The invention solves the problems that the traditional technology is limited by the soft material of the waterproof cloth, the pipe body is used after being fixed, and the phenomena of damage and water leakage at the water through hole are easily caused due to the infirm sealing; so as to avoid the problems that the culture fails and the operation personnel needs to clean the pond and then carry out sealing work again.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aquatic product cultivation, in particular to a use method of a light waterproof cloth material closed by a hard water flow channel.
Background
Aquaculture is the production activity of breeding, cultivating and harvesting aquatic animals and plants under artificial control. Generally comprises the whole process of cultivating aquatic products from seedlings under artificial feeding management. In a broad sense, this may also include the proliferation of aquatic resources.
Aquaculture has modes of rough culture, intensive culture, high-density intensive culture and the like. The rough culture is to put seedlings in medium and small natural waters and to culture aquatic products such as fish in lakes and reservoirs, shellfish in shallow seas and the like by completely relying on natural baits. Intensive culture is to culture aquatic products such as pond fish culture, net cage fish culture, fence culture and the like in a small water body by using bait casting and fertilizing methods. The high-density intensive culture adopts methods of flowing water, controlling temperature, increasing oxygen, feeding high-quality baits and the like, and high-density culture is carried out in a small water body, so that high yield is obtained, such as flowing water high-density fish culture, shrimp culture and the like, wherein the construction of a culture pond is indispensable for carrying out aquaculture;
present breed pond adopts soft waterproof cloth to carry out the water storage formation pond greatly, but when in actual use, often utilize a plurality of ponds to establish ties and use, this just makes and has seted up the limbers on the cell body lateral wall, however the limbers is different as required, has greatly for a short time, hardly supporting in the reality, this must make temporarily and be used for guaranteeing work and go on, then utilize the body to pass the limbers and communicate two adjacent cell bodies, this mode is along with using the weak point that gradually has exposed this technique:
the material that is limited by waterproof cloth is softer, and after fixed body, along with using, because sealed insecure, easily cause the phenomenon that the limbers leaked, need operating personnel to clear the pond after, carry out sealing work again, influenced aquaculture, cause big economic loss to the raiser.
In view of the above, the prior art is obviously inconvenient and disadvantageous in practical use, and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a using method of a light waterproof cloth material sealed by a hard water flow channel, which is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, the material of the waterproof cloth material is limited to be soft, the water hole is easy to leak due to the fact that the pipe body is not firmly sealed when the pipe body is fixed, and the sealing work is needed again after an operator cleans the tank.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a use method of light waterproof cloth closed by hard water flow channels comprises the following steps:
s1: a water through hole is arranged on the side wall of the flexible tank body;
s2: fixedly connecting a first clamping disc to the hard water guide pipe in a sleeved mode, enabling one end of the hard water guide pipe to penetrate through the water through hole, and enabling the first clamping disc and the water through hole to be arranged in a sealed mode;
s3: fixedly connecting a second clamping disc to the hard water guide pipe in a sleeved mode, wherein the second clamping disc and the first clamping disc are respectively arranged on two sides of the water through hole in a separated mode, and the second clamping disc and the water through hole are arranged in a sealed mode.
As an optimized scheme, the first clamping disc is sleeved on the hard water guide pipe, and first hardening glue is uniformly coated between two ports of an inner hole of the first clamping disc and the outer wall of the hard pipe.
As an optimized scheme, after a first sealant is uniformly coated on one side surface of the first clamping disc facing the water through hole, the side wall of the first clamping disc and the side wall of the flexible tank body are adhered and compacted by the first sealant.
As an optimized scheme, after a second sealant is uniformly coated on one side surface of the second clamping disc facing the water through hole, the side wall of the second clamping disc is attached to the wall body on the other side of the flexible tank body and compacted.
And as an optimized scheme, second hardening glue is uniformly coated between the outer port of the inner ring of the second clamping disc and the outer wall of the hard water guide pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the first clamping disc and the second clamping disc are respectively arranged on two sides of the flexible pool wall, so that the rigid aqueduct is supported and fixed, the swinging of the rigid aqueduct is effectively prevented, and the fixing stability of the rigid aqueduct is improved; the first clamping disc is respectively sealed with the hard water guide pipe and the flexible pool wall, and the second clamping disc is respectively sealed with the hard water guide pipe and the flexible pool wall, so that a multi-sealing mode of the water through hole is realized, and the phenomenon of water leakage at the water leakage hole at the later stage is completely avoided; the economic loss caused by water leakage at the water through hole in the traditional technology is reduced, and the stability in the aquaculture process is improved; simple structure and convenient use.
