本发明公开了一种多层复合建筑保温板及其制备方法,属于保温板技术领域,通过在保温板的外层设置灌浆嵌设连接的聚合物砂浆层、挤塑板层以及外饰板层,聚合物砂浆层的底端部延伸至开设于挤塑板层和外饰板层内部,且在上注浆腔以及下注浆腔内部设置钢筋加固件与多个玻璃微球囊包的配合,一方面有效增强保温板外层的隔热、隔音以及防腐蚀等性能,还有效提高聚合物砂浆层、挤塑板层以及外饰板层两两之间连接的机械强度,在一定程度上有效避免保温板在长期使用过程中外层易脱落的现象发生,同时,在保温板的内侧设置内基板层气凝胶层,气凝胶层为多孔、无序、具有纳米量级连续网络结构的低密度气凝胶材料,更有利于增强该保温板的隔热效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及保温板技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种多层复合建筑保温板及其制备方法。
背景技术
保温板多以聚苯乙烯树脂为原料加上其他的原辅料与聚含物,通过加热混合同时注入催化剂,然后挤塑压出成型而制造的硬质泡沫塑料板,再与聚合物砂浆、玻璃纤维网格布复合而成,集保温、防水、饰面等功能于一体,可使减少建筑物外围护结构厚度,从而增加室内使用面积。
目前,建筑保温板多采用现场粘结施工,是满足当前房屋建筑节能需求,提高工业与民用建筑外墙保温水平的优选材料,也是对既有建筑节能改造的首先材料。在粘结过程中,若粘胶效果不好,在后期使用后则可能会引起脱落;同时,现有技术中当现场施工的粘接强度达不到一定程度时,在受到外力作用或冷热变化时,难以保证保温板不会起层或变形而降低保温板的抗压抗拉强度。
为此,我们提出一种多层复合建筑保温板及其制备方法来有效解决现有技术中所存在的一些问题。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种多层复合建筑保温板及其制备方法,通过在保温板的外层设置灌浆嵌设连接的聚合物砂浆层、挤塑板层以及外饰板层,聚合物砂浆层的底端部延伸至开设于挤塑板层和外饰板层内部,且在上注浆腔以及下注浆腔内部设置钢筋加固件与多个玻璃微球囊包的配合,一方面有效增强保温板外层的隔热、隔音以及防腐蚀等性能,还有效提高聚合物砂浆层、挤塑板层以及外饰板层两两之间连接的机械强度,在一定程度上有效避免保温板在长期使用过程中外层易脱落的现象发生,同时,在保温板的内侧设置内基板层气凝胶层,气凝胶层为多孔、无序、具有纳米量级连续网络结构的低密度气凝胶材料,更有利于增强该保温板的隔热效果。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种多层复合建筑保温板,包括从内至外依次分布的内基板层、泡沫板层、聚合物砂浆层、挤塑板层和外饰板层,所述内基板层和泡沫板层之间设有气凝胶层,所述挤塑板层上开设有多个上注浆腔,所述外饰板层的上端面开设有多个与上注浆腔相匹配且连通的下注浆腔,所述聚合物砂浆层的底部延伸至上注浆腔以及下注浆腔内部,所述上注浆腔内部嵌设安装有多组钢筋加固件,所述上注浆腔与下注浆腔的内部填充有多个玻璃微球囊包,多个所述玻璃微球囊包分布于钢筋加固件的下端外侧部。
进一步的,所述气凝胶层和泡沫板层的上下端面以及内基板层的下端面均设置为相互匹配的波浪形曲面,所述泡沫板层的上下端面均贴附有玻纤网格布,设置成波浪形曲面,一方面扩大两者相衔接处的衔接面,气凝胶层为多孔、无序、具有纳米量级连续网络结构的低密度气凝胶材料,增大气凝胶层的铺设面积,更有利于增强该保温板的隔热效果,另一方面,进行波浪形扣接方式,有效提高保温板层与层之间的衔接稳固性,增强其粘结的机械强度。
进一步的,所述泡沫板层与挤塑板层之间设有填充腔,所述聚合物砂浆层浇筑于填充腔内,所述钢筋加固件的顶端延伸至填充腔内,形成一个填充腔,以便于将聚合物砂浆浇筑于泡沫板层与挤塑板层之间形成聚合物砂浆层。

进一步的,所述主钢筋的底端插设于加固条的顶端部,所述加固条的顶端部开设有多个与主钢筋位置相匹配的插设孔。
进一步的,所述玻璃微球囊包包括设置于上注浆腔以及下注浆腔内部的热熔囊,所述热熔囊内部填充有多个玻璃微球,玻璃微球具有重量轻体积大、导热系数低、分散性、流动性、稳定性好的优点,另外,还具有绝缘、自润滑、隔音隔热、不吸水、耐腐蚀、防辐射、无毒等优异性能,在当玻璃微球囊包裂解后,其内部的若干玻璃微球溢出并扩散于砂浆内,有效提高该保温板的隔热、隔音以及其它优良性能。
一种多层复合建筑保温板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、本领域技术人员利用外接工具在挤塑板层和外饰板层上开设用于灌浆的上注浆腔和下注浆腔,并在挤塑板层和外饰板层的两端侧壁上开设与上注浆腔与下注浆腔相连通的上条形企口以及下条形企口,向上条形企口与下条形企口相衔接处插设加固条,使得加固条的两端均延伸至挤塑板层与外饰板层相衔接处的后部,并向上注浆腔内部插设多组钢筋加固件以及散布多个玻璃微球囊包;
S2、在挤塑板层上设置泡沫板层,泡沫板层与挤塑板层之间形成填充腔,向填充腔内部进行砂浆的灌注,砂浆充溢于填充腔以及上注浆腔、下注浆腔,此时多个玻璃微球囊包散布与砂浆内,此时,对外饰板层底部进行预热,使得玻璃微球囊包内部的若干玻璃微球溢出并扩散于砂浆内;
S3、待砂浆凝固后,砂浆在填充层内形成聚合物砂浆层,向泡沫板层上依次设置气凝胶层和内基板层,每层之间利用建筑粘结剂进行粘接,最后裁去加固条裸露在外的部分,即完成多层复合建筑保温板的制备。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案通过在保温板的外层设置灌浆嵌设连接的聚合物砂浆层、挤塑板层以及外饰板层,聚合物砂浆层的底端部延伸至开设于挤塑板层和外饰板层内部,且在上注浆腔以及下注浆腔内部设置钢筋加固件与多个玻璃微球囊包的配合,一方面有效增强保温板外层的隔热、隔音以及防腐蚀等性能,还有效提高聚合物砂浆层、挤塑板层以及外饰板层两两之间连接的机械强度,在一定程度上有效避免保温板在长期使用过程中外层易脱落的现象发生,同时,在保温板的内侧设置内基板层气凝胶层,气凝胶层为多孔、无序、具有纳米量级连续网络结构的低密度气凝胶材料,更有利于增强该保温板的隔热效果。
(2)气凝胶层和泡沫板层的上下端面以及内基板层的下端面均设置为相互匹配的波浪形曲面,泡沫板层的上下端面均贴附有玻纤网格布,设置成波浪形曲面,一方面扩大两者相衔接处的衔接面,气凝胶层为多孔、无序、具有纳米量级连续网络结构的低密度气凝胶材料,增大气凝胶层的铺设面积,更有利于增强该保温板的隔热效果,另一方面,进行波浪形扣接方式,有效提高保温板层与层之间的衔接稳固性,增强其粘结的机械强度。
(3)泡沫板层与挤塑板层之间设有填充腔,聚合物砂浆层浇筑于填充腔内,钢筋加固件的顶端延伸至填充腔内,形成一个填充腔,以便于将聚合物砂浆浇筑于泡沫板层与挤塑板层之间形成聚合物砂浆层。
(4)上注浆腔为与填充腔相连通的条状的上窄下宽形结构,扩大砂浆与上注浆腔相衔接面,下注浆腔为与上注浆腔底端相齐平设置的矩形结构,通过砂浆的连续罐底浇筑,有效实现聚合物砂浆层与挤塑板层以及外饰板层之间的衔接稳固性,从而不易造成层与层之间的脱落。
(5)钢筋加固件包括设置于填充腔内的衔接球,衔接球的底端固定连接有主钢筋,主钢筋的下端贯穿至上注浆腔内部并分布有多个次钢筋,在内部设置钢筋加固件,当聚合物砂浆层延伸至上注浆腔以及下注浆腔内部后,钢筋加固件嵌设于砂浆内,有效提高了砂浆与上注浆腔之间的机械固定强度,此外,钢筋加固件嵌设于上注浆腔内部,还有效对填充于上注浆腔以及下注浆腔内部的多个玻璃微球囊包起到分散布置的作用。
(6)挤塑板层和外饰板层的前后两侧端壁上均开设有多组分别与上注浆腔、下注浆腔相连通的上条形企口和下条形企口,上条形企口和下条形企口之间嵌设安装有贯穿至挤塑板层和外饰板层外部的加固条,加固条的内端位于上注浆腔与下注浆腔相连通处,在灌浆之前,向挤塑板层与外饰板层之间插入加固条,加固条连接于上注浆腔与下注浆腔之间,在灌浆之后,砂浆覆盖于加固条,加固条充当于上注浆腔与下注浆腔之间的加固件,配合钢筋加固件,进一步提高聚合物砂浆层、挤塑板层以及外饰板层之间的连接稳固性,有效避免保温板外层的脱落。
(7)玻璃微球囊包包括设置于上注浆腔以及下注浆腔内部的热熔囊,热熔囊内部填充有多个玻璃微球,玻璃微球具有重量轻体积大、导热系数低、分散性、流动性、稳定性好的优点,另外,还具有绝缘、自润滑、隔音隔热、不吸水、耐腐蚀、防辐射、无毒等优异性能,在当玻璃微球囊包裂解后,其内部的若干玻璃微球溢出并扩散于砂浆内,有效提高该保温板的隔热、隔音以及其它优良性能。

实施例1:
请参阅图1-2,一种多层复合建筑保温板,包括从内至外依次分布的内基板层1、泡沫板层3、聚合物砂浆层4、挤塑板层5和外饰板层6,内基板层1和泡沫板层3之间设有气凝胶层2,气凝胶层2和泡沫板层3的上下端面以及内基板层1的下端面均设置为相互匹配的波浪形曲面,泡沫板层3的上下端面均贴附有玻纤网格布,设置成波浪形曲面,一方面扩大两两相衔接处的衔接面,且气凝胶层2为多孔、无序、具有纳米量级连续网络结构的低密度气凝胶材料,增大气凝胶层2的铺设面积,更有利于增强该保温板的隔热效果,另一方面,进行波浪形扣接方式,有效提高保温板层与层之间的衔接稳固性,增强其粘结的机械强度。
请参阅图2-3,泡沫板层3与挤塑板层5之间设有填充腔,聚合物砂浆层4浇筑于填充腔内,钢筋加固件8的顶端延伸至填充腔内,形成一个填充腔,以便于将聚合物砂浆浇筑于泡沫板层3与挤塑板层5之间形成聚合物砂浆层4,挤塑板层5上开设有多个上注浆腔501,外饰板层6的上端面开设有多个与上注浆腔501相匹配且连通的下注浆腔601,聚合物砂浆层4的底部延伸至上注浆腔501以及下注浆腔601内部,上注浆腔501内部嵌设安装有多组钢筋加固件8,上注浆腔501与下注浆腔601的内部填充有多个玻璃微球囊包9,多个玻璃微球囊包9分布于钢筋加固件8的下端外侧部上注浆腔501为与填充腔相连通的条状的上窄下宽形结构,扩大砂浆与上注浆腔501相衔接面,下注浆腔601为与上注浆腔501底端相齐平设置的矩形结构,通过砂浆的连续罐底浇筑,有效实现聚合物砂浆层4与挤塑板层5以及外饰板层6之间的衔接稳固性,从而不易造成层与层之间的脱落。
请参阅图3-5,其中,钢筋加固件8包括设置于填充腔内的衔接球,衔接球的底端固定连接有主钢筋,主钢筋的下端贯穿至上注浆腔501内部并分布有多个次钢筋,在50内部设置钢筋加固件8,当聚合物砂浆层4延伸至上注浆腔501以及下注浆腔601内部后,钢筋加固件8嵌设于砂浆内,有效提高了砂浆与上注浆腔501之间的机械固定强度,此外,钢筋加固件8嵌设于上注浆腔501内部,还有效对填充于上注浆腔501以及下注浆腔601内部的多个玻璃微球囊包9起到分散布置的作用。
请参阅3和图5-6,挤塑板层5和外饰板层6的前后两侧端壁上均开设有多组分别与上注浆腔501、下注浆腔601相连通的上条形企口502和下条形企口602,上条形企口502和下条形企口602之间嵌设安装有贯穿至挤塑板层5和外饰板层6外部的加固条7,加固条7采用防腐钢筋条,加固条7的内端位于上注浆腔501与下注浆腔601相连通处,在灌浆之前,向挤塑板层5与外饰板层6之间插入加固条7,加固条7连接于上注浆腔501与下注浆腔601之间,主钢筋的底端插设于加固条7的顶端部,加固条7的顶端部开设有多个与主钢筋位置相匹配的插设孔,在灌浆之后,砂浆覆盖于加固条7,加固条7充当于上注浆腔501与下注浆腔601之间的加固件,配合钢筋加固件8,进一步提高聚合物砂浆层4、挤塑板层5以及外饰板层6之间的连接稳固性,有效避免保温板外层的脱落。
腔参阅图3-4,在此,需要强调的是,玻璃微球囊包9包括设置于上注浆腔501以及下注浆腔601内部的热熔囊,热熔囊采用热熔性树脂制成,热熔囊内部填充有多个玻璃微球,玻璃微球具有重量轻体积大、导热系数低、分散性、流动性、稳定性好的优点,另外,还具有绝缘、自润滑、隔音隔热、不吸水、耐腐蚀、防辐射、无毒等优异性能,在当玻璃微球囊包9裂解后,热熔性树脂充当粘结剂,其内部的若干玻璃微球溢出并扩散于砂浆内,有效提高该保温板的隔热、隔音以及其它优良性能,将若干个玻璃微球置于热熔囊内,是为了在热熔囊被热解后,其内部呈粉末状的玻璃微球能够更充分地充溢于所浇筑的砂浆内。
一种多层复合建筑保温板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、本领域技术人员利用外接工具在挤塑板层5和外饰板层6上开设用于灌浆的上注浆腔501和下注浆腔601,并在挤塑板层5和外饰板层6的两端侧壁上开设与上注浆腔501与下注浆腔601相连通的上条形企口502以及下条形企口602,向上条形企口502与下条形企口602相衔接处插设加固条7,使得加固条7的两端均延伸至挤塑板层5与外饰板层6相衔接处的后部,并向上注浆腔501内部插设多组钢筋加固件8以及散布多个玻璃微球囊包9;
S2、在挤塑板层5上设置泡沫板层3,泡沫板层3与挤塑板层5之间形成填充腔,向填充腔内部进行砂浆的灌注,砂浆充溢于填充腔以及上注浆腔501、下注浆腔601,此时多个玻璃微球囊包9散布与砂浆内,此时,对外饰板层6底部进行预热,使得玻璃微球囊包9内部的若干玻璃微球溢出并扩散于砂浆内;
S3、待砂浆凝固后,砂浆在填充层内形成聚合物砂浆层4,向泡沫板层3上依次设置气凝胶层2和内基板层1,每层之间利用建筑粘结剂进行粘接,最后裁去加固条7裸露在外的部分,即完成多层复合建筑保温板的制备。
本方案通过在保温板的外层设置灌浆嵌设连接的聚合物砂浆层4、挤塑板层5以及外饰板层6,聚合物砂浆层4的底端部延伸至开设于挤塑板层5和外饰板层6上的上注浆腔501以及下注浆腔601内部,且在上注浆腔501以及下注浆腔601内部设置钢筋加固件8与多个玻璃微球囊包9的配合,一方面有效增强保温板外层的隔热、隔音以及防腐蚀等性能,还有效提高聚合物砂浆层4、挤塑板层5以及外饰板层6两两之间连接的机械强度,在一定程度上有效避免保温板在长期使用过程中外层易脱落的现象发生,同时,在保温板的内侧设置呈波浪形曲面的多层结构,一方面扩大层与层之间的衔接面,且气凝胶层2为多孔、无序、具有纳米量级连续网络结构的低密度气凝胶材料,增大气凝胶层2的铺设面积,更有利于增强该保温板的隔热效果,另一方面,进行波浪形扣接方式,同样有效提高保温板的层与层之间的衔接稳固性有效避免内层脱落。
本发明中的所采用的部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知。

Claims (9)

1.一种多层复合建筑保温板,包括从内至外依次分布的内基板层(1)、泡沫板层(3)、聚合物砂浆层(4)、挤塑板层(5)和外饰板层(6),其特征在于:所述内基板层(1)和泡沫板层(3)之间设有气凝胶层(2),所述挤塑板层(5)上开设有多个上注浆腔(501),所述外饰板层(6)的上端面开设有多个与上注浆腔(501)相匹配且连通的下注浆腔(601),所述聚合物砂浆层(4)的底部延伸至上注浆腔(501)以及下注浆腔(601)内部,所述上注浆腔(501)内部嵌设安装有多组钢筋加固件(8),所述上注浆腔(501)与下注浆腔(601)的内部填充有多个玻璃微球囊包(9),多个所述玻璃微球囊包(9)分布于钢筋加固件(8)的下端外侧部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层复合建筑保温板,其特征在于:所述气凝胶层(2)和泡沫板层(3)的上下端面以及内基板层(1)的下端面均设置为相互匹配的波浪形曲面,所述泡沫板层(3)的上下端面均贴附有玻纤网格布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层复合建筑保温板,其特征在于:所述泡沫板层(3)与挤塑板层(5)之间设有填充腔,所述聚合物砂浆层(4)浇筑于填充腔内,所述钢筋加固件(8)的顶端延伸至填充腔内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多层复合建筑保温板,其特征在于:所述上注浆腔(501)为与填充腔相连通的条状的上窄下宽形结构,所述下注浆腔(601)为与上注浆腔(501)底端相齐平设置的矩形结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多层复合建筑保温板,其特征在于:所述钢筋加固件(8)包括设置于填充腔内的衔接球,所述衔接球的底端固定连接有主钢筋,所述主钢筋的下端贯穿至上注浆腔(501)内部并分布有多个次钢筋。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种多层复合建筑保温板,其特征在于:所述挤塑板层(5)和外饰板层(6)的前后两侧端壁上均开设有多组分别与上注浆腔(501)、下注浆腔(601)相连通的上条形企口(502)和下条形企口(602),所述上条形企口(502)和下条形企口(602)之间嵌设安装有贯穿至挤塑板层(5)和外饰板层(6)外部的加固条(7),所述加固条(7)的内端位于上注浆腔(501)与下注浆腔(601)相连通处。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种多层复合建筑保温板,其特征在于:所述主钢筋的底端插设于加固条(7)的顶端部,所述加固条(7)的顶端部开设有多个与主钢筋位置相匹配的插设孔。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层复合建筑保温板,其特征在于:所述玻璃微球囊包(9)包括设置于上注浆腔(501)以及下注浆腔(601)内部的热熔囊,所述热熔囊内部填充有多个玻璃微球。
9.根据权利要求1-8所述的一种多层复合建筑保温板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、本领域技术人员利用外接工具在挤塑板层(5)和外饰板层(6)上开设用于灌浆的上注浆腔(501)和下注浆腔(601),并在挤塑板层(5)和外饰板层(6)的两端侧壁上开设与上注浆腔(501)与下注浆腔(601)相连通的上条形企口(502)以及下条形企口(602),向上条形企口(502)与下条形企口(602)相衔接处插设加固条(7),使得加固条(7)的两端均延伸至挤塑板层(5)与外饰板层(6)相衔接处的后部,并向上注浆腔(501)内部插设多组钢筋加固件(8)以及散布多个玻璃微球囊包(9);
S2、在挤塑板层(5)上设置泡沫板层(3),泡沫板层(3)与挤塑板层(5)之间形成填充腔,向填充腔内部进行砂浆的灌注,砂浆充溢于填充腔以及上注浆腔(501)、下注浆腔(601),此时多个玻璃微球囊包(9)散布与砂浆内,此时,对外饰板层(6)底部进行预热,使得玻璃微球囊包(9)内部的若干玻璃微球溢出并扩散于砂浆内;
S3、待砂浆凝固后,砂浆在填充层内形成聚合物砂浆层(4),向泡沫板层(3)上依次设置气凝胶层(2)和内基板层(1),每层之间利用建筑粘结剂进行粘接,最后裁去加固条(7)裸露在外的部分,即完成多层复合建筑保温板的制备。
