Abstract
The invention discloses a magnesium chloride and calcium chloride aqueous solution flame retardant, which is characterized in that the concentration of the magnesium chloride and calcium chloride aqueous solution flame retardant mixed in any proportion at normal temperature is 5-38%. The fire retardant is pure water soluble transparent clear liquid, and is easy to store and transport, and safe and reliable to use. Can be used as a fire extinguishing fire retardant for removing electric fire, can also be used as a fire retardant additive for various fabrics, and can also be used as a fire retardant additive for various substances needing fire prevention and fire retardation, such as various furniture, plates, paper products and the like. Through professional detection, the flame retardant grade can reach the national standard GB8624B1 grade. Technical Field

Background
Magnesium chloride and calcium chloride are widely used as flame retardants and fire extinguishing agents, but mainly use a mixture mainly comprising a formula and additive components, and use a powder form as a flame retardant mainly. The method is mainly applied to the fields of comprehensive dust prevention and fire prevention in coal mining, dust suppression of strip mine pavements, flame retardation of port coal piles, dust suppression and the like. The final result is also a solid spray applied to the above mentioned surfaces that are boring in the field as dust suppressant and flame retardant. The flame-retardant and fireproof effects and effects of the liquid cannot be reflected. The magnesium chloride mixed in any proportion at normal temperature is a magnesium chloride mixture formed by mixing magnesium chloride hexahydrate and anhydrous magnesium chloride in any proportion.
The calcium chloride mixed at any proportion at normal temperature is calcium chloride dihydrate or a mixture of anhydrous calcium chloride and calcium chloride dihydrate at any proportion.
The calcium chloride solution can be safely used at the low temperature of-25 ℃ to-55 ℃. Provides reliable water-soluble flame retardant and fire extinguishing flame retardant for fire extinguishing and flame retarding in low-temperature environment. The flame retardant and fire extinguishing agent is particularly used for all-weather flame retardant and fire extinguishing in low-temperature environments such as large forest areas and open coal mines in northern China, and has great popularization and application values.
The water is preferably treated deionized water. No matter the calcium chloride is anhydrous calcium chloride or calcium chloride dihydrate, the magnesium chloride is anhydrous magnesium chloride or running magnesium chloride, and the flame-retardant and fire-extinguishing effects are basically consistent.
Claims (10)
1. The magnesium chloride and calcium chloride aqueous solution flame retardant is characterized in that the concentration of the magnesium chloride and calcium chloride aqueous solution flame retardant which is mixed at any proportion at normal temperature is 5-38%.
2. The flame retardant of claim 1, wherein the concentration of the flame retardant of aqueous solution of magnesium chloride and calcium chloride mixed at any ratio at room temperature is 15% to 35%.
3. The flame retardant of claim 1, wherein the concentration of the flame retardant of aqueous solution of magnesium chloride and calcium chloride mixed at any ratio at room temperature is 20% to 30%.
