Abstract
The invention relates to a kitchen waste liquid treatment device and a treatment method, wherein the treatment device comprises an evaporation fermentation tower, an air duct, a condensation reflux box and a reflux pipe provided with a reflux pump, wherein the evaporation fermentation tower and the condensation reflux box form a closed-loop communication passage through the air duct and the reflux pipe, so that evaporation fractions in the evaporation fermentation tower enter the condensation reflux box along the air duct, are condensed into liquid, and are pressurized to flow into the reflux pipe through the reflux pump and flow back to the evaporation fermentation tower; the processing method includes the operation steps of the processing apparatus. The kitchen waste liquid treatment device and the treatment method are simple to operate, labor is saved, the problems that solid and liquid of the kitchen waste liquid are difficult to separate and difficult to treat are solved, and the fertilizer obtained through treatment is rich in nutrients.

At present, the method for solving the problem of kitchen residual liquid garbage in China still mainly adopts landfill, compost and the like. A large amount of resources are wasted in landfill, land is occupied, underground water is easily polluted, the composting process is complicated, and normal treatment method guidance and treatment equipment are lacked, so that manpower is wasted and the treatment effect is not ideal.

The evaporation fermentation tower is connected with a negative pressure gas transmission device and a heating device, the negative pressure gas transmission device is used for reducing the boiling point of water in the evaporation fermentation tower to be below the inactivation temperature of fermentation strains, and meanwhile, the kitchen waste liquid in the evaporation fermentation tower is ventilated, the heating device is used for heating and evaporating the kitchen waste liquid, the gas guide pipe is arranged on the lower portion of the surface of the evaporation fermentation tower in a surrounding mode, and the heat degree of the evaporation fraction and the heating device keep the fermentation temperature in the evaporation fermentation tower constant.
The negative pressure gas transmission equipment comprises a vacuum pump, an exhaust pipe and an air inlet pipe, wherein one end of the exhaust pipe is communicated with the air guide pipe through the vacuum pump, the other end of the exhaust pipe is connected to the upper portion of kitchen waste liquid in the evaporation fermentation tower (1), one end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with air, and the other end of the air inlet pipe is inserted below the liquid level of the kitchen waste liquid.

The kitchen waste liquid treatment device and the kitchen waste liquid treatment method are simple to operate, labor is saved, the problems that solid and liquid of the kitchen waste liquid are difficult to separate and difficult to treat are solved, and the treated fertilizer is high in beneficial bacterium content and rich in components.

As shown in figure 1, a kitchen waste liquid treatment device comprises an evaporation fermentation tower 1, an air duct 2, a condensation reflux box 3 and a reflux pipe 4 provided with a reflux pump, wherein the evaporation fermentation tower 1 and the condensation reflux box 3 form a closed-loop communication passage through the air duct 2 and the reflux pipe 4, so that evaporation fractions in the evaporation fermentation tower 1 enter the condensation reflux box 3 along the air duct, are condensed into liquid, flow into the reflux pipe 4 through pressurization of the reflux pump, and flow back to the evaporation fermentation tower.
The evaporation fermentation tower 1 is connected with a negative pressure gas transmission device and a heating device, the negative pressure gas transmission device is used for reducing the boiling point of water in the evaporation fermentation tower to be below the inactivation temperature of the fermentation strains, meanwhile, the kitchen waste liquid in the evaporation fermentation tower is aerated, the heating device is used for heating and evaporating the kitchen waste liquid, the gas guide pipe 2 is arranged at the lower part of the surface of the evaporation fermentation tower 1 in a surrounding mode, and the heat of the evaporated fraction and the heating device keep the fermentation temperature in the evaporation fermentation tower 1 constant.
The negative pressure gas transmission equipment comprises a vacuum pump 5, an exhaust pipe 6 and an air inlet pipe 7, wherein one end of the exhaust pipe 6 is communicated with the air guide pipe 2 through the vacuum pump 5, the other end of the exhaust pipe is connected above kitchen waste liquid in the evaporation fermentation tower 1, one end of the air inlet pipe 7 is communicated with air, and the other end of the air inlet pipe is inserted below the liquid level of the kitchen waste liquid. The vacuum pump 5 is used for sending steam into the air duct while reducing the pressure of the evaporation fermentation tower 1, and then the steam enters the condensation reflux box 3, and simultaneously introduces external air into the garbage treatment liquid by utilizing the negative pressure condition, thereby providing conditions for the propagation of strains.
The evaporation fermentation tower 1 is provided with a feed opening for putting in fermentation strains, the condensation reflux box is provided with a water outlet, and the feed opening and the water outlet are both provided with electromagnetic valves controlled by a controller. A temperature sensor is arranged in the evaporation fermentation tower 1, a controller is also arranged outside the condensation reflux box 3, and the controller is connected with the temperature sensor, the negative pressure gas transmission equipment, the heating equipment, the reflux pump and the electromagnetic valve. The controller realizes the whole automation of the separation and fermentation processes, and saves the labor cost.
The reflux condenser 3 comprises a box body 310, a collecting tank 320, a plurality of condensing pipes 330 and a circulating water tank 340, wherein the collecting tank 320 is arranged at the bottom of the box body 310, the return pipe 4 is arranged at one end of the reflux condenser 3 and communicated with the collecting tank 320, the plurality of condensing pipes 330 are arranged above the collecting tank 320 in parallel, and the circulating water tank 340 is arranged at the upper part of the box body 310 and is circularly connected with the plurality of condensing pipes 330 through two pipelines.
The plurality of condenser pipes are in an inverted cone shape, the surfaces of the plurality of condenser pipes are in a step shape which is gradually contracted and arranged from top to bottom, and a deodorizing device and an ozone sterilizing device are arranged in the collecting tank 320. The back taper setting of condenser pipe makes things convenient for the condensate to drip smoothly, prevents the too much siltation of fraction, and the area of contact of the steam of being convenient for increase and condenser pipe is favorable to increasing condensation efficiency to the stair shape on condenser pipe surface.
The one end of intake pipe 7 that inserts rubbish liquid from cooking is equipped with the venthole of arranging densely, utilizes the dispersion of the air that gets into in rubbish liquid from cooking, and the mouth of pipe covers the metal gauze for prevent that the mouth of pipe from blockking up, the one end of the intercommunication air of intake pipe 7 is equipped with bacteria filter, is arranged in guaranteeing to get into the air cleanness in the rubbish liquid, reduces breeding of bacterium.
An ultraviolet lamp is arranged in the evaporation fermentation tower 1, and a turning roller is arranged at the bottom.
The invention also relates to a kitchen waste liquid treatment method, which specifically comprises the following steps:
s1: the liquid waste from kitchen is put into the evaporation fermentation tower 1 of the apparatus for treating liquid waste from kitchen according to the above claims.
S2: and (3) putting a proper amount of fermentation strains into the kitchen waste liquid.

S7: and continuously fermenting the residual fermented substances in the evaporation fermentation tower 1 to obtain an organic fertilizer, and discharging the condensate in the collecting tank to obtain organic fertilizer water.

the evaporation fermentation tower (1) is connected with a negative pressure gas transmission device and a heating device, the negative pressure gas transmission device is used for reducing the boiling point of water in the evaporation fermentation tower to be below the inactivation temperature of fermentation strains, meanwhile, the kitchen waste liquid in the evaporation fermentation tower is ventilated, the heating device is used for heating and evaporating the kitchen waste liquid, the gas guide pipe (2) is arranged on the lower portion of the surface of the evaporation fermentation tower (1) in a surrounding mode, and the heat of the evaporated fraction and the heating device keep the fermentation temperature in the evaporation fermentation tower (1) constant.
