Abstract

一种基于造影图像获取静息态下血管评定参数的方法及装置。该基于造影图像获取静息态下血管评定参数的方法包括:获取静息态下,冠状动脉入口的实时压力Pa,得到时域下的Pa‑t压力波形(S100);对造影态下冠状动脉二维造影图像中感兴趣的血管段进行三维建模,得到三维血管网格模型(S200);获取三维血管网格模型的实时血流速度v,得到v‑t速度波形(S300);换算得到静息态下的v‑t速度波形;通过傅里叶变换和傅里叶逆变换,获取时域下的冠脉入口到冠脉狭窄远端的ΔP‑t压力降波形;获取静息态下冠状动脉血管评定参数。该方法和装置实现了舒张期冠状动脉血管评定参数的测量;再通过傅里叶变换对干扰数据进行过滤,提高了冠状动脉血管评定参数测量的准确度。
