Furthermore, the limiting member 1 is formed with two track grooves 12 on two opposite sides of each track hole 11. In the embodiment, each track groove 12 is concavely disposed on the bottom surface of the limiting member 1, and each track groove 12 is also parallel to the transverse direction L, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present invention, the track groove 12 may also penetrate the limiting member 1.
The carrier 2 is mounted on the position-limiting member 1 for carrying an object (e.g., a display). In the present embodiment, the supporting element 2 is, for example, a hinge structure and is installed at a portion of the limiting element 1 located between the two track holes 11, and the supporting element 2 is fixed to the limiting element 1 in a screw-locking manner, but the invention is not limited thereto.
The two latching structures 3 are respectively mounted on the two track holes 11 of the limiting member 1, and since the two latching structures 3 have substantially the same structure in the present embodiment, only the structure of a single latching structure 3 will be explained below.
The fastening structure 3 includes a fastening member 31 and a knob 32 mounted on the fastening member 31. The retaining member 31 has a threaded portion 3121 and a positioning fork 3111 formed on opposite sides, the threaded portion 3121 is tubular to form a first circular hole 3123, at least a portion of the threaded portion 3121 penetrates through the corresponding track hole 11, and the positioning fork 3111 is a U-shaped plate.
It should be noted that the retaining member 31 may be a single-piece structure formed integrally or a multi-piece structure, and the retaining member 31 is illustrated as a two-piece structure in the present embodiment, but the invention is not limited thereto. Further, the fastening member 31 includes a base 311 and a top seat 312 fixed to the base 311.
In this embodiment, the base 311 is formed by bending and forming integrally, and the base 311 includes the positioning fork 3111 and two supporting arms 3112 extending from the outer edge of the positioning fork 3111. The two support arms 3112 are preferably perpendicularly connected to opposite outer edges of the positioning fork 3111; that is, the two support arms 3112 are disposed to face each other.
The top base 312 is fixed to the two support arms 3112 of the base 311 and abuts against the stopper 1, and the top base 312 is formed with the spiral portion 3121 on a side away from the positioning fork 3111 and two sliding pieces 3122 respectively located on opposite sides of the spiral portion 3121. The two sliding pieces 3122 of the top seat 312 are slidably disposed in the two track grooves 12 adjacent to the track holes 11, respectively.
In other embodiments not shown, the base 311 may also include the positioning fork 3111 and a U-shaped supporting arm 3112 extending from the outer edge of the positioning fork 3111. That is, the base 311 of the present invention may include at least one supporting arm 3112, and the top seat 312 is fixed to at least one supporting arm 3112.
The knob 32 and the positioning fork 3111 (or the base 311) of the retaining member 31 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the limiting member 1. Wherein, the outer diameter of the knob 32 is larger than the width of the corresponding track hole 11, and the knob 32 is screwed on the thread portion 3121 of the latching member 31, so that the latching member 31 can move along a height direction H relative to the limiting member 1 to reduce the distance therebetween; that is, the retainer 31 is screwed to the screw portion 3121 by the knob 32, and the positioning fork 3111 is relatively moved toward the stopper 1. Note that, the height direction H of any one of the retaining structures 3 in this embodiment is perpendicular to the transverse direction L.
In detail, the knob 32 is annular in the present embodiment to form a second circular hole 321, and a part of the threaded portion 3121 is located in the second circular hole 321 of the knob 32. Furthermore, the knob 32 is detachably screwed on the corresponding threaded portion 3121 of the latching member 31, so that the latching structure 3 can be separated from the limiting member 1, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present disclosure, the knob 32 may not be separated from the corresponding threaded portion 3121, so as to avoid losing the knob 32.
The above is a description of the construction of the single retaining structure 3 of the present embodiment, and the connection relationship between the two retaining structures 3 and other components is described below. The positioning forks 3111 of the two clasps 31 of the quick-release support device 100 are respectively and detachably inserted into the two gaps G formed between the two heads 302 and the seat cushion 200.
In each of the retaining structures 3, the knob 32 can rotate relative to the threaded portion 3121 to reduce the distance between (the positioning fork 3111 of) the retaining member 31 and the limiting member 1, so that the positioning fork 3111 abuts against the corresponding head 302. Wherein the positioning fork 3111 and at least one of the support arms 3112 are located outside the corresponding head 302; that is, the head portion 302 is located in a space surrounded by the positioning fork 3111 and at least one of the supporting arms 3112, and the positioning fork 3111 abuts against a bottom edge of the head portion 302.
It should be noted that the positioning fork 3111 of the embodiment can be pressed against at least 60% of the bottom edge of the head portion 302 by the engagement of the knob 32 and the threaded portion 3121, so as to effectively increase the retaining force of the retaining structure 3 relative to the headrest clip 300.
Further, in each of the retaining structures 3, a center of the first circular hole 3123 of the threaded portion 3121 and a center of the second circular hole 321 of the knob 32 are both located on a central axis C of the tubular portion 301 of the corresponding headrest clip 300, so that one upright post 402 can pass through and be inserted into the tubular portion 301 of the corresponding headrest clip 300. That is, the two posts 402 of the headrest 400 are detachably inserted into the tubular portions 301 of the two headrest clips 300 through the two retaining structures 3, respectively.
It should be additionally noted that, in this embodiment, each of the latching structures 3 can rotate relative to the limiting member 1 by taking the height direction H thereof as an axis, so that the positioning fork 3111 of the two latching structures 3 can respectively penetrate through the two gaps G along two different directions, but the invention is not limited thereto.
For example, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the positioning forks 3111 of the two retaining structures 3 can be oppositely arranged, so that the two positioning forks 3111 can be firstly placed between the two headrest clips 300 and then respectively inserted into the two gaps G; as shown in fig. 9, the positioning forks 3111 of the two latching structures 3 can also be disposed at 90 degrees, so that one positioning fork 3111 can be inserted into one of the gaps G first, and then the limiting member 1 is rotated, so that the other positioning fork 3111 is inserted into the other gap G. As shown in fig. 10, the positioning forks 3111 of the two latching structures 3 can also be arranged in the same direction so as to be inserted into the two gaps G in synchronization with each other.
