The working principle is as follows: when the injection molding device is used, the driving cylinder 30 works to push the driving frame 29 to move downwards, the upper die base 4 fixed with the driving frame 29 synchronously moves downwards along the guide rod 27, the upper die base 4 is in contact with the lower die base 3 to realize die assembly, the inclined insertion pin 7 is embedded into the inclined guide hole 9 during die assembly, the first spring 11 is compressed, the side demolding mechanism 8 horizontally slides along the slide bar 12 and is in contact with the side surface of the lower die base 3, at the moment, an injection molding cavity 5 is formed between the lower die base 3, the upper die base 4 and the side demolding mechanism 8, heated and melted plastic is injected into the nozzle 31 from the injection molding machine at high pressure and then is injected into the injection molding cavity 5 through the nozzle 31, the heated and melted plastic is cooled and solidified in the injection molding cavity 5, so that a daily injection molding piece 6 of a daily product is obtained, die opening is carried out after molding, the driving cylinder 30 works to drive the driving frame 29 to move upwards, the upper die base 4 fixed with the, the upper die holder 4 and the lower die holder 3 are separated to realize die opening, when the die is opened, the inclined plug pins 7 are drawn out from the inner part of the inclined guide holes 9, the first springs 11 are reset to drive the side demoulding mechanisms 8 to horizontally slide and reset along the slide bars 12, so that the side demoulding mechanisms 8 are separated from the side surface of the lower die holder 3, the side demoulding of the daily injection molded part 6 is realized, the demoulding structure is simple, the demoulding operation is convenient, then compressed gas is introduced through the compressed gas inlet pipe 22, the compressed gas firstly enters the gas inlet channel 21, then enters the gas blowing channel 20 through the gas blowing channel 20, finally enters the inner part of the second long groove 15 through the gas blowing channel 20, one part of the compressed gas pushes the limiting disc 17 to move upwards for a certain distance, at the moment, the second springs 18 are compressed, the demoulding rods 16 fixed with the limiting disc 17 synchronously move upwards for a certain distance, and the other part of the compressed gas is discharged through the first long grooves 14, the pneumatic demoulding device is in contact with the surface of the daily injection molded part 6 and applies horizontal upward thrust to the daily injection molded part 6 to push the daily injection molded part 6 to move upwards, so that pneumatic demoulding of the daily injection molded part 6 is realized, compressed gas can be uniformly distributed at the lower end of the daily injection molded part 6 during demoulding, the same demoulding thrust of the daily injection molded part 6 is applied, the stress of the daily injection molded part 6 during demoulding is uniform, the pneumatic demoulding device is not easy to damage, the demoulding quality is improved, after demoulding is completed, the compressed gas inlet pipe 22 stops ventilating, the second spring 18 resets, and the demoulding rod 16 and the limiting disc 17 reset.

step five: the driving cylinder (30) works to drive the driving frame (29) to move upwards, the driving frame and the upper die holder (4) fixed on the driving frame (29) synchronously move upwards, and the upper die holder (4) and the lower die holder (3) are separated and opened;
step six: when the die is opened, the inclined plug pin (7) is drawn out from the inner part of the inclined guide hole (9), the first spring (11) is reset, the side demolding mechanism (8) horizontally slides along the slide bar (12) to reset, and the side demolding mechanism (8) is separated from the side surface of the lower die seat (3);
step seven: compressed gas is introduced through a compressed gas inlet pipe (22), the compressed gas enters the inside of a gas inlet channel (21), enters the inside of a gas blowing channel (20) through the gas inlet channel (21), enters the inside of a second long groove (15) through the gas blowing channel (20), a part of the compressed gas pushes a limiting disc (17) to move upwards for a certain distance, a second spring (18) is compressed, a demoulding rod (16) fixed with the limiting disc (17) synchronously moves upwards for a certain distance, and the other part of the compressed gas is discharged through a first long groove (14), a second long groove (15) and a demoulding air hole (23) and is contacted with an injection molding piece (6) of daily necessities, and horizontal upward thrust of the injection molding piece (6) of the daily necessities is applied to push the injection molding piece (6) of the daily necessities to move upwards;
step eight: after demolding is finished, the compressed gas inlet pipe (22) stops ventilating, the second spring (18) resets, and the demolding rod (16) and the limiting disc (17) reset.
