Referring to fig. 2, a cleaning tank 20 is further disposed inside the casing 11 of the purification assembly 9, the cleaning tank 20 is connected to a cleaning nozzle 22 through an extensible hose 25, a groove for accommodating a second cylinder 23 is disposed on a top wall of the cleaning tank 20, the second cylinder 23 is connected to a second extensible hose 24, the second extensible hose 24 penetrates through the cleaning nozzle 22 fixedly connected inside the extensible hose 25, the cleaning nozzle 22 is further provided with a sealing cover 21, the sealing cover 21 is fixedly disposed on an outer wall of a water inlet pipe 221 of the cleaning nozzle 22 in a penetrating manner, a baffle 26 is disposed right below the sealing cover 21, the baffle 26 is fixed on an inner wall of the casing 11, and an outer diameter of the sealing cover 21 is slightly smaller than a central hole diameter of the connecting ring 124 so as to allow the sealing cover 21 to pass through the connecting ring 124.
In this embodiment, the cleaning tank 20 is filled with a cleaning liquid, and the cleaning liquid enters the cleaning nozzle 22 through the flexible hose 25. By passing the second telescopic rod 24 of the second air cylinder 23 through the inner fixed connection cleaning nozzle 22 of the telescopic hose 25, when the filter screen 123 needs to be cleaned, the cleaning nozzle 22 can be driven to move downwards to be close to the filter screen 123. Meanwhile, the sealing cover 21 is arranged on the cleaning nozzle 22, and the baffle 26 is arranged right below the sealing cover 21, so that when cleaning is performed, the sealing cover 21, the filtering ring 122 and the baffle 26 form a sealing cavity, the sealing cover 21 covers the water mist mixture in the sealing cavity, the sealing cleaning of the filter screen is realized, and the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved. In addition, the sealed cavity can also effectively prevent the oil smoke in the shell 11 of the purification assembly 9 from polluting the cleaned filter screen 123.
Referring to fig. 9, a cross 228 is fixed to the inside of the water inlet pipe 221, and one end of the second telescopic rod 24 is fixed to the center of the cross 228.
The control method of the range hood comprises the following steps:
1) when the range hood starts to work, the oil smoke passes through the oil filter device 3, the electrostatic device 4 and the purification assembly 9 in sequence, and the purified oil smoke is discharged from a smoke exhaust pipeline;
2) when the filter screen in the purification assembly needs to be replaced and cleaned, the first cylinder 17 is controlled to contract the first telescopic rod 18, the first telescopic rod 18 contracts to drive the pressing ring 16 to be separated from the filter ring 122 and move towards one side of the connecting ring 124, and then the connecting ring 124 is withdrawn, the buffer spring 125 contracts to drive the sealing ring 121 below the filter ring 122 to leave the end part of the oil smoke pipeline 7; meanwhile, the second cylinder 23 is controlled to contract the second telescopic rod 24, the second telescopic rod 24 contracts to drive the sealing cover 21 to be separated from the filtering ring 122 and move towards one side of the connecting ring 124, and then the sealing cover exits from the connecting ring 124, and the buffer spring 125 contracts to drive the filtering ring 122 to leave the baffle 26; the control motor 14 is then rotated to rotate both filter assemblies 12 through 180, allowing for replacement between a used filter assembly 12 and a new filter assembly 12.
3) After the filter assembly is replaced, the first cylinder 17 is controlled to extend out of the first telescopic rod 18, the first telescopic rod 18 extends out to drive the pressing ring 16 to penetrate through the connecting ring 124 of the new filter assembly 12 and abut against the filter ring 122, so that the filter ring 122 is driven to move towards the end of the oil smoke pipeline 7, the sealing ring 121 below the filter ring 122 abuts against the end of the oil smoke pipeline 7, sealing is achieved, and the new filter assembly 12 plays a role in filtering.
In the step 3), when the used filter assembly needs to be cleaned, the second cylinder 23 is controlled to drive the second telescopic rod 24 to extend downwards, so as to drive the sealing cover 21 to abut against the filter ring 122 of the used filter assembly 12 until the sealing ring 121 below the filter ring 122 contacts with the baffle 26, the sealing cover 21, the filter ring 122 and the baffle 26 form a sealed cavity, at this time, the cleaning nozzle 22 is started to clean the filter screen 123, and after the cleaning is completed, the sealed state of the sealed cavity is maintained, so that the oil smoke in the shell 11 of the purification assembly 9 is prevented from polluting the cleaned filter screen 123.

A range hood is characterized by comprising a range hood body (1) and a smoke collecting hood (2), the lower part of the fume collecting hood (2) is provided with an oil fume inlet which is provided with an oil filtering device (3), an oil collecting box (8) is fixed below the oil filtering device (3), an electrostatic device (4) is arranged in the range hood body, a centrifugal fan (5) is arranged above the electrostatic device (4), the centrifugal fan (5) is provided with an air outlet (6), an air outlet (6) of the centrifugal fan (5) is connected with an oil smoke pipeline (7), the oil smoke pipeline (7) is provided with a purification component (9), the purification component (9) is provided with a smoke inlet and a smoke outlet, the smoke inlet of the purification component (9) is connected with the oil smoke pipeline (7), the smoke outlet of the purification component (9) is connected with a smoke exhaust pipeline (10); the purification assembly (9) comprises a shell (11), the oil smoke pipeline (7) penetrates through the shell (11) of the purification assembly (9) and extends to the inside of the shell (11), a partition plate (19) is arranged inside the shell (11), a plurality of smoke passing holes are formed in the partition plate (19), a support (15) is fixed on the partition plate (19), a motor (14) is fixed on the support (15), two connecting rods (13) are symmetrically connected to a rotating shaft of the motor (14), the two connecting rods (13) are fixedly connected with a filtering assembly (12), the filtering assembly (12) comprises a filtering ring (122), a filtering net (123), a buffer spring (125) and a connecting ring (124), the filtering net (123) is arranged in the filtering ring (122), and the upper surface of the filtering ring (122) is connected with the lower surface of the connecting ring (124) through the buffer spring (125), the connecting rod (13) is connected to the side of connecting ring (124), one side that baffle (19) is close to connecting ring (124) is fixed with two first cylinders (17), two upper surface that compressing ring (16) is connected through first telescopic link (18) in first cylinder (17), compressing ring (16), connecting ring (124), filter ring (122), oil smoke pipeline (7) are from last to setting up concentrically in proper order down, compressing ring (16), connecting ring (124), filter ring (122) all run through and are provided with the centre bore, the centre bore diameter of compressing ring (16), the centre bore diameter of filter ring (122) and the internal diameter of oil smoke pipeline (7) are the same, the centre bore diameter of connecting ring (124) slightly is greater than the external diameter of compressing ring (16) is in order to allow compressing ring (16) to pass through connecting ring (124).
2. A range hood according to claim 1, characterized in that the filter assembly (12) further comprises a sealing ring (121), the sealing ring (121) being fixed to the lower surface of the filter ring (122).

A range hood as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that a cleaning nozzle (22) for cleaning the filter screen (123) is further arranged inside the housing (11) of the purification assembly (9), the cleaning nozzle (22) comprises a water inlet pipe (221), a rotary end cover (224), a nozzle fixing member (225) and a nozzle pipe, a through hole is formed in the center of the top wall of the rotary end cover (224), one end of the water inlet pipe (221) penetrates through the through hole and extends into the rotary end cover (224), a flange is formed by extending outward of the end of the water inlet pipe (221) extending into the rotary end cover (224), a sealing gasket is arranged between the flange and the inner surface of the top wall of the rotary end cover (224), the nozzle pipe comprises three horizontal nozzle pipes (222) and a vertical nozzle pipe (223), the three horizontal nozzle pipes (222) are fixed on the side wall of the nozzle fixing member (225) in a central symmetry manner, the vertical nozzle pipe (223) is fixed on the bottom wall of the nozzle fixing member (2225), rotatory end cover (224) screw sleeve connects in the outside of spray tube mounting (225), inlet tube (221), spray tube mounting (225), the runner of horizontal spray tube (222) and vertical spray tube (223) communicates each other, horizontal spray tube (222) includes first pipe segment (2221), transition pipe segment (2222) and second pipe segment (2223), first pipe segment (2221) passes through transition pipe segment (2222) and connects second pipe segment (2223), and the contained angle between first pipe segment (2221) and second pipe segment (2223) is 120, first pipe segment (2221) tip is uncovered and sets up, from the washing liquid can drive horizontal spray tube (222) when uncovered blowout of first pipe segment (2221) tip, vertical spray tube (223), spray tube mounting (225) and rotatory end cover (224) are rotatory around inlet tube (221) together.

The range hood according to claim 4, wherein a bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the vertical spray pipe (223), a plurality of first spray holes (227) are formed in the bottom plate, three circular arc-shaped second spray holes (226) are formed in the side wall of the vertical spray pipe (223), the three second spray holes (226) are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction of the side wall of the vertical spray pipe (223), the three second spray holes (226) are all arranged obliquely downwards, the inclination angle between one second spray hole (226) and the horizontal plane is 30 degrees, the inclination angle between the other second spray hole (226) and the horizontal plane is 45 degrees, and the inclination angle between the last second spray hole (226) and the horizontal plane is 60 degrees.

A range hood as claimed in claim 5, wherein a cleaning tank (20) is further arranged inside the housing (11) of the purification assembly (9), the cleaning tank (20) is connected with a cleaning nozzle (22) through a telescopic hose (25), a groove for accommodating a second cylinder (23) is arranged on the top wall of the cleaning tank (20), the second cylinder (23) is connected with a second telescopic rod (24), the second telescopic rod (24) penetrates through the telescopic hose (25) and is fixedly connected with the cleaning nozzle (22), the cleaning nozzle (22) is further provided with a sealing cover (21), the sealing cover (21) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of a water inlet pipe (221) of the cleaning nozzle (22), a baffle plate (26) is arranged under the sealing cover (21), and the baffle plate (26) is fixed on the inner wall of the housing (11), the outer diameter of the sealing cover (21) is slightly smaller than the diameter of the central hole of the connecting ring (124) so as to allow the sealing cover (21) to pass through the connecting ring (124).
7. A range hood as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that a cross (228) is fixed inside the water inlet pipe (221), and one end of the second telescopic rod (24) is fixed at the center of the cross (228).
8. A control method of a range hood according to claim 7, characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) the range hood starts to work, the oil smoke is purified by the oil filter device (3), the electrostatic device (4) and the purification assembly (9) in sequence, and the purified oil smoke is discharged from a smoke discharge pipeline;
2) when a filter screen in the purification assembly needs to be replaced, the first cylinder (17) is controlled to contract the first telescopic rod (18), the first telescopic rod (18) contracts to drive the pressing ring (16) to be separated from the filter ring (122) and move to one side of the connecting ring (124) so as to exit the connecting ring (124), and the buffer spring (125) contracts to drive the sealing ring (121) below the filter ring (122) to leave the end part of the oil smoke pipeline (7); meanwhile, a second air cylinder (23) is controlled to contract a second telescopic rod (24), the second telescopic rod (24) contracts to drive the sealing cover (21) to be separated from the filtering ring (122) and move to one side of the connecting ring (124) so as to withdraw from the connecting ring (124), and the buffer spring (125) contracts to drive the filtering ring (122) to leave the baffle (26); then, the motor (14) is controlled to rotate to drive the two filtering assemblies (12) to rotate 180 degrees, so that the used filtering assemblies (12) and the new filtering assemblies (12) are replaced;
3) after the filter assembly is replaced, the first cylinder (17) is controlled to extend out of the first telescopic rod (18), the first telescopic rod (18) extends out of the connecting ring (124) which drives the pressing ring (16) to penetrate through the new filter assembly (12) and abuts against the filter ring (122), then the filter ring (122) is driven to move towards the end of the oil smoke pipeline (7), the sealing ring (121) below the filter ring (122) abuts against the end of the oil smoke pipeline (7), sealing is achieved, and the new filter assembly (12) plays a role in filtering.
9. The control method according to claim 8, wherein in the step 3), when the used filter assembly needs to be cleaned, the second cylinder (23) is controlled to drive the second telescopic rod (24) to extend downwards, so as to drive the sealing cover (121) to abut against the filter ring (122) of the used filter assembly (12), until the sealing ring (121) below the filter ring (122) contacts with the baffle (26), the sealing cover (121), the filter ring (122) and the baffle (26) form a sealed cavity, at this time, the cleaning nozzle (22) is started to clean the filter screen (123), and after the cleaning is completed, the sealed state of the sealed cavity is maintained, so as to prevent oil smoke in the housing (11) of the purification assembly (9) from polluting the cleaned filter screen (123).
