
If the UDR can communicate directly with the video site, step S105 includes the following steps S1051 and S1052.
S1051. the UDR sends an advertisement exempting request to a video website, wherein the request comprises the video advertisement duration for requesting exemption, an identifier for calling self APP by the UE and a session identifier for establishing a session between the APP and the video website;
and S1052, when the video website receives a request for watching a video program, which is sent by an APP installed on UE, the video website calls an identifier of the APP and a session identifier of session establishment between the APP and the video website to establish connection with the APP installed on the UE based on the UE in the exempt advertisement request, and sends a video stream of which the exempt pre-advertisement duration is reduced according to the video advertisement duration requested to be exempt in the exempt advertisement request to the APP installed on the UE.
If the UDR needs to communicate with the video site via the NEF, step S105 includes the following steps S1051 'to S1053'.
S1051' UDR sends an exempt advertisement request to NEF, wherein the request comprises video advertisement duration requesting exemption, an identifier of APP called by UE and a session identifier of session established between APP and a video website;
s1052' NEF forwards the exempt advertisement request to the video website;
s1053' when the video website receives the request of watching the video program sent by the APP installed on the UE, based on the UE in the exempt advertisement request, calling the identifier of the APP and the session identifier of the session established between the APP and the video website to establish connection with the APP installed on the UE, and sending the video stream with the exempt preposed advertisement duration reduced according to the video advertisement duration requested to be exempt in the exempt advertisement request to the APP installed on the UE through the NEF.
It should be noted that, if the devices between different networks have mutual trust relationship, or all the devices are located in the operator network, for example, the video website is a device owned by the operator, the video website may directly send the video stream to the UE (i.e., step S1052); otherwise, the video website needs to send the video stream to the UE via the NEF (i.e., step S1053').
In this embodiment, the video advertisement duration requested to be exempted in the exempt advertisement request sent by the UDR (via the NEF) to the video website is equal to the video advertisement duration actually exempted by the UE, that is, the video advertisement duration capable of being exempted.
In a specific embodiment, after step S1045, step S104 further includes the following step S1048:
and S1048, the UDR returns the video advertisement duration which is actually exempted from the UE to the UE, so that the UE returns the result of exempt request operation to the APP called by the UE.
If the video advertisement duration actually exempted for the UE is equal to the video advertisement duration required by the user to watch by the video website, the result of exempting the request operation comprises that all the preposed advertisements are exempted; if the video advertisement duration actually exempted from the UE is equal to the currently remaining accumulated video advertisement viewing duration of the UE, the result of the exempt request operation includes partially exempting the pre-advertisement and the video advertisement duration yet to be viewed (i.e. the video advertisement duration that cannot be exempted, specifically, the difference between the video advertisement duration that the video website requires the user to view and the currently remaining accumulated video advertisement viewing duration of the UE).
In a specific embodiment, before step S102, the following step S107 is further included:
s107.AF registers the video advertisement duration that UE has watched with UDR.
In this embodiment, after the AF pushes a corresponding video advertisement to the UE, the video advertisement duration watched by the UE is registered to the UDR according to the pushed advertisement duration, and the UDR records the duration once every time the AF registers the duration once, so as to obtain the video advertisement duration watched by the UE in an accumulated manner.
In one embodiment, in step S106, the video advertisement duration of the deduction is equal to the video advertisement duration actually exempted by the UE;
if the video advertisement duration actually exempted by the UE is the video advertisement duration required by the video website to be watched by the user, the currently remaining accumulated watching video advertisement duration of the UE after the check is equal to the difference between the accumulated watching video advertisement duration of the UE and the video advertisement duration required by the video website to be watched by the user;
and if the video advertisement duration actually exempted for the UE is the currently remaining accumulated video advertisement watching duration of the UE, the currently remaining accumulated video advertisement watching duration of the UE after the check is equal to 0.
In a specific embodiment, before step S102, the following steps S108 to S110 are further included.
S108.AF sends service registration request to UDR, the request includes service type (advertisement push) and ID;
s109, the UDR registers the service type and the identity of the AF request and returns a service registration success message to the AF;
s110. the af establishes a video payment settlement interface with the video website (via the NEF) upon receiving the service registration success message.
Correspondingly, step S103 specifically is: and the AF pays corresponding fees to the video website through the video payment settlement interface.
In a specific embodiment, before step S102, the following steps S111 and S112 are further included.
S111, the UDR receives a service request that an order video and a preposed advertisement are separated and submitted by the UE, and finishes service ordering with the UE based on the request;
and S112, the UDR registers the subscription information of the UE, wherein the subscription information comprises the number of the UE.
Specifically, the UE may submit a service request for ordering a video separately from a pre-ad to the UDR by dialing a service ordering access number, and then the UE and the UDR may complete service ordering through voice prompt.
In this embodiment, since the subscription information of the UE registered by the UDR includes the number of the UE, after the subsequent UDR records the video advertisement duration watched by the UE in an accumulated manner, the video advertisement duration watched by the UE in an accumulated manner can be retrieved according to the number of the UE.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another advertisement pushing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps (1) to (18).
(1) And the AF initiates a service registration request to the UDR, wherein the request comprises a service type and an identity.
(2) The UDR registers the service type (advertisement push) and its identity of the AF request and returns a service registration success message to the AF.
(3) And after receiving the service registration success message, the AF establishes a video payment settlement interface with the video website through the NEF.
(4) And the user submits a service request for ordering the video and the preposed advertisement to the UDR through the UE, and the UDR finishes service ordering with the UE after receiving the request. For example, the UE dials the UDR service subscription access number, and completes the service subscription through voice prompt.
(5) When the user is in an idle state, e.g. waiting at a station, the UE initiates a view advertisement request to the AF.
(6) And after receiving the advertisement watching request, the AF pushes the corresponding video advertisement to the UE.
(7) The AF registers the video advertisement duration that the UE watched with the UDR.
(8) The UDR records the video advertisement duration that the UE accumulatively watches.
(9) When the user wishes to watch the video program, the APP installed on the UE is utilized to request the video website to watch the video program.
(10) The video website sends prompt information to the APP installed on the UE, wherein the prompt information carries the advertisement duration that the video website requires the user to watch, which indicates that the user needs to watch the advertisement for a certain duration, for example, 1 minute, before watching the video program.
(11) After receiving the prompt message, the APP installed on the UE invokes a function of the UE, for example, a dial of the UE, to request the UDR to avoid watching the advertisement, where the request includes a video advertisement duration that the video website requires the user to watch, an identifier that the UE invokes its APP, and a session identifier that the APP establishes a session with the video website.
(12) And the UDR retrieves the video advertisement duration currently watched by the UE according to the UE number.
12a) And (4) if the currently accumulated watching video advertisement duration of the UE is greater than or equal to the video advertisement duration required by the video website to be watched by the user, sending the video advertisement duration capable of being avoided, specifically the video advertisement duration required by the video website to be watched by the user, to the AF, and skipping the step (13).
12b) If the current accumulated watching time length of the UE is less than the video advertisement time length required by the video website and watched by the user, sending the video advertisement time length capable of being saved, specifically the current remaining accumulated watching time length of the UE and the video advertisement time length incapable of being saved, specifically the difference between the video advertisement time length required by the video website and the current remaining accumulated watching time length of the UE to the AF.
(13) And the AF selects a video advertisement with the duration equivalent to the video advertisement duration which can not be avoided by 12b) and corresponding to the user to send to the UE.
(14) The AF registers with the UDR the video advertisement duration that is actually exempt from the UE.
(15) And the UDR returns the video advertisement duration which is actually avoided by the UE to the UE, and simultaneously, the recorded video advertisement duration which is watched by the UE in an accumulated way is checked.
(16) And the UE returns an exempt request operation result to the APP called by the UE.
(17) And the AF pays a fee corresponding to the video advertisement duration which is watched by the UE in an accumulated mode to the video website through the NEF.
(18) The video website pushes the video program to the APP installed on the user UE via the NEF. For the case of 12a), the video program does not contain a pre-ad; for 12b), the video program contains a portion of the pre-roll advertisement.
The advertisement push method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure separates the video service from the advertisement service by using a 5G network function, and a professional advertisement service provider (i.e., AF) is responsible for pushing advertisements to a user, so that the user can not see or rarely see the pre-advertisement of the video program at the video service provider (i.e., video website) after watching the advertisements pushed by the advertisement service provider in advance, on one hand, the specialization degree of advertisement push is improved, on the other hand, the increase of the service cost of the video website is avoided, the benefit of the video website is ensured, on the other hand, the user can not see or rarely see the pre-advertisement of the video program, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an advertisement push system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the system 3 includes: UDR31, AF32 hosting ad push services, and video website 34.
The AF is set to push corresponding video advertisements to the UE after receiving an advertisement watching request initiated by the UE; the UDR is set to record the video advertisement duration of the UE in accumulated watching; after the UE requests the video website to watch the video program, the AF is also set to pay corresponding cost to the video website according to the video advertisement time length watched by the UE in an accumulated mode.
Further, if the AF can directly communicate with the video website, the AF can directly pay corresponding fees to the video website; if the AF needs to communicate with the video website via the NEF, the system 3 further includes: NEF33, and AF pays a corresponding fee to the video website via NEF.
When the user is in an idle state, for example, at a station or the like, a request for watching advertisements may be initiated to the AF, so that the AF pushes corresponding video advertisements to the UE. The video advertisement pushed to the UE by the AF is related to the user, namely the actual effect of the advertisement is better aiming at the video advertisement specially put by the user.
After the UDR records the video advertisement duration that the UE watches in the accumulated manner, in a specific embodiment, when the UE requests the video website to watch a video program, the UDR is further configured to obtain the video advertisement duration that is actually exempted from the UE according to the video advertisement duration that the UE watches in the accumulated manner, and notify the video website to send to the UE a video stream in which the pre-advertisement duration has been exempted from according to the video advertisement duration that is actually exempted from the UE, and to reduce the video advertisement duration that the UE watches in the accumulated manner according to the video advertisement duration that is actually exempted from the UE.
In a specific embodiment, the UDR is further configured to receive a request sent by the UE to avoid the user from watching the video advertisement, where the request includes a video advertisement duration that the video website requires the user to watch, and retrieve a video advertisement duration currently watched by the UE in an accumulated manner; comparing the currently accumulated watching video advertisement duration of the UE with the video advertisement duration required by the user to watch by the video website to obtain a comparison result;
if the comparison result is that the video advertisement duration currently and accumulatively watched by the UE is longer than or equal to the video advertisement duration required by the user to watch by the video website, the UDR also sets the video advertisement duration capable of being avoided to be sent to the AF according to the comparison result, specifically the video advertisement duration required by the user to watch by the video website;
if the comparison result is that the video advertisement time length currently watched by the UE is shorter than the video advertisement time length required by the video website and watched by the user, the UDR also sets to send the video advertisement time length capable of being saved to the AF according to the comparison result, specifically the video advertisement time length currently remained and watched by the UE;
the AF is further arranged to derive the video advertisement duration actually exempted from the UE from the exempt-able video advertisement duration sent by the UDR and to register with the UDR.
