Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an advertisement push method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps S101 to S103.
S101, whenever UE (User Equipment) requests to watch a video program to a video website, a UDR (Unified Data Repository, unified Data storage function entity) registers a User value-added service use record to a BSS (Business Support System), and then informs the video website to send the video program to the UE;
s102, after the video website sends the video program to the UE, if the UE watches the advertisement, the UDR obtains an advertisement watching result according to the advertisement watching condition of the UE;
and S103, updating the value added service use record of the user to the BSS by the UDR according to the advertisement viewing result.
It should be noted that, if the video website belongs to a device owned by an operator, or if there is an interworking relationship between a server of the video website and the operator, the UDR is allowed to directly communicate with the video website, so in step S101, the UDR may directly notify the video website to send the video program to the UE.
If the video website does not belong to the self-operated equipment of the operator, and the server of the video website does not have a mutual trust relationship with the operator, a safety device for isolating the operator from the outside needs to be arranged between the operator Network and the internet, the safety device is a Network Exposure Function (NEF), and the UDR needs to communicate with the video website through the NEF. The NEF is a device established between the operator network and the internet, i.e. a device separating the mobile communication network of the operator itself from the public network, and certainly a device separating different operator networks. In this case, the UDR needs to notify the video website through the NEF to transmit the video program to the UE in step S101.
In the embodiment, the 5G network function is utilized to enable the user to watch the video program firstly, then watch the advertisement in the spare or scattered time, and update the value added service use record of the user according to the advertisement watching condition of the user so as to facilitate the BSS charging, so that the user experience is improved on the premise of ensuring the benefit of the video website.
In one embodiment, after the UE requests the video website to watch the video program and before the UDR registers the user value added service usage record with the BSS in step S101, the following steps S1011 and S1012 are further included.
S1011, the video website returns the advertisement duration which needs to be watched after the user watches the video program to the UE;
and S1012, receiving a post-watching advertisement request sent by the UE by the UDR, wherein the post-watching advertisement request comprises the advertisement duration required by the video website to watch by the user.
Correspondingly, in step S102, after the video website has sent the video program to the UE, the following step S1021 is further included:
and S1021, the UDR sends an advertisement watching reminding message to the UE, wherein the advertisement watching reminding message comprises the advertisement duration required by the video website to watch the user and the time point of finishing advertisement watching at the latest.
In this embodiment, after the video website returns the advertisement duration that needs to be watched after the user watches the video program to the UE, the user may invoke a function of the UE by using an APP (Application, abbreviation of Application) installed on the UE, such as invoking a dial of the UE, and initiate a post-watching advertisement request to the UDR, where the advertisement duration includes an advertisement duration that the video website requires the user to watch. After receiving the advertisement watching request sent by the UE, the UDR can send an advertisement watching reminding message to the UE after the user watches the video program so as to remind the user of the advertisement time length required to watch and the time point at which the advertisement watching is finished at the latest. Wherein the time point at which the advertisement viewing is completed at the latest is set to facilitate BSS charging.
In one embodiment, step S1021 is specifically: the UDR sends a viewing advertisement reminding Message to the UE through a Short Message Service Function (SMSF).
Of course, the UDR may also send the advertisement watching reminding message to the UE in other manners, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In one embodiment, the post-view advertisement request further comprises: the UE calls an identifier of an APP of the UE and a session identifier of a session established between the APP and a video website currently, wherein the APP is an application program installed on the UE and used for requesting a video program from the video website.
Accordingly, in step S101, after step S1012 and before the UDR registers the user value added service usage record with the BSS, the following step S1013 is further included:
s1013.Udr sends a post-view ad request to the video website (via NEF).
Accordingly, in step S101, the UDR notifies the video website to transmit the video program to the UE, including the following steps S1014 and S1015.
S1014, the UDR sends a video program playing instruction to a video website (via NEF);
and S1015, after receiving the instruction, the video website calls the identifier of the APP of the video website and the session identifier of the session established between the APP and the video website and the APP installed on the UE to establish connection based on the UE in the post-watching advertisement request, and sends the video program to the APP installed on the UE (via NEF).
It should be noted that, if the devices in different networks have mutual trust relationship, or all the devices are located in the operator network, for example, the video website is a device owned by the operator, the video website may directly send the video program to the UE in step S1015; otherwise, the video website needs to send the video program to the UE via the NEF in step S1015.
In this embodiment, after receiving a post-view advertisement request initiated by the UE via the UDR (and NEF), the video website establishes a connection with the APP installed on the UE, thereby sending a video program to the APP installed on the UE.
In one embodiment, in step S101, after step S1013 and before the UDR registers the user value-added service usage record with the BSS, the method further includes step S1016 as follows:
and S1016, the video website allocates a temporary identifier and an advertisement duration corresponding to the temporary identifier to each received advertisement request for watching, and returns the temporary identifier to the UDR (through NEF), so that the user value-added service usage record registered by the UDR to the BSS contains the temporary identifier and the advertisement duration corresponding to the temporary identifier.
Each temporary identifier is used for marking an advertisement watching request event once, each user value-added service usage record registered by the UDR to the BSS corresponds to one temporary identifier correspondingly, each temporary identifier corresponds to one section of advertisement, and each user value-added service usage record registered by the UDR to the BSS comprises one temporary identifier and the corresponding advertisement duration.
Accordingly, in step S102, after the UDR sends the advertisement watching reminding message to the UE and before the UE watches the advertisement, the following steps S1022 to S1024 are further included.
S1022, the UDR receives a supplementary watching advertisement request sent by the UE, wherein the supplementary watching advertisement request comprises the number of the UE;
s1023, inquiring the duration of each advertisement required to be watched by the user and a temporary identifier corresponding to each advertisement in the BSS by the video website according to the number of the UE by the UDR, and sending the duration and the temporary identifier to the video website (through NEF);
and S1024, the video website pushes the advertisements with the corresponding duration corresponding to each temporary identifier to the UE (through NEF).
In this embodiment, when the user is in an idle state, for example, at a station or the like, an advertisement supplementary watching request may be initiated to the UDR, where the advertisement supplementary watching request includes the number of the UE. The UDR can inquire a plurality of user value-added service use records in the BSS according to the number of the UE, further know the duration of each advertisement section required to be watched by the user by the video website and the temporary identifier corresponding to each advertisement section, and then send the temporary identifier to the video website (through NEF), so that the video website can push the corresponding advertisement to the UE according to the temporary identifier.
In one embodiment, if the UDR can directly communicate with the video website, the following steps S1025 and S1026 are further included after step S1024 in step S102.
S1025, the video website records the advertisement duration sent to the UE, and determines whether the advertisement is played completely or not every time the advertisement duration corresponding to one temporary identifier is finished;
and S1026, after confirming that the advertisement corresponding to the temporary identifier is played, the video website sends a record for canceling the use of the user value-added service to the UDR, wherein the record comprises the corresponding temporary identifier.
Correspondingly, in step S102, the UDR obtains an advertisement viewing result according to the advertisement viewing condition of the UE, specifically: and the UDR receives the user value-added service usage record which is sent by the video website and is cancelled as an advertisement watching result.
If the UDR needs to communicate with the video website via the NEF, the following steps S1025 'and S1026' are further included after step S1024 in step S102.
S1025' NEF records the advertising time length forwarded to UE, and confirms whether the advertising is finished with the video website every time the advertising time length corresponding to a temporary identifier is finished;
and S1026', after the NEF and the video website confirm that the advertisement corresponding to the temporary identifier is played, a record for canceling the user value-added service usage is sent to the UDR, wherein the record comprises the corresponding temporary identifier.
Correspondingly, in step S102, the UDR obtains an advertisement viewing result according to the advertisement viewing condition of the UE, specifically: and the UDR receives the record of canceling the user value-added service usage sent by the NEF as an advertisement viewing result.
Step S103 specifically includes: and the UDR updates the user value-added service use record according to the received user value-added service use record cancellation.
In a specific embodiment, step S103 includes steps S1031 and S1032 as follows.
S1031, when the UDR receives a record for canceling the user value-added service usage record, registering a record for canceling the user value-added service usage record to the BSS;
and S1032. When the BSS receives a record for canceling the user value-added service usage record, the BSS checks and cancels the corresponding user value-added service usage record from the accumulated user value-added service usage record.
In the embodiment, the user value-added service use record is marked by the temporary identifier, and each time the UE requests to watch a video program from a video website, the UDR registers a user value-added service use record to the BSS; every time the user watches the advertisement pushed by the video website, the UDR registers a record for canceling the user value-added service use record to the BSS so as to verify the previously registered user value-added service use record.
In a specific embodiment, after step S103, the following step S104 is further included:
and S104, the BSS generates a value added service billing bill according to the latest user value added service usage record at the time point of finishing advertisement viewing at the latest and sends the bill to the UE.
In this embodiment, the latest time point for completing advertisement viewing may be set to be the end of the last day of each month, that is, the BSS (operator) generates a value added service billing bill at the end of the month, and as long as the user eliminates all value added service usage records in the month by viewing the advertisement before the end of the month, the user may not be charged at the end of the month. If the user does not eliminate all the value-added service usage records in the current month before the end of the month, a value-added service billing bill is received, wherein the billing bill comprises the fees corresponding to the value-added service usage records which are not eliminated in the current month.
Moreover, for the record of canceling the user value-added service usage record registered by the UDR to the BSS, if the user value-added service usage record with the same temporary identifier has charged the corresponding fee for the user when the user is billed in the previous month, the canceling record will be directly ignored by the charging system of the BSS.
In a specific embodiment, after step S104, the following step S105 is further included:
and S105, after the BSS receives the value-added service charging bill paid by the user, clearing the user value-added service usage record corresponding to the bill.
In this embodiment, after the user pays the value added service charging bill, the BSS will clear the value added service usage record of the user corresponding to the bill, so as to avoid repeated charging in the next month. Furthermore, the BSS also settles the fee with the video website to ensure the benefit of the video website.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another advertisement pushing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps (1) to (18).

Accordingly, after the UDR receives the post-view advertisement request sent by the UE, and before the UDR registers the user value added service usage record with the BSS, the UDR is further configured to send the post-view advertisement request to the video website (via the NEF).
Accordingly, the UDR is also arranged to send a play video program instruction to the video website (via NEF); the video website is also configured to invoke the identifier of the APP of the video website and the session identifier of the session established between the APP and the video website and establish a connection with the APP installed on the UE based on the UE in the post-view advertisement request after receiving the instruction, and send the video program to the APP installed on the UE (via the NEF).
It should be noted that, if the devices in different networks have mutual trust relationship, or all the devices are located in the operator network, for example, the video website is a device owned by the operator, the video website may directly send the video program to the UE; otherwise, the video website needs to send the video program to the UE via the NEF.
In this embodiment, after receiving a post-view advertisement request initiated by the UE via the UDR (and NEF), the video website establishes a connection with the APP installed on the UE, thereby sending a video program to the APP installed on the UE.
In one embodiment, after the UDR sends the post-view advertisement request to the video website (via the NEF) and before the UDR registers the user value-added service usage record with the BSS, the video website is further configured to allocate a temporary identifier and an advertisement duration corresponding to the temporary identifier to each received post-view advertisement request, and return the post-view advertisement request to the UDR (via the NEF), so that the user value-added service usage record registered by the UDR with the BSS includes the temporary identifier and the advertisement duration corresponding to the temporary identifier.
Correspondingly, after the UDR sends the advertisement watching reminding message to the UE and before the UE watches the advertisement, the UDR is also set to receive a watching supplement advertisement request sent by the UE, wherein the advertisement request comprises the number of the UE; inquiring the duration of each advertisement required to be watched by the user of the video website and the temporary identifier corresponding to each advertisement in the BSS according to the number of the UE, and sending the duration and the temporary identifier to the video website (through NEF); the video website is further configured to push (via the NEF) to the UE an advertisement for a respective duration corresponding to each temporary identifier.
In a specific embodiment, the UDR may communicate directly with the video website, and after the video website pushes the advertisement with the corresponding duration corresponding to each temporary identifier to the UE, the video website is further configured to record the advertisement duration sent to the UE, and determine whether the advertisement is played completely every time the advertisement duration corresponding to one temporary identifier is finished; and after the video website confirms that the advertisement corresponding to the temporary identifier is played, sending a record for canceling the use of the user value-added service to the UDR, wherein the record comprises the corresponding temporary identifier.
Correspondingly, the UDR is specifically set to receive a user value-added service usage record which is sent by a video website and is cancelled as an advertisement viewing result; and updating the user value-added service usage record according to the received user value-added service usage record cancellation.
If the UDR needs to communicate with the video website through the NEF, after the video website pushes the advertisements with the corresponding time lengths corresponding to the temporary identifiers to the UE through the NEF, the NEF is also set to record the advertisement time lengths forwarded to the UE, and the video website confirms whether the advertisement is played or not when the advertisement time length corresponding to one temporary identifier is finished; and after the video website confirms that the advertisement corresponding to the temporary identifier is played, sending a record for canceling the use of the user value-added service to the UDR, wherein the record comprises the corresponding temporary identifier.
Correspondingly, the UDR is specifically set to receive a user value-added service usage canceling record sent by the NEF as an advertisement viewing result; and updating the user value-added service usage record according to the received user value-added service usage record cancellation.
In a specific implementation manner, the UDR is further configured to register a record for canceling the "user value-added service usage record" to the BSS every time the UDR receives a record for canceling the user value-added service usage record; and the BSS is set to verify the corresponding user value-added service usage record from the accumulated user value-added service usage record when receiving the record for canceling the user value-added service usage record.
In a specific embodiment, the BSS is further configured to generate a value added service billing bill according to the latest user value added service usage record at the time point when the advertisement viewing is completed at the latest, and send the billing bill to the UE.
In this embodiment, the latest time point when the advertisement viewing is completed may be set to be at the end of the last day of each month, that is, the BSS (operator) generates the value added service billing bill at the end of the month, and the user may not be charged at the end of the month as long as the user eliminates all the value added service usage records in the month by viewing the advertisement before the end of the month. If the user does not eliminate all the value-added service usage records in the current month before the end of the month, a value-added service billing bill is received, wherein the billing bill comprises the fees corresponding to the value-added service usage records which are not eliminated in the current month.
Moreover, for the record of canceling the "user value-added service usage record" registered by the UDR to the BSS, if the "user value-added service usage record" with the same temporary identifier has charged the corresponding fee of the user when being billed in the previous month, the canceling record is directly ignored by the charging system of the BSS.
In a specific embodiment, the BSS is further configured to, after receiving a billing fee charged by the value added service paid by the user, clear the value added service usage record of the user corresponding to the bill.
In this embodiment, after the user pays the value added service charging bill, the BSS will clear the value added service usage record of the user corresponding to the bill, so as to avoid repeated charging in the next month. Furthermore, the BSS also settles the fee with the video website to ensure the benefit of the video website.
The advertisement pushing system provided by the embodiment of the disclosure separates advertisements from video programs by using a 5G network function, so that a user can watch the video programs first, then watch advertisements which should be watched before the video programs by using spare or scattered time according to convention, and then update the value added service use records of the user to a BSS according to the advertisement watching conditions of the user, the BSS can generate value added service billing bills according to the latest value added service use records of the user at the conventional time points, and charge the corresponding fees or not according to the bill conditions, thereby improving the user experience on the premise of ensuring the benefits of video websites.
