The invention discloses a waste emulsion system of a pulverized coal boiler of a power station and a steam-water separation method thereof, wherein the waste emulsion system comprises a waste emulsion storage tank, a waste emulsion sewage pool and a steam-water separator; the waste emulsion storage tank top even has the exhaust pipe way, and waste emulsion effluent water sump top even has exhaust vent pipe way, and the exhaust pipe way is linked together the back with exhaust vent pipe way, inserts catch water, and the steam drain at catch water top leads to the unit forced draught blower through the exhaust pipe way, and the outlet of catch water bottom passes through drainage pipe and waste emulsion effluent water sump intercommunication. The invention carries out steam-water separation on flash steam generated in the operation of the waste emulsion combustion system, carries out environment-friendly treatment on the liquid part through recovery, discharges the gas part to a boiler air supply system, enters a hearth, and carries out high-temperature combustion decomposition, thereby having great environmental benefit.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a waste emulsion system of a pulverized coal boiler of a power station, in particular to a waste emulsion system of a pulverized coal boiler of a power station and a steam-water separation method thereof.
Background
In the existing combustion system of waste emulsion (the main components of the waste emulsion are water, mechanical impurities, base oil (mineral oil, vegetable oil and synthetic oil), fatty acid, surfactant, anticorrosive agent, various additives and the like) suitable for a pulverized coal boiler of a power station, the untreated waste emulsion is stored in a waste emulsion tank, the waste emulsion is heated by a heater at the bottom of the waste emulsion tank, the temperature required by the obtained waste emulsion entering the boiler for combustion is generally between 60 and 70 ℃, partial flash steam is generated after the waste emulsion is heated, and the partial steam carries the components of the partial waste emulsion, mainly volatile substances in the contained base oil, and is dispersed into the atmosphere through a breathing hole at the top of the waste emulsion tank to cause local regional peculiar smell.
Meanwhile, in the operation of the waste emulsion combustion system, the waste emulsion pump inlet filter screen needs to be swept discontinuously, in the sweeping process, the sweeping steam is in direct contact with the waste emulsion on the surface of the filter screen, and the waste emulsion is discharged into the waste emulsion pollution discharge pool after sweeping.
The existing waste emulsion combustion system has no special treatment technology for the generated flash steam with peculiar smell in the two conditions during operation, and the steam after escaping into the atmosphere is condensed and adhered to peripheral equipment or soil to cause secondary pollution to the environment, so that a set of device and process capable of treating the flash steam generated during the operation of the waste emulsion combustion system is designed, and the process is not slow.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a waste emulsion system of a pulverized coal boiler of a power station and a steam-water separation method thereof, wherein the steam-water separation is carried out on flash steam generated in the operation of a waste emulsion combustion system, the liquid part is subjected to environment-friendly treatment through recovery, and the gas part is discharged to a boiler air supply system and enters a hearth for high-temperature combustion decomposition, so that the waste emulsion system has great environmental benefit.

after the waste emulsion in the waste emulsion storage tank is subjected to preheating treatment by a steam heating coil, generated flash steam is converged with flash steam generated in a waste emulsion sewage tank through a steam exhaust pipeline and an exhaust hole pipeline and then enters a steam-water separator;
after the flash steam is centrifugally separated from the steam by the interior of the steam-water separator, the separated liquid flows into the lower part of the steam-water separator and is discharged to a waste emulsion sewage tank through a drain valve, and the steam is led to a unit blower from a steam discharge pipeline at the top of the steam-water separator.
The waste emulsion system of the pulverized coal boiler of the power station and the steam-water separation method thereof provided by the invention also have the following beneficial effects:
1) the waste emulsion system carries out steam-water separation on the flash steam, so that the current situation that regional peculiar smell is generated due to the emission of the original flash steam is eliminated;
2) the waste emulsion system 2 of the invention reflows the liquid separated by the steam-water separation device to the waste emulsion tank again, thus being convenient for centralized environmental protection disposal.

Preferably, the flash steam generated in the waste emulsion storage tank 1 and the waste emulsion pollution discharge tank 2 enters the steam-water separator 3 through respective discharge pipelines, and moves in a centrifugal downward inclined manner in the steam-water separator 3, the entrained moisture is separated due to the reduction of speed, the separated liquid flows into the lower part, and is discharged to the waste emulsion pollution discharge tank 2 through the drain valve 9, and the dry and clean steam is discharged to the unit fan from the steam discharge pipeline 6 at the top of the steam-water separator 3 through unified recovery processing.
Preferably, a filter screen 10 is arranged on a waste emulsion inlet of the waste emulsion storage tank 1.

The baffling type structure of the principle of the steam-water separator 3 has the advantages that the number of the baffles is large, the fluid flows in a multi-directional conversion manner, the number of the separated small molecular droplets is large, the internal space is large, and the flow speed is reduced, so that the small molecular droplets have enough time to be condensed into larger droplets, and the droplets are not taken away again by the steam to form secondary steam. Due to the different specific gravity, the large liquid drops fall to the bottom and are discharged by a drain valve.
In conclusion, the waste emulsion system of the pulverized coal boiler of the power station and the steam-water separation method thereof enable flash steam generated in the storage and heating process of the waste emulsion and the washing process of the emulsion filter screen to be properly treated, and prevent the flash steam from being directly discharged to the atmosphere to generate regional peculiar smell.
