As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the guide plate 103 is arranged below the screen 8, the broken stones discharged through the screen 8 are intensively discharged under the guiding action of the guide plate 103, and meanwhile, the guide plate 103 can also play a role in buffering the broken stone discharging process, so that dust raised too quickly due to the broken stone discharging is reduced.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a conveyor belt 10 is disposed at the bottom of the machine body 1, and a material guide chute 101 is disposed between the conveyor belt 10 and the material outlet. The discharged crushed stones are discharged to the guide chute 101 through the conveyor belt 10, and automatic discharge of the crushed stones is realized.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the body 1 is provided with a baffle plate 102 above the material guide chute 101. The baffle plate 102 also prevents the dust from diffusing into the air during discharging to a certain extent.
As the preferred embodiment of the invention, the machine body 1 is provided with the shell 9, and the elastic damping device 12 is arranged between the machine body 1 and the shell 9, so that the vibration generated in the crushing operation process is reduced, the buffering effect is achieved, the operation process is more stable, and the noise pollution caused by the vibration is reduced. The elastic damping means 12 may be a spring, elastic rubber, etc., but is not limited thereto.

a supporting seat (701) is arranged in the first air exhaust pipe (4), an elastic rope (702) is connected below the supporting seat (701), the elastic rope (702) is connected with a vertical rod (707), and the vertical rod (707) is movably connected with a first dust collection box (711); an opening position of a joint of the first air suction pipe (4) and the second air suction pipe (5) is provided with a movable louver (703), the movable louver (703) is initially in a closed state, the movable louver (703) is arranged along the inclined direction of the second air suction pipe (5), and the movable louver (703) is movably connected with a vertical rod (707) through a movable connecting rod (706);
a plurality of fixing rods (704) are arranged on the vertical rod (707), a fixing seat (705) matched with the fixing rods (704) in shape is further arranged in the first air extraction pipe (4), the fixing seat (705) is located below the fixing rods (704), and the fixing seat (705) and the fixing rods (704) have electromagnetic property; the fixing rod (704) comprises a plurality of first connecting rods (714), a first opening (715) is formed between every two adjacent first connecting rods (714), the fixing seat (705) comprises a plurality of second connecting rods (716) matched with the first opening (715) in shape, and a second opening (717) is formed between every two adjacent second connecting rods (716); the first connecting rod (714) can be clamped into the second opening (717), and the second connecting rod (716) can be clamped into the first opening (715); when the dust accumulated in the first dust collection box (711) reaches a certain weight, the fixed rod (704) can descend and drive the movable connecting rod (706) to descend, the movable shutter (703) rotates, when the fixed rod (704) falls down and is matched with the fixed seat (705), the communication between the first air suction pipe (4) and the first collection box (7) can be blocked, the first dust collection box (711) is separated from the first end cover (710), meanwhile, the movable shutter (703) rotates to be completely opened, and the second air suction pipe (5) is communicated with the first air suction pipe (4); the first dust box (711) is provided with a first weighing sensor (713), and the second dust box (602) is provided with a second weighing sensor (604); the control device can control the fixed seat (705) and/or the fixed rod (704) to be powered on or powered off according to the detection signals of the first weighing sensor (713) and/or the second weighing sensor (604);
