Background
The oil fume purifier oil is a processing device for oil fume waste gas; the device is generally installed in places such as hotels, restaurants, factories and the like, and is used for purifying and treating low-altitude exhaust oil smoke; and the method can also be used in industrial occasions such as the discharge of an oil boiler in a workshop.
However, when the filter screen of the existing oil fume purifier is cleaned, the filter screen needs to be disassembled, which is troublesome, and the joint is easy to be damaged in the disassembling and assembling process; in addition, the disassembly is troublesome, so that the cleaning frequency is reduced, the ventilation effect is influenced, and the exhaust effect of a fan in the oil fume purification system is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a combined type industrial oil fume purifier and an oil fume purification system, and aims to solve the problem that a filter screen of the combined type industrial oil fume purifier in the prior art is troublesome to clean after being used for a long time.

The further improved scheme is as follows: the first spray head assembly comprises a first quick joint, a first water pipe and a plurality of first nozzles; the upper end of the first water pipe is connected with the first quick coupling, the lower end of the first water pipe is connected with the plurality of first nozzles, and the spraying range of the plurality of first nozzles covers the whole filter screen; the first quick coupling is arranged above the box body. An air inlet of the combined type industrial oil fume purifier is connected with an air outlet of the vertical section, and water sprayed by the second spray head assembly is continuously sprayed to the vertical section after passing through the flow equalizing section, so that the vertical section is cleaned; the lower end of the vertical section is sequentially provided with a plurality of vertical section filter screens with meshes which are sequentially enlarged from top to bottom, waste gas can be purified and filtered in a multi-stage mode, and the meshes of the vertical section filter screens are sequentially enlarged from top to bottom, so that not only is step-by-step filtering realized, but also the filtering effect is good; when the vertical section is cleaned by the water sprayed from the second spray head assembly, the vertical section filter screen is cleaned simultaneously, and the meshes of the vertical section filter screen are sequentially enlarged from top to bottom, so that the falling stains can be prevented from being blocked due to accumulation during cleaning.
On the other hand, the invention also discloses another oil smoke purification system which comprises a smoke collecting hood, a fan and the composite industrial oil smoke purifier, wherein the smoke collecting hood, the fan and the composite industrial oil smoke purifier are sequentially connected through an oil smoke channel.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the combined type industrial oil fume purifier, the first spray head assembly is arranged between the filter screen and the electric field section, is arranged above the box body and faces the filter screen; the filter screen can be cleaned only by connecting an external water pipe to the first spray head assembly regularly, and the filter screen does not need to be disassembled and assembled during cleaning, so that the operation is convenient; in addition, often wash the filter screen, improved purification and filtration's effect on the one hand, on the other hand guarantees that the fan has better exhaust effect.
The combined type industrial oil fume purifier in the first oil fume purification system is also provided with a second spray head assembly, the second spray head assembly is arranged between the flow equalizing section and the filter screen, the spraying range of a plurality of nozzles covers the whole flow equalizing section, the flow equalizing section can be cleaned, and the ventilation, purification and filtration effects are further improved. In addition, after the combined type industrial oil fume purifier is arranged in the fan, the airflow passing through the fan is purified, the impeller is less in scale formation and not easy to damage, and the service life is longer.
In the second oil smoke purification system, the combined type industrial oil smoke purifier is arranged behind the fan, the noise of the fan is partially reduced after passing through the purifier, a silencer is not required to be arranged, the combined type industrial oil smoke purifier is arranged at the tail end of the oil smoke purification system, a flow equalizing section is convenient to clean, and a second spray head assembly is not required to be arranged secondarily.

referring to fig. 1, the embodiment discloses a combined type industrial oil smoke purifier, which comprises a box body 1, wherein an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 are arranged on the box body 1, an oil collecting tank 14 is arranged at the bottom of the box body 1, the oil collecting tank 14 is a conical tank with a large upper part and a small lower part, an oil discharge pipe 15 is arranged at the bottom of the oil collecting tank 14, an oil discharge valve 16 is arranged on the oil discharge pipe 15, and a supporting leg 13 is arranged below the box body 1; the flow equalizing section 2, the filter screen 4 and the electric field section are sequentially arranged in the inner cavity of the box body 1 from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12; be equipped with first shower nozzle subassembly between filter screen 4 and the electric field section, first shower nozzle subassembly sets up in 1 tops of box, and sets up towards filter screen 4.

When the filter screen 4 needs to be cleaned, the first quick connector 311 is connected with an external water pipe with certain water pressure, the first nozzles 313 spray water in different directions, the filter screen 4 is cleaned, the water is collected in the oil collecting tank 14 and is discharged from the oil discharge pipe 15, and the discharged water simultaneously takes away oil stains in the oil collecting tank 14 and plays a role in cleaning the oil collecting tank 14.

referring to fig. 2, on the basis of the first embodiment, a second nozzle assembly is arranged on the box body 1, the second nozzle assembly is arranged between the flow equalizing section 2 and the filter screen 4, and the second nozzle assembly comprises a second quick coupling 321, a second water pipe 322 and a second plurality of nozzles; the upper end of the second water pipe 322 is connected with the second quick coupling 321, the lower end of the second water pipe 322 is connected with the plurality of second nozzles 323, and the spraying range of the plurality of second nozzles 323 covers the whole flow equalizing section 2; the second quick coupling 321 is provided above the cabinet 1. The second spray head component is arranged to clean the whole flow equalizing section 2; the second quick connector 321 is adopted to be quickly connected with an external water pipe connector.
Referring to fig. 2, a groove is arranged above the box body 1, an outer sealing cover 301 is arranged on the groove, a mounting hole for communicating the groove with the inner cavity of the box body 1 is arranged at the bottom of the groove, a detachable sealing inner cover 302 is arranged on the mounting hole, and the first quick connector 311 and the second quick connector 321 of the first spray head assembly and the second spray head assembly are both arranged in the groove and arranged on the sealing inner cover 302. An outer sealing cover 301 and an inner sealing cover 302 are arranged to play a role of double isolation and prevent air flow in the box body 1 from leaking; the first quick coupling 311 and the second quick coupling 321 are disposed in the grooves, so that the first quick coupling 311 and the second quick coupling 321 can be protected from external environment.

The combined type industrial oil fume purifier 03 is arranged at the corner of the oil fume channel, the corner is composed of a vertical section 02 and a horizontal section 04, the combined type industrial oil fume purifier 03 is arranged on the horizontal section 04, and an air inlet 11 of the combined type industrial oil fume purifier 03 is connected with an air outlet 12 of the vertical section 02; the lower end of the vertical section 02 is sequentially provided with a plurality of filter screens 4 with meshes which are sequentially enlarged from top to bottom; the bottom of vertical section 02 is equipped with an album dirty groove 07, and the bottom of album dirty groove 07 is equipped with blow off pipe 08, is equipped with blowoff valve 09 on the blow off pipe 08.

In this embodiment, the waste gas generated in industry is collected by the smoke collecting hood 01, filtered by the filter screen 4 in the vertical section 02, then filtered by the combined industrial oil smoke purifier 03, and finally discharged by the fan 05 and the silencer 06.
An air inlet 11 of the combined type industrial oil fume purifier 03 is connected with an air outlet 12 of the vertical section 02, and water sprayed by the second spray head assembly passes through the flow equalizing section 2 and then is continuously sprayed to the vertical section 02, so that the vertical section 02 is cleaned; the lower end of the vertical section 02 is sequentially provided with a plurality of vertical section filter screens 021 of which meshes are sequentially enlarged from top to bottom, waste gas can be purified and filtered in a multi-stage manner, and the meshes of the vertical section filter screens 021 are sequentially enlarged from top to bottom, so that not only is the step-by-step filtering realized, but also the filtering effect is good; when the vertical section 02 is cleaned by water sprayed by the second spray head assembly, the filter screen 021 is cleaned, and due to the fact that meshes of the filter screen 021 are sequentially enlarged from top to bottom, the situation that falling stains are blocked due to accumulation during cleaning can be avoided.
Example four:
referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment discloses another oil smoke purification system, which includes a smoke collecting cover 01, a fan 05 and a combined industrial oil smoke purifier 03 according to the first embodiment, which are connected in sequence through an oil smoke channel.
In this embodiment, the waste gas generated in industry is collected by the smoke collecting hood 01, and is filtered by the fan 05, the combined industrial oil smoke purifier 03, and finally discharged.
