技术领域
本发明涉及动物饲料添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种预防仔猪腹泻的猪饲料添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
为了维护我国动物源性食品安全和公共卫生安全,国家农业农村部发布《中华人民共和国农业农村部公告第194号》,规定自2020年7月1日起,饲料生产企业停止生产含有促生长类药物饲料添加剂(中药类除外)的商品饲料。随着全国“禁抗令”的颁布,研究新型绿色饲料产品替代抗生素类产品势在必行。众所周知,仔猪断奶后离开母猪进入新的饲养环境,由饲喂母乳转变为饲喂固体饲料,由于饲料、环境变化等因素,容易出现腹泻,尤其是断奶后一周腹泻问题尤为严重。腹泻问题直接关系到仔猪保育阶段成活率、后期生长速度,甚至影响仔猪的出栏时间和出肉量。在饲料禁抗前,养殖户在饲料中添加抗生素类药物预防和治疗腹泻。饲料禁抗后,开发有效解决断奶仔猪腹泻问题的抗生素替代产品迫在眉睫。
为此,本发明提出了一种预防仔猪腹泻的猪饲料添加剂及其制备方法,能够有效预防仔猪腹泻,降低仔猪患病率,从而提高了养殖企业的养殖效益。
发明内容
为实现本发明之目的,采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种预防仔猪腹泻的猪饲料添加剂,其中:按重量份计包括以下原料:炒制高粱粉8~12份,口服补液盐1~3份,乳酸菌素1~3份以及中药添加剂2~5份;其中所述中药添加剂按重量份计包括以下原料:藿香1~3份、炒白术1~3份、炒山药1~3份、焦神曲1~3份、半夏1~3份、五倍子1~3份、炒扁豆1~3份、炒薏仁1~3份、茯苓1~3份、党参1~3份、桂皮1~3份、川朴1~3份、石榴皮1~3份、干姜1~3份、炒山楂1~3份、黄芪1~3份。
所述的猪饲料添加剂,其中:炒制高粱粉、口服补液盐、乳酸菌素以及中药添加剂的重量份分别是:10份、5份、2份、1份。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
1.炒制高粱粉的制备
以50kg高粱为原料进行炒制,炒制温度控制在230℃±10℃,炒制时间1小时,炒出高粱香味,略带焦糊味,冷却后打粉,过1mm筛,备用。
2.中药添加剂的制备
由以下重量份原料经干燥后粉碎混合而成:藿香2份、炒白术2份、炒山药2份、焦神曲2份、半夏1份、五倍子2份、炒扁豆2份、炒薏仁2份、茯苓2份、党参1份、桂皮1份、川朴1份、石榴皮1份、干姜1份、炒山楂1份、黄芪3份。
3.口服补液盐
市场购得口服补液盐备用,产品中包括的各组分含量如下(以重量百分比计):氯化钠60%,氯化钾15%,碳酸氢钠15%,葡萄糖10%。
4.强效乳酸菌素
市场购得强效乳酸菌素粉备用,产品中包括的有效成分如下:枯草芽孢杆菌(≥26×1010CFU/g)、乳酸菌素(400g/kg)、VA(维生素A,5×107IU/kg)、VD3(维生素D3,2×106IU/kg)、VE(维生素E,200mg/kg)、寡糖(200mg/kg)。
5.以重量份计,取上述制备得到的10份炒制高粱粉、5份中药添加剂、2份口服补液盐和1份乳酸菌素混合得到预防仔猪腹泻的猪饲料添加剂。
将上述预防仔猪腹泻的猪饲料添加剂、全价饲料、教槽料按照重量比2:10:1进行混合,饲喂断奶仔猪1周。
实施例2

将上述预防仔猪腹泻的猪饲料添加剂、全价饲料、教槽料按照重量比2:10:1混合,饲喂断奶仔猪1周。
以下为本发明猪饲料添加剂所用中药药理性质说明:
高粱具有健脾、和胃、消积、温中、涩肠胃、止霍乱的作用,有改善消化不良、小便不利、腹泻下痢等作用。从中医的性味归经来看,高粱甘、涩、温,无毒,归脾胃经。高粱可以用来治疗消化不良。将高粱炒制,不仅可以对高粱原料进行消毒杀菌,且能使高粱淀粉熟化,易于消化吸收。因此,炒高粱研末进行仔猪饲喂,有消除疳积、改善慢性腹泻的效果。
藿香味辛,性温,归脾、胃、肺经。化湿醒脾,辟秽和中,解暑,发表,用于湿阻脾胃、脘腹胀满、湿温初起、呕吐、泄泻、暑湿、发热恶寒、恶寒发热、胸脘满闷等症。
炒白术具有健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗的功效。用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗等症。
炒山药味甘,性平。归脾、肺、肾经。具有补脾养胃的作用,用于脾虚食少和久泻不止等症状。生的山药里含有一定的毒素,且药性偏凉,炒山药补脾健胃,用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏。
焦神曲为全麦粉和其他药物(青蒿、苍耳,辣蓼、杏仁、赤小豆等芽)混合后经发酵而成的加工品,甘、辛、温,入脾、胃经,具有消食和胃,助矿石类药品消化吸收的功效。
半夏味辛,性温,归脾、胃、肺经,具有燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,消痞散结的功效。
五倍子味酸、涩,性寒,归肺、大肠、肾经。具有敛肺降火,涩肠止泻,敛汗,止血,收湿敛疮的功效。
炒扁豆性微温,味甘。归脾、胃经。具有健脾化湿、和中消暑的功效,用于治疗痢疾、泄泻等症。扁豆内含毒性蛋白,生用有毒,炒制后毒性大大减弱。
炒薏仁性凉,味甘、淡。归脾经、胃经、肺经。具有健脾利湿、除痹止泻、清热排脓的功效。属利水渗湿药下属分类的利尿通淋药。
茯苓味甘、淡,性平,归心、肺、脾、肾经,具有利水渗湿,健脾,宁心的功效。
党参味甘,性平。有补中益气、止渴、健脾益肺,养血生津的功效。
桂皮味辛、甘,性温,归脾、胃、肝、肾经,具有温中散寒,理气止痛的功效。
川朴味苦,辛,性温,归脾,胃经;大肠经,具有行气消积;燥湿除满;降逆平喘的功效。
石榴皮味酸、涩,性温,归大肠经。具有涩肠止泻,止血,驱虫之功效。
干姜味辛,性热,归脾、胃、肾、心、肺经,具有温中散寒,回阳通脉,温肺化饮之功效。
炒山楂性微温,味酸、甘。归脾、胃经、肝经。具有消食健脾、行气消瘀的功效,属消食药。
黄芪味甘,性微温;归脾、肺经,具有补气固表,托毒排脓,利尿,生肌的作用。
为验证本发明的预防仔猪腹泻的猪饲料添加剂的饲喂效果,进行了以下的对比试验:

试验时间:试验于2020年9月,为期2周。
试验1
试验分组
空白组饲喂市场常规保育猪全价饲料和教槽料,全价饲料和教槽料按照重量比10:1混合后饲喂。试验组饲喂实施例1猪饲料添加剂、全价饲料和教槽料,其中猪饲料添加剂、全价饲料、教槽料按照重量比2:10:1混合后饲喂。其中全价饲料,教槽料均不含抗生素。
测定指标
每天观察,并统计断奶后一周内仔猪的平均日增重、平均日采食量及腹泻率:
平均日增重:试验猪在试验开始和试验结束时称重,计算平均日增重;
平均日采食量:试验猪在试验开始和试验结束时,以圈为单位结算耗料量,计算平均日采食量;
料肉比:耗料增重比=平均日采食量/平均日增重;
腹泻率:腹泻率=(腹泻头数×天数)/(仔猪头数×试验天数)×100%。
试验结果详见表1。

从表1可知,试验组和空白组在断奶后第一周平均日增重基本持平,说明添加的猪饲料添加剂适口性好,不会影响仔猪采食量和生长速度。空白组腹泻率为36.08%,试验组的腹泻率为10.08%,试验组腹泻率比空白组降低了72.06%。同时,发现试验组比空白组料肉比更高,饲料转化效率降低9.46%。表明添加预混料虽然稍降低了饲料转化效率,但是却大幅降低了仔猪断奶后一周内的腹泻率。

空白组饲喂市场常规保育猪全价饲料和教槽料,全价饲料和教槽料按照重量比10:1混合后饲喂。试验组饲喂实施例2猪饲料添加剂、全价饲料和教槽料,猪饲料添加剂、全价饲料、教槽料按照重量比2:10:1混合后饲喂。其中全价饲料,教槽料均不含抗生素。
测定指标

从表2可知,试验组和空白组在断奶后第一周平均日增重基本持平,说明添加的猪饲料添加剂适口性好,不会影响仔猪采食量和生长速度。空白组腹泻率为16.48%,试验组的腹泻率为5.02%,试验组腹泻率比空白组降低了69.53%。试验组比空白组料肉比更高,饲料转化效率降低8.13%。说明,添加高粱预混料虽然稍降低了饲料转化效率,但是却大幅降低了仔猪断奶后一周内的腹泻率。
对比实验1、2可知,实验2中饲养管理水平较好,仔猪出现腹泻的次数较少,实验1中在饲养管理水平较差,仔猪出现腹泻的次数较多。综合来看,本发明对不同饲喂条件下的仔猪腹泻率都能够起到较好的降低效果。
本发明的猪饲料添加剂主要由炒制的高粱粉和中药制备而成。其中高粱具有健脾、和胃、消积、温中、涩肠胃、止霍乱的作用,可以改善消化不良、小便不利、腹泻下痢等症状,对断奶应激后腹泻的仔猪起到关键的止泻作用。加入的中药材有藿香、炒白术、炒山药、焦神曲、半夏、五倍子、炒扁豆、炒薏仁、茯苓、党参、桂皮、川朴、石榴皮、干姜、炒山楂和黄芪。其中,藿香能解暑、发表,可用于湿阻脾胃、脘腹胀满、湿温初起、呕吐、泄泻、暑湿、发热恶寒、胸脘满闷等症;炒白术具有健脾益气的功效,用于脾虚食少、腹胀泄泻等症;五倍子具有敛肺降火、涩肠止泻的功效;炒山药具有补脾养胃的作用,用于脾虚食少和泄泻便溏等症状;黄芪具有补气固表、利尿、和生肌的作用;这些药材组成君药,具有健脾、养胃、补气等功效,有效增强仔猪体质,提高免疫力,提高抵御外邪的入侵,抗菌消炎。桂皮具有温中散寒、理气止痛的功效;半夏具有燥湿化痰、降逆止呕、消痞散结的功效;炒扁豆具有健脾化湿、和中消暑的功效;这些药材组成臣药,辅佐君药达到健脾胃、散寒、理气的作用,同时对于腹泻引起的并发症状起到治疗作用。焦神曲具有消食和胃、助矿石类药品消化吸收的功效;炒薏仁具有健脾利湿、除痹止泻、清热排脓的功效;茯苓具有利水渗湿、健脾、宁心的功效;川朴具有行气消积、燥湿除满、降逆平喘的功效;石榴皮具有涩肠止泻的功效;干姜具有温中散寒、回阳通脉、温肺化饮的功效;这些药材组成佐药,协助君药和臣药加强健脾胃的功效,并起到散寒、去湿的作用,另有辅助消除腹泻症状的作用。炒山楂性微温、味酸、甘,能消食健脾、促进仔猪采食;党参味甘、性平,具有补中益气、健脾益肺、养血生津的功效;这些药材组成使药,对方中诸药有调和及引导其到达病灶发挥功效的作用。君臣佐使各司其职,有相互协调增效,使得本发明的猪饲料添加剂具有保健和治症双重作用:健脾、益胃、补气,提高了仔猪的免疫力和抗应激能力,提高了仔猪采食量,有效促进了仔猪生长发育,降低了仔猪腹泻和患病率,进而有效地提高仔猪后期生长速度、缩短出栏周期、提高了出肉率,有效提高仔猪的养殖效益。
总之,本发明公开了一种断奶后猪饲料添加剂的配方及其制备方法,该仔猪预混饲料不添加抗生素类成份,具有营养及保健的双重功效,能够改善断奶仔猪体质,预防仔猪腹泻的作用,进而有效提高养殖企业的养殖效益,其原料易得,制备方法简单,易于操作。

Claims (4)
1.一种预防仔猪腹泻的猪饲料添加剂,其特征在于:按重量份计包括以下原料:炒制高粱粉8~12份,口服补液盐1~3份,乳酸菌素1~3份以及中药添加剂2~5份;其中所述中药添加剂按重量份计包括以下原料:藿香1~3份、炒白术1~3份、炒山药1~3份、焦神曲1~3份、半夏1~3份、五倍子1~3份、炒扁豆1~3份、炒薏仁1~3份、茯苓1~3份、党参1~3份、桂皮1~3份、川朴1~3份、石榴皮1~3份、干姜1~3份、炒山楂1~3份、黄芪1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的猪饲料添加剂,其特征在于:炒制高粱粉、口服补液盐、乳酸菌素以及中药添加剂的重量份分别是:10份、5份、2份、1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的猪饲料添加剂,其特征在于:炒制高粱粉、口服补液盐、乳酸菌素以及中药添加剂的重量份分别是:12份、2份、1份、3份。
4.一种制备预防仔猪腹泻的猪饲料添加剂的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1.炒制高粱粉的制备
以50kg高粱为原料进行炒制,炒制温度控制在230℃±10℃,炒制时间1小时,炒出高粱香味,略带焦糊味,冷却后打粉,过1mm筛,备用;
步骤2.中药添加剂的制备
将以下原料经干燥后粉碎混合而成中药添加剂:藿香、炒白术、炒山药、焦神曲、半夏、五倍子、炒扁豆、炒薏仁、茯苓、党参、桂皮、川朴、石榴皮、干姜、炒山楂、黄芪;
步骤3.以重量份计,取上述制备得到的10份炒制高粱粉、5份中药添加剂、2份口服补液盐和1份乳酸菌素混合得到预防仔猪腹泻的猪饲料添加剂。
