The using method comprises the following steps:
the push plate 30 is pushed manually, the insert rod 31 is driven to move through the push plate 30, then the cooling pipe 9 is placed in the second groove 28, the push plate 30 is loosened manually, the movement of the push plate 30 is realized due to the action of the third spring 29, the insert rod 31 is driven to move through the push plate 30, and when one end of the insert rod 31 is inserted on the cooling pipe 9, the cooling pipe 9 is installed on the clamping plate 7;
the annular plate 6 is sleeved on the outer side of the bottle body 1, the clamping plate 7 is located on the outer side of the bottle body 1, then the clamping plate 7 is manually pushed to enable the clamping plate 7 to be attached to the side wall of the bottle body 1, the fixing bolt 43 is manually rotated, and the clamping plate 7 is used for locking the bottle body 1 through the fixing bolt 43;

meanwhile, the heating phenomenon of the bottle body 1 in the shaking process can be reduced due to the action of the cooling liquid in the cooling pipe 9, when the cooling liquid in the cooling pipe 9 is reduced in the using process, the extrusion plate 10 is moved due to the action of the rubber elastic pad 34, and the cooling liquid in the cooling pipe 9 can not generate a gap due to the action of the extrusion plate 10;
the locking plate 37 is pushed manually, then the protective cover 12 is sleeved on the top of the bottle body 1, the locking plate 37 is loosened manually, the locking plate 37 is attached to the top of the bottle body 1 under the elastic action of the elastic plate 36, and therefore the protective cover 12 is sleeved on the top of the bottle body 1;
when the protecting cover 12 is fitted on top of the body 1 while the cartridge 13 is in correspondence with the nozzle 4, the sealing action when connecting the cartridge 13 to the nozzle 1 is achieved thanks to the sealing ring 41;
so that the residual liquid at the nozzle 4 drops into the first groove 16 of the cartridge 13 and flows into the liquid storage cavity 15 in the cartridge 13 through the channel 17, the residual liquid at the nozzle 4 is stored through the liquid storage cavity 15, and the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 15 is prevented from flowing back into the first groove 16 due to the action of the one-way valve 18;
when the T-shaped insertion bar 40 is manually pushed and one end of the T-shaped insertion bar 40 is detached from the cartridge 13, the worker can detach the cartridge 13 from the protecting cover 12, thereby facilitating the reuse of the liquid in the cartridge 13.

So that the residual liquid at the nozzle 4 drops into the first groove 16 of the cartridge 13 and flows into the liquid storage chamber 15 in the cartridge 13 through the channel 17, the residual liquid at the nozzle 4 is stored through the liquid storage chamber 15, and the liquid in the liquid storage chamber 15 is prevented from flowing back into the first groove 16 due to the action of the one-way valve 18.
When the worker manually pushes the T-shaped insertion bar 40 and the one end of the T-shaped insertion bar 40 is detached from the cartridge 13, the worker detaches the cartridge 13 from the protecting cover 12, thereby facilitating the reuse of the liquid in the cartridge 13.

Claims (9)

1. A spray sterilizer comprises a bottle body (1), a suction pipe (2), a spray head switch (3), a nozzle (4) and a starting switch (5), and is characterized by further comprising an annular plate (6) which is sleeved outside the bottle body (1), wherein the annular plate (6) is movably connected with symmetrically arranged clamping plates (7), the side wall of the clamping plate (7) opposite to the bottle body (1) is provided with a containing groove (8), the containing groove (8) is detachably connected with a cooling pipe (9), the cooling pipes (9) are communicated with each other, the inner side wall of the cooling pipe (9) is elastically connected with an extrusion plate (10), the extrusion plate (10) is movably connected with the inner side wall of the cooling pipe (9) in a sealing manner, and the outer side wall of the cooling pipe (9) is fixedly connected with a compression block (11);
the top cover of body (1) is equipped with protective cover (12), the dismantlement formula is connected with cartridge (13) on protective cover (12), the opening part threaded connection of cartridge (13) has sprue (14), stock solution chamber (15) have been seted up in cartridge (13), first recess (16) have been seted up on the lateral wall of the relative nozzle (4) of cartridge (13), be connected through passageway (17) between first recess (16) and the stock solution chamber (15), install check valve (18) between passageway (17).
2. A spray steriliser according to claim 1, wherein a soft pad (19) is fixedly attached to the outer side wall of the annular plate (6).

A spray steriliser according to claim 1, wherein the annular plate (6) is rotatably connected to a connecting cylinder (20) on the inner side wall, a first spring (21) is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the connecting cylinder (20), a square rod (22) is fixedly connected to one end of the first spring (21), and one end of the square rod (22) is fixedly connected to the clamping plate (7).

A spray steriliser according to claim 3, wherein the connecting cylinder (20) has a gear (23) fixedly attached to the outer side wall thereof, the annular plate (6) has a moving rod (24) movably inserted therein, the moving rod (24) has a rack (25) fixedly attached thereto for engaging with the gear (23), and one end of the moving rod (24) passes through the annular plate (6) and extends to the outside thereof.

A spray steriliser according to claim 4, wherein a fixed cylinder (26) is fixedly attached to the inner side wall of said annular plate (6), a second spring (27) is fixedly attached to the inside of said fixed cylinder (26), and one end of said second spring (27) is fixedly attached to said movable rod (24).

A spray sterilizer according to claim 1, wherein a second groove (28) is formed in the side wall of the clamping plate (7), a third spring (29) is fixedly connected in the second groove (28), a push plate (30) is fixedly connected to one end of the third spring (29), an insertion rod (31) is fixedly connected to the push plate (30), and one end of the insertion rod (31) passes through the side wall of the second groove (28) and is inserted into the cooling pipe (9);
the opening of the cooling pipe (9) is in threaded connection with a liquid blocking block (32);
the cooling pipes (9) are communicated with each other through a first communicating pipe (33);
the clamping plate (7) is fixedly connected with a fixing plate (42), and the fixing plates (42) are connected through a fixing bolt (43).

A spray steriliser according to claim 1, wherein said cooling tube (9) has a rubber elastic pad (34) fixedly attached to its inner side wall, one end of said rubber elastic pad (34) is fixedly attached to said squeeze plate (10), and said squeeze plate (10) has a sealing ring (35) fixedly attached to its outer side wall for engaging with the inner side wall of the cooling tube (9).
8. A spray steriliser according to claim 1, wherein the protective cover (12) is fixedly connected to an elastic plate (36) on its inner side wall, and the elastic plate (36) is fixedly connected to a locking plate (37) cooperating with the body (1);
a containing groove (38) is formed in the side wall of the protective cover (12), a fourth spring (39) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the containing groove (38), a T-shaped inserting rod (40) is fixedly connected to one end of the fourth spring (39), and one end of the T-shaped inserting rod (40) penetrates through the side wall of the containing groove (38) and is inserted into the charging box (13);
and a sealing ring (41) matched with the nozzle (4) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the first groove (16).
9. A method of using a spray sterilizer, the method comprising the steps of:
the push plate (30) is pushed manually, the insert rod (31) is driven to move through the push plate (30), then the cooling pipe (9) is placed in the second groove (28), the push plate (30) is loosened manually, the push plate (30) is moved under the action of the third spring (29), the insert rod (31) is driven to move through the push plate (30), and when one end of the insert rod (31) is inserted into the cooling pipe (9), the cooling pipe (9) is installed on the clamping plate (7);
the annular plate (6) is sleeved on the outer side of the bottle body (1), the clamping plate (7) is located on the outer side of the bottle body (1), then the clamping plate (7) is manually pushed to enable the clamping plate (7) to be attached to the side wall of the bottle body (1), the fixing bolt (43) is manually rotated, and the bottle body (1) is locked by the clamping plate (7) through the fixing bolt (43);

when the protective cover (12) is mounted on the top of the bottle body (1) and the cartridge (13) corresponds to the nozzle (4), the sealing function of the cartridge (13) and the nozzle (1) is realized due to the sealing ring (41);
so that the residual liquid at the nozzle (4) drops into the first groove (16) of the cartridge (13) and flows into the liquid storage cavity (15) in the cartridge (13) through the channel (17), the residual liquid at the nozzle (4) is stored through the liquid storage cavity (15), and the liquid in the liquid storage cavity (15) is prevented from flowing back into the first groove (16) due to the action of the one-way valve (18);
when one end of the T-shaped inserting rod (40) is detached from the cartridge (13) by manually pushing the T-shaped inserting rod (40), a worker can detach the cartridge (13) from the protecting cover (12), thereby facilitating the reuse of the liquid in the cartridge (13).
