The invention aims to overcome the technical defects and provide the low-odor and low-irritation black eyelash adhesive for bonding eyelashes, which comprises @ -cyanoacrylate ethyl, methoxyl, polymethyl methacrylate, carbon black, an adhesion promoter, a stabilizer, a photoinitiator and an accelerant.
Description
Technical Field
The invention particularly relates to low-odor and low-irritation black eyelash beauty glue for eyelash sticking.
Background
As the mascara glue in the market is prepared from single @ -cyanoacrylate as a main raw material, the mascara glue is characterized by high irritation, and the phenomenon of lacrimation and even allergy can be caused when a customer carries out grafting operation, so that the mascara glue is not good for health. Since @ -cyanoacrylate is easily oxidized by air when exposed to air, it easily generates a layer of white mist, referred to as white mist, around eyelashes, thus limiting the application thereof.

2: selecting a proper amount of polymethyl methacrylate and carbon black, baking at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 12-24 hours, and drying the moisture content of the product;
3: physically mixing the dried polymethyl methacrylate and the carbon black;
4: adding the fully mixed powder into a reaction kettle and a sizing material for constant-temperature reaction;
5: adding other additives during the reaction;
6: until the powder is completely dissolved in the sizing material, ending;
7: the obtained black low-odor and low-irritation eyelash jelly.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the safe, quick, lasting and effective eyelash beautifying gel disclosed by the invention can be applied to eyelash grafting, and can be quickly, effectively and completely cured by utilizing LED ultraviolet rays after grafting is finished. And has excellent durability and flexibility. Due to the characteristics of moderate methoxyl and low irritation, the eye care product well cares for the eyes of customers, and avoids lacrimation and allergy. Because the strength of the single methoxyl is too low, the invention mixes a certain amount of @ -cyanoacrylate ethyl in the methoxyl to increase the strength, and simultaneously controls the dosage on the premise of not generating stimulation. 1: selecting a proper amount of @ -cyanoacrylate ethyl and methoxyl groups, and fully mixing in a reaction kettle;
2: selecting a proper amount of polymethyl methacrylate and carbon black, baking at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 12-24 hours, and drying the moisture content of the product;
