In the related art, after-sales maintenance service for the smart home devices is mainly focused on after-sales maintenance service for the smart home devices, for example, by acquiring fault codes reported by the smart home devices and analyzing faults corresponding to the fault codes, faults of the smart home devices can be quickly determined, and the purpose of quick maintenance is achieved.
However, during the use of smart home devices, on the one hand, sub-health failures such as performance effect deviations often occur. For example, since the smart air conditioner is used for a long time, a sub-health failure occurs in which the cooling effect is relatively poor although the smart air conditioner can cool.
On the other hand, in the use process of the intelligent household equipment, due to the difference of individual perception of the user, the individualized perception situation that the intelligent household equipment is noisy or the use effect of the household appliance is not ideal often occurs, and the problem of the difference of the individual perception of the user cannot be solved in a targeted manner at present.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a fault processing method for intelligent household equipment. The intelligent household equipment fault processing method can comprise a server, a terminal and intelligent household equipment. The server may be, for example, a smart home device failure processing server. A terminal is sometimes also called an intelligent terminal device, where the terminal may be a Mobile terminal, and may also be called a User Equipment (UE), a Mobile Station (MS), and so on. A terminal is a device that provides voice and/or data connection to a user, or a chip disposed in the device, such as a handheld device, a vehicle-mounted device, etc. having a wireless connection function. Examples of terminals may include, for example: the Mobile terminal comprises a Mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, Mobile Internet Devices (MID), a wearable device, a Virtual Reality (VR) device, an Augmented Reality (AR) device, a wireless terminal in industrial control, a wireless terminal in unmanned driving, a wireless terminal in remote operation, a wireless terminal in a smart grid, a wireless terminal in transportation safety, a wireless terminal in a smart city, a wireless terminal in a smart home and the like. The smart home devices may be smart devices such as a smart refrigerator, a smart television, a smart sound box, and a smart air conditioner.
In the method for processing the fault of the intelligent home equipment, the server acquires data information of the intelligent home equipment, wherein the acquired data information comprises description information which is sent to the server through the terminal and is based on the deviation of the performance of the intelligent home equipment sensed by the user, and/or operation parameters reported in real time through the intelligent home equipment. Through detecting data information, if it is determined that intelligent household equipment has a fault, fault repairing is carried out on the intelligent household equipment through a maintenance mode matched with the fault, the purpose of timely correcting performance deviation of the intelligent household equipment in the operation process of the intelligent equipment is achieved, the life cycle of the intelligent household equipment is prolonged, and the use experience of the intelligent household equipment is improved.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a fault of a smart home device according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 1, the method for processing a fault of a smart home device includes the following steps.
In step S11, data information of the smart home devices is obtained, where the data information includes description information of performance deviation of the smart home devices sensed by the user and/or operation parameters sent by the smart home devices.
In the present disclosure, the smart home devices may be smart home devices such as a smart refrigerator, a smart television, a smart audio, and a smart air conditioner. The data information acquired by the server in the disclosure may be operation parameters sent by the smart home devices to the server, or description information describing that the performance of the smart home devices has deviation and sent by the user to the server through the terminal.
In step S12, if it is determined that the smart home device has a fault according to the data information, the smart home device is repaired by a maintenance method matching the fault.
In one embodiment, for example, whether the smart home device has a fault may be determined as follows:
and if the data information comprises description information of the intelligent household equipment performance deviation based on user perception, determining that the intelligent household equipment has a fault.
Or comparing the operation parameters reported by the intelligent home equipment in real time with a plurality of prestored operation parameters, wherein each prestored operation parameter in the plurality of operation parameters respectively corresponds to a preset working condition of the intelligent home equipment and a parameter representing normal operation under the preset working condition. And according to the comparison result, when the deviation between the real-time reported operation parameters of the intelligent household equipment and the normal operation parameters is determined, the intelligent household equipment is determined to have the fault.
According to the method and the device, after the intelligent household equipment is determined to have the fault, the intelligent household equipment is subjected to fault repairing through a maintenance mode matched with the fault.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining first performance with deviation of the intelligent household equipment and operation parameters related to the first performance aiming at description information with deviation of the intelligent household equipment performance based on user perception, and carrying out fault repairing on the intelligent household equipment by adjusting a maintenance mode of the operation parameters related to the first performance.
For example, when a user perceives that the cooling effect of the intelligent air conditioner is poor, and the server acquires that the first performance (cooling performance) of the intelligent air conditioner perceived by the user is different, the server calls the operating parameters associated with the cooling performance to adjust the maintenance mode of the operating parameters associated with the cooling performance, so as to repair the fault of the intelligent home equipment.
According to the operation parameters reported by the intelligent household equipment in real time, after the intelligent household equipment is determined to have faults, the first preset working condition corresponding to the operation parameters with the deviation is obtained, the correct operation parameters of the first preset working condition are written into the intelligent household equipment in a maintenance mode of correcting the operation parameters of the intelligent household equipment, and the fault repair of the intelligent household equipment is realized.
In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, a server acquires data information of an intelligent home device, where the acquired data information includes description information that is sent to the server by a terminal and is based on a deviation of performance of the intelligent home device sensed by a user, and/or an operation parameter reported in real time by the intelligent home device.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a fault of a smart home device according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 2, the method for processing a fault of a smart home device includes the following steps.
In step S21, data information of the smart home device is obtained, where the data information includes description information of performance deviation of the smart home device based on user perception, and/or operation parameters sent by the smart home device, and also includes a fault code sent by the smart home device.
In this disclosure, the fault code of the smart home device may be written in the smart home device control program in advance before the smart home device leaves the factory, and the description information of the fault code of the smart home device is stored in the server in advance.
In step S22, if it is determined that the smart home device has a fault according to the data information, the smart home device is repaired by a maintenance method matching the fault.
According to the method and the system, after the server obtains the fault code sent by the intelligent household equipment, the server can obtain the description information of the fault code prestored in the server, and the intelligent household equipment is determined to have the fault according to the description information of the fault code.
Generally speaking, when a fault based on a fault code occurs in the smart home device, an engineer of a maintenance center is usually required to perform processing, and the smart home device does not have the capability of self-adjusting and recovering to normal.
Moreover, because the level of the maintenance engineer is unbalanced, the situation that the maintenance engineer is unfamiliar with the control circuit of the intelligent household equipment, so that the user is frequently and repeatedly moved, but the fault is difficult to be accurately positioned is likely to occur.
Furthermore, in an embodiment, after determining that the smart home device has a fault according to the description information of the fault code, the disclosure may acquire pre-stored maintenance material information corresponding to the fault code, and by pre-storing the maintenance material information corresponding to the fault code, the efficiency of a maintenance engineer in handling the fault of the smart home device may be improved, and meanwhile, the user may be prevented from being disturbed by multiple times, and the acceptance of the user on the product may be improved. After the prestored maintenance material information corresponding to the fault code is acquired, the description information of the fault code and the maintenance material information can be sent to a maintenance mode of a maintenance center, and fault repair is carried out on the intelligent household equipment.
In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, after the server acquires the fault code sent by the smart home device, the server may acquire description information of the fault code prestored in the server, and after it is determined that the smart home device has a fault according to the description information of the fault code, the server may acquire prestored maintenance material information corresponding to the fault code, and send the description information of the fault code and the maintenance material information to a maintenance mode of a maintenance center, so as to perform fault repair on the smart home device. This openly through the mode of prestoring the maintenance material information that corresponds with the fault code, avoid maintenance engineer to be difficult to accurate definite intelligent house equipment trouble, and then improve maintenance engineer's efficiency of handling intelligent house equipment trouble, also avoid simultaneously going on to the door the user with the trouble many times, promote the user to the acceptance of product.
The following description of the method for processing the fault of the smart home device will be given by taking the smart home device as an example and combining practical application.

The operation parameters may include, for example, a compressor frequency, an outer fan rotation speed, an exhaust temperature, an outer pipe temperature, an outer ring temperature, an inner fan rotation speed, an inner ring temperature, an inner pipe temperature, a set temperature, and the like, and the fault code may be written in the intelligent air conditioner control program in advance, and description information of the intelligent air conditioner fault code may be stored in the server in advance.
In step S32, the server obtains data information of the smart home device, where the data information includes an operation parameter and/or a fault code sent by the smart home device.
In step S33, if the server determines that the smart home device has a fault according to the data information, the server performs fault repairing on the smart home device in a maintenance manner matching the fault.
After the server acquires the fault code, the server determines that the intelligent air conditioner has a fault according to the description information of the fault code, and then the server can acquire prestored maintenance material information corresponding to the fault code, so that the efficiency of a maintenance engineer in processing the fault of the intelligent air conditioner can be improved, the user is prevented from being attacked for many times, and the acceptance of the user on the product is improved. After the prestored maintenance material information corresponding to the fault code is acquired, the description information of the fault code and the maintenance material information can be sent to a maintenance mode of a maintenance center, and fault repair is carried out on the intelligent air conditioner.
After the server acquires the operation parameters sent by the intelligent household equipment, according to the operation parameters reported by the intelligent air conditioner in real time, after the server determines that the intelligent air conditioner has a fault, for example, after the server determines that the intelligent air conditioner has a poor refrigeration effect or a poor heating effect or a condensed sub-health fault, the server acquires the working conditions corresponding to the operation parameters with deviation, and acquires the correct operation parameters of the working conditions, so as to modify the maintenance mode of the operation parameters of the intelligent air conditioner, and write the correct operation parameters of the first preset working conditions into the intelligent air conditioner, thereby realizing fault repair of the intelligent air conditioner.
In this disclosed example embodiment, through intelligent home equipment with intelligent sky in-process sensor real-time acquisition intelligent air conditioner's operating parameter and/or fault code send to the server, the server is according to the data information who acquires, detect data information, if confirm that intelligent home equipment has the trouble, then carry out fault repair through the maintenance mode with the fault matching to intelligent home equipment, realize in intelligent equipment operation process, in time carry out the purpose of revising to the performance deviation that intelligent home equipment appears, increase intelligent home equipment's life cycle, promote intelligent home equipment's use experience.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a fault of a smart home device according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 4, the method for processing a fault of a smart home device includes the following steps.
In step S41, in response to receiving the description information of the smart home devices, sending the description information to the server, where the description information is based on the deviation of the smart home devices performance sensed by the user.
In the disclosure, a user sends description information describing that there is a deviation in performance of an intelligent air conditioner to a server, for example, through a preset application installed in a terminal.
The description information of the abnormal performance of the smart home device based on the user perception may include, for example: the intelligent air conditioner has poor refrigerating or heating effect and high noise.
In step S42, data information of the smart home devices is obtained, where the data information includes description information of deviations in performance of the smart home devices based on user perception.
In step S43, if it is determined that the smart home device has a fault according to the data information, the smart home device is repaired by a maintenance method matching the fault.
After the server acquires the description information of the intelligent air conditioner performance deviation based on user perception, acquiring the first performance of the intelligent air conditioner with deviation and the operation parameters associated with the first performance, and adjusting the maintenance mode of the operation parameters associated with the first performance to repair the fault of the intelligent air conditioner.
For example, when the user perceives that the cooling effect of the intelligent air conditioner is poor, the intelligent air conditioner is too cold or too hot, or the noise of the intelligent air conditioner is high, the server can fetch a differentiation program which is pre-stored in the database and accords with the description of the user, such as the conditions of online compressor frequency, fan rotating speed, compressor frequency increasing and decreasing, shutdown conditions and the like, and write the differentiation program into the main board of the intelligent air conditioner to realize the service customized by the user.
In the exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, a user sends description information describing that the performance of the intelligent air conditioner is deviated to a server through a preset application installed in a terminal, and after the server obtains the information that the performance of the intelligent air conditioner perceived by the user is deviated, the server calls operating parameters associated with the deviated performance to adjust a maintenance mode of the operating parameters associated with the deviated performance, so that fault repair is performed on the intelligent home equipment, and private customized services are realized according to different user requirements.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating interaction of a smart air conditioner, a terminal, and a server according to an exemplary embodiment.
