The identity card verification-based returning method for the mobile working terminal of the nuclear power station can be used for verifying through returning information (the returning information comprises identity card information or/and a work order identifier of a work order of the nuclear power station) input by a returning user, when the fact that the charging communication equipment is connected with the mobile working terminal and a second equipment number of the mobile working terminal is completely matched with a first equipment number in a first returning instruction is detected, charging operation is executed according to the current electric quantity of the mobile working terminal, and returning is further completed, unified management of the mobile working terminal in the nuclear power station is achieved through the terminal storage cabinet, and orderly returning after workers work smoothly by means of the mobile working terminal is guaranteed; meanwhile, the mobile working terminal is connected with the charging communication equipment all the time when the mobile working terminal is in the cabinet door, and therefore intelligent charging of the mobile working terminal can be achieved.
In an embodiment, before the receiving the first returning instruction including the first device number, the method further includes:
s60, receiving a first borrowing instruction containing a unique identifier of a terminal storage cabinet, and prompting to enter identity card information through an identity card recognition device installed on the terminal storage cabinet on a control screen of the terminal storage cabinet when detecting that a borrowable mobile working terminal exists in the terminal storage cabinet associated with the unique identifier; the mobile working terminal is a mobile device which can be used only in a special network of a nuclear power base to which the terminal storage cabinet belongs; the first borrowing instruction is triggered after a preset borrowing key is clicked on a user terminal or a control screen of a terminal storage cabinet in a nuclear power base; the identity card recognition device installed on the terminal storage cabinet can be used for inputting identity card information of a user, and then sending the recognized identity card information to the control server for matching and recognition, and further determining the identity information of the user corresponding to the identity card information. The user corresponding to the identity card information can be an internal worker of the nuclear power base or a worker who temporarily enters the nuclear power base to assist in working; the nuclear power station mobile work terminal returning method based on identity card verification is adopted to borrow one mobile work terminal from a terminal storage cabinet, so that work can be started smoothly. Understandably, a nuclear power base is provided with a mobile working terminal for each internal staff, but when the internal staff temporarily forget to carry the provided mobile working terminal or the provided mobile working terminal is in trouble and is unavailable, a mobile working terminal can be borrowed from the terminal storage cabinet by the identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile working terminal returning method.

S80, after the input work order identification is received, the work order information related to the work order identification is called from a preset database, and whether the user corresponding to the identity card information has the requirement of borrowing the mobile work terminal or not is confirmed according to the work order information and the identity information; the work order identification can be a unique work order number, and can be obtained by a user corresponding to the identity card information after entering the identification code recorded on the work order through a manual self-control screen or scanning the identification code recorded on the work order through an identification scanning device installed on a terminal storage cabinet; the work order information may be a scanned piece of the work order (the scanned piece includes all relevant information of the work order), two-dimensional code information corresponding to the work order (all relevant information of the work order can be identified from the two-dimensional code), or all relevant information of the work order directly identified from the work order scanned piece, and the like; in this step, after the entered work order identifier is received within a fourth preset duration (which may be set according to a requirement), and the fact that the identity information is included in the entered work order identifier is confirmed according to the called work order information, and the user corresponding to the identity card information needs to configure the mobile work terminal, at this time, it is considered that the user corresponding to the identity card information has a requirement for borrowing the mobile work terminal. Understandably, in an embodiment, after the step S80 of confirming whether the user corresponding to the identity card information has a need to borrow the mobile work terminal according to the work order information and the identity information, the method further includes: and prompting the current borrowing failure when the user corresponding to the identity card information does not have the requirement of borrowing the mobile working terminal. Understandably, in the step, the cabinet door stored by the borrowable mobile working terminal is automatically opened, the cabinet door of the terminal storage cabinet is automatically telescopic, that is, the mobile working terminal is installed on a preset installation plate on the cabinet door and is in communication connection with the charging communication equipment arranged on the installation plate (the mobile working terminal can be used for charging and data transmission through the charging communication equipment and can also be used for wireless communication connection in an inserting mode), when the cabinet door is opened, the mobile working terminal and the charging communication equipment automatically extend out along with the cabinet door, after a user corresponding to the identity card information is separated from the charging communication equipment and takes out the mobile working terminal, at the moment, the mobile working terminal in the cabinet door is confirmed to be taken out, the cabinet door can be controlled to be retracted into the cabinet body to automatically close the cabinet door, and manual operation is not needed; meanwhile, the first equipment number (the equipment number of the mobile working terminal taken out of the cabinet door), the borrowing time (the mobile working terminal taken out of the cabinet door), the identity card information of the user corresponding to the identity card information, the identity information and the nuclear power station work order identifier are all stored in a preset database in an associated manner. And at this moment, the terminal storage cabinet can emit corresponding light (light with a corresponding preset color is borrowed successfully) or sound prompt (such as two continuous drops), which indicates that the borrowing is completed. Similarly, when borrowing fails, different lights and different sounds can be used for prompting.
The embodiment can carry out double verification through the identity card information of the user (confirming the identity information of the user corresponding to the identity card information) and the work order information of the work order of the nuclear power station (confirming whether the work order information and the identity information have the need of borrowing a mobile phone or not) so as to open the cabinet door of the terminal storage cabinet to borrow the mobile work terminal to the user corresponding to the identity card information after confirming that the user corresponding to the identity card information does not have the work borrowing requirement corresponding to the work order of the nuclear power station, the invention can facilitate the workers who temporarily enter the nuclear power station to assist the work to smoothly carry out the work, can also facilitate the workers in the nuclear power station to smoothly carry out the work through the borrowed mobile work terminal under the condition that the equipped mobile work terminal is unavailable, and simultaneously realizes the unified management of the mobile work terminals in the nuclear power station, the method and the device ensure the equipment safety while maintaining the smooth development of work and avoid the possibility of borrowing the mobile working terminal at will.
Understandably, when the mobile working terminal is in a cabinet door, the charging communication equipment is required to be connected all the time, so that the intelligent charging of the mobile working terminal can be realized, namely, the current electric quantity of the mobile working terminal can be monitored in real time, wherein a preset normal charging electric quantity change curve refers to the increasing trend of the electric quantity in the normal charging process, and whether the charging process is normal or not can be determined by comparing the preset normal charging electric quantity change curve with the change trend of the charging electric quantity of the current mobile working terminal; when the current electric quantity is detected to be insufficient (less than 100%, or other values between 95% and 100% can be set according to requirements, so that damage to the mobile working terminal caused by the fact that the electric quantity is too full) and the charging process is normal, the charging is continuously carried out, and when the electric quantity is sufficient, the charging of the mobile working terminal is automatically stopped, so that automatic power off after the charging is finished is realized, and overcharging is avoided. Further, when the charging process is detected to be abnormal, it is indicated that abnormal data may occur in the battery of the charging communication device or/and the mobile working terminal, and if a fault occurs in the battery of the charging communication device or/and the mobile working terminal, the protector connected to the charging communication device will cut off the power supply connected to the charging communication device, and give an alarm signal containing the fault of the battery of the charging communication device or/and the mobile working terminal, and notify a preset manager to perform abnormal processing; if the charging communication equipment or/and the battery of the mobile working terminal cannot be detected to be in fault, the mobile working terminal is directly stopped to be charged, a preset manager is notified to perform exception handling, and at the moment, the abnormal fault source cannot be determined to be reminded.
In an embodiment, after the step S90, prompting that the lending is completed and marking the mobile work terminal corresponding to the cabinet door as lent, the method further includes:
when a first returning instruction containing a first equipment number is not received within a first preset time range, prompting a user corresponding to the identity card information to return the mobile working terminal; the first preset time range refers to a preset time period in which the mobile work terminal should be returned, and the time duration may be set according to a requirement, for example, may be set to a day after the work of the work order of the nuclear power plant corresponding to the work order identifier recorded in step S80 has been completed.
When a first returning instruction containing a first equipment number is not received within a second preset time range, synchronously sending alarm information to a preset warning server and a user corresponding to the identity card information; the alarm information comprises identity card information, identity information, nuclear power station work order identification, a first equipment number and borrowing time; the second preset time range is greater than the first preset time range. Here, the length of the second preset time range may be set according to a requirement, in this embodiment, the second preset time range is greater than the first preset time range, which means that the second preset time range is a certain length of time (for example, three days) after the first preset time range is ended, and at this time, the second preset time range must be greater than the first preset time range by a certain length of time.
That is, in this embodiment, the mobile work terminal can be urged to return at regular time, so as to ensure the repeated utilization rate of the mobile work terminal and save resources. That is, first, when a first returning instruction including a first device number is not received within a first preset time range, it is indicated that the user corresponding to the identification card information forgets to return the mobile working terminal within a preset time period in which the mobile working terminal should be returned, and at this time, the user corresponding to the identification card information is first prompted to return the mobile working terminal; after a certain time is added after the first preset time range is over, the control server still does not receive the first returning instruction containing the first equipment number, and at this time, synchronous sending of alarm information to the preset warning server and the user corresponding to the identity card information needs to be executed. The alarm information includes, but is not limited to, the identity card information, the identity information, the nuclear power station work order identifier, the first device number, the borrowing time, and the like, and understandably, the manner of prompting the user corresponding to the identity card information to return the mobile work terminal and the manner of sending the alarm information may be performed in a manner of short message, telephone, mail, or the like.
In an embodiment, before receiving the first borrowing instruction including the unique identifier of the terminal storage cabinet in step S60, the method includes:
when a preset borrowing key on a control screen of the terminal storage cabinet is triggered after the type of the equipment to be borrowed is detected to be input, generating a first borrowing instruction containing the type of the equipment to be borrowed and the unique identifier of the terminal storage cabinet. In this embodiment, the mobile work terminals include different types of devices (which may be characterized in the types of devices to be borrowed), and the types of devices that each worker needs to use are different, and one terminal stores mobile work terminal that may store different types of devices in a device, for example, the mobile work terminal has a radiation measurement module and a communication module (which may be used for not only communication and data transmission in a private network of a nuclear power plant base, but also for detecting radiation intensity in a nuclear power plant work environment), and includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a tag scanner, a printer, and the like. Therefore, it is necessary to first determine the type of equipment to be borrowed before borrowing in the terminal storage cabinet. Further, in step S60, after receiving the first borrowing instruction including the unique identifier of the terminal storage cabinet, the method further includes:
matching the type of the equipment to be borrowed with the equipment types of all the mobile working terminals in an idle state in the terminal storage cabinet, recording the mobile working terminals with the equipment types consistent with the type of the equipment to be borrowed as the loanable mobile working terminals existing in the terminal storage cabinet associated with the unique identifier, and generating a lending queue of all the loanable mobile working terminals according to the amount of electric quantity; that is, the terminal storage cabinet does not necessarily store the mobile work terminal of the device type corresponding to the required device type to be lent, and may store but borrow all the devices; at this time, the type of the device to be borrowed may be first matched with the device types of all the mobile work terminals in an idle state in the terminal storage cabinet, after the matching is successful, the mobile work terminals whose device types are consistent with the type of the device to be borrowed are recorded as the loanable mobile work terminals existing in the terminal storage cabinet associated with the unique identifier, and a borrowing queue of all the loanable mobile work terminals is generated according to the amount of electric quantity. That is, the electricity with the large quantity is arranged at the forefront of the borrowing queue, and the electricity with the small quantity has the low priority; if the electric quantity is the same, the electric quantity can be randomly arranged or the electric quantity with less use times can be arranged in front (so that the use frequency caused by each mobile working terminal is close to average, and a single mobile working terminal cannot be damaged too fast due to excessive use).
Further, the cabinet door corresponding to the loanable mobile work terminal refers to a cabinet door on the terminal storage cabinet corresponding to the mobile work terminal ranked first in the loaning queue. That is, in this embodiment, when lending is needed, the mobile work terminal may be lent according to the priority in the lending queue.
In an embodiment, in step S80, the method for confirming whether there is a need for a user corresponding to the identity card information to borrow a mobile work terminal according to the work order information and the identity information further includes:
acquiring historical borrowing information associated with the identity information, and determining whether a user corresponding to the identity card information currently holds a borrowed mobile working terminal or not according to the historical borrowing information;
when the user corresponding to the identity card information does not currently hold the borrowed mobile work terminal, if it is recognized that the mobile work terminal is configured for the user corresponding to the identity card information in the work order information (only the work responsible person of the nuclear power plant work order can configure the mobile work terminal for the user corresponding to the identity card information), the user corresponding to the identity card information is determined to have the requirement of borrowing the mobile work terminal;
and when the user corresponding to the identity card information currently holds the borrowed mobile working terminal, confirming that the user corresponding to the identity card information does not have the demand of borrowing the mobile working terminal.
That is, in this embodiment, the historical borrowing information refers to all records of the user that are stored in the preset database and correspond to the id card information and that have been borrowed and returned to the mobile working terminal before. In the invention, if only one equipment type of the mobile working terminal is available, a user can only borrow one mobile working terminal at the same time; if borrowing is needed again, then borrowing can only continue after returning.
Similarly, in another embodiment, since there may be multiple types of devices of the mobile working terminal, in this case, it may be set that each type of device can borrow one device. At this time, if it is recognized that the mobile work terminal currently applying for borrowing is already configured for the user corresponding to the identity card information in the work order information when the user corresponding to the identity card information does not currently hold a borrowed mobile work terminal or the mobile work terminal currently applying for borrowing is not the same as the device type of the mobile work terminal currently holding the borrowed mobile work terminal, it is determined that the user corresponding to the identity card information has a need to borrow the mobile work terminal (that is, it is determined that the user corresponding to the identity card information has a need to borrow the mobile work terminal currently applying for borrowing). And when the equipment types of the mobile working terminal currently applied for borrowing by the user corresponding to the identity card information are the same as the equipment types of the borrowed mobile working terminal currently held by the user, confirming that the user corresponding to the identity card information has no requirement for borrowing the mobile working terminal (namely, only one piece of equipment is allowed to be borrowed by the same equipment type). Therefore, repeated borrowing is avoided, and resources are wasted.
In an embodiment, after receiving the first borrowing instruction including the unique identifier of the terminal storage cabinet in step S60, the method further includes:
if the terminal storage cabinet corresponding to the unique identifier is detected to have an opened cabinet door, continuously prompting to close the opened cabinet door and closing the input function of the control screen;
and after the opened cabinet door is detected to be closed, starting the recording function of the control screen.
That is, in this embodiment, only when all the cabinet doors of the terminal storage cabinet are in the closed state, the control server will start the entry function of the control screen to receive the identification card information and the work order identifier and the like entered through the identification card recognition device; otherwise, continuously prompting to close the opened cabinet door and closing the input function of the control screen, and not allowing to input the identity card information or the work order identification, so that the borrowing or returning process is stopped in the current state and cannot be promoted; and prompting a user corresponding to the identity card information to close the cabinet door in time, so as to ensure the safety of the mobile working terminal stored in the cabinet door.
In an embodiment, after receiving the first returning instruction including the first device number in step S10, and before prompting the completion of returning in step S50, the method further includes:
and receiving a second borrowing instruction containing the unique identifier of the terminal storage cabinet or receiving a second returning instruction containing the number of the second equipment, prompting that the current system is providing services for other users, and calculating and prompting the expected waiting time according to historical service data.
That is, in this embodiment, only one person is allowed to borrow or return at the same time. For example, after the first returning command including the first device number is received in step S10, and before the returning is completed in step S50, the returning operation corresponding to the first returning command is not completed yet, so that when another borrowing command or returning command is received (a second borrowing command including the unique identifier of the terminal storage cabinet or a second returning command including the second device number), only the current system can be prompted to provide services for another user. Further, the control server may also calculate and prompt the expected wait time based on historical service data. For example, the average value of the time lengths of the returning operations which have occurred in the past of the terminal storage cabinet is obtained first, and then the time length in which the current returning operation has been performed (the time length from the time point when the first returning instruction is received to the current time point) is obtained, and the difference between the two is set as the expected waiting time length. It should be understood that, in the borrowing operation process of steps S60-S90 or other returning or borrowing operation processes of the present invention, the predicted waiting duration can also be calculated according to the same principle as described above, and will not be described herein again.
In an embodiment, after the step S90 of storing the identification card information, the identification information, the nuclear power plant work order identifier, the first device number, and the borrowing time in an associated manner, the method includes:
receiving a borrowing query instruction which is sent by a user terminal and contains query keywords, and matching the query keywords with the identity card information, the identity information and the nuclear power station work order identification;
and after the matching is successful, calling a first equipment number corresponding to the inquiry keyword which is successfully matched, and after equipment information is called according to the first equipment number, sending the equipment information to the user terminal.
In this embodiment, the query keyword may be one or more keywords in between identity card information, identity information (such as work department, name, phone number, identification number, etc.), work order identification, etc. According to the method and the device, after the query keyword is identified, all records of the corresponding borrowing and returning mobile working terminals can be matched and queried from the historical borrowing information stored in the preset database, so that the first device number of the mobile working terminal currently borrowed by the mobile working terminal is determined, the device information is called according to the first device number, the device information can be set according to requirements, for example, when the mobile working terminal is a mobile phone, the device information can be set as the mobile phone number, at the moment, through the embodiment, the mobile working terminal currently used by a user corresponding to the identity card information, such as the mobile phone number of the mobile phone, can be queried in the nuclear power station mobile working terminal returning system based on the identity card verification, and then telephone communication is carried out with the mobile working terminal through the queried mobile phone number.
In an embodiment, the terminal storage cabinet is provided with a camera, and the camera is mainly used for effectively monitoring the borrowing and returning states of the terminal storage cabinet and the mobile working terminals stored in the terminal storage cabinet, and simultaneously is also used for monitoring the appearance and the safety state of the terminal storage cabinet so as to timely identify and send out a warning when abnormal conditions such as fire disasters occur. Understandably, the terminal storage cabinet can simultaneously store a plurality of (such as 600) mobile working terminals, all cabinet doors of the terminal storage cabinet can be uniformly managed by an administrator, the administrator has different management levels (such as a high-level administrator and a common administrator) and management authority, wherein the high-level administrator can open one or more of any cabinet doors and can also open all the cabinet doors simultaneously, and the management and the use are convenient. And the cabinet door related to the problem of feedback of the control server can be managed in a targeted manner.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, an identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile work terminal returning system is provided, and the identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile work terminal returning system corresponds to the identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile work terminal returning method in the above embodiments one to one. The identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile working terminal returning system comprises a control server and at least one terminal storage cabinet in communication connection with the control server, wherein the control server is used for executing the identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile working terminal returning method.
In one embodiment, the control server is a computer device, and the internal structure thereof can be as shown in fig. 2. The control server includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the control server is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the control server includes a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer readable instructions, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operating system and execution of computer-readable instructions in the non-volatile storage medium. The computer readable instructions are executed by a processor to realize a nuclear power station mobile work terminal return method based on identity card verification.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, on which computer readable instructions are stored, and the computer readable instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the above-mentioned identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile working terminal return method.

Claims (15)

1. A nuclear power station mobile working terminal returning method based on identity card verification is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a first return instruction containing a first equipment number, wherein the first equipment number is associated with a unique identifier of a terminal storage cabinet and a cabinet door identifier of a cabinet door in the terminal storage cabinet; the first equipment number refers to a unique number corresponding to a mobile working terminal borrowed by the returning user; the mobile working terminal comprises a communication module for communication and data transmission in a special network of a nuclear power base and a radiation measurement module for detecting the radiation intensity in the working environment of the nuclear power station;
according to the unique identifier associated with the first equipment number, inputting return information on a control screen of the terminal storage cabinet corresponding to the first equipment number; the return information comprises a work order mark of the nuclear power station work order or/and identity card information obtained by identifying and returning a user identity card through an identity card identification device arranged on the terminal storage cabinet;
after return information input by a return user is received and verified to be correct, determining a cabinet door to be opened according to a cabinet door identifier associated with the first equipment number, and enabling the determined cabinet door to drive the mobile working terminal and charging communication equipment connected with the mobile working terminal to pop up from the terminal storage cabinet through an installation plate;
when detecting that the charging communication equipment is connected with the mobile working terminal, acquiring a second equipment number of the mobile working terminal connected with the charging communication equipment through the charging communication equipment;
and when the second equipment number is completely matched with the first equipment number, executing charging operation according to the current electric quantity of the mobile working terminal, and after detecting that the cabinet door is closed again, prompting that the return is completed and marking the mobile working terminal corresponding to the cabinet door as a withdrawable part.
2. The identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile working terminal returning method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after prompting to enter returning information on a control screen of a terminal storage cabinet corresponding to the first equipment number, the method comprises the following steps:
after the return information input by the return user is received and verified to be wrong, or the input return information is not received within the first preset time, the return information is prompted to be input again or the return failure is prompted.
3. The identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile working terminal returning method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the corresponding cabinet door is opened according to the cabinet door identifier associated with the first equipment number, the method includes:
when detecting that the charging communication equipment is not connected with the mobile working terminal within a second preset time, prompting to connect the mobile working terminal with the charging communication equipment according to a preset placing mode, and opening the closing prevention equipment of the cabinet door to prevent the cabinet door from being closed;
when a return stopping instruction is received, closing the anti-closing equipment; or when detecting that the charging communication equipment is connected with a new mobile working terminal, closing the anti-closing equipment.
4. The identity card verification-based nuclear power plant mobile work terminal returning method according to claim 1, wherein after the second device number of the mobile work terminal connected to the charging communication device is acquired through the charging communication device, the method includes:
when the second equipment number is not completely matched with the first equipment number, prompting that the returned mobile working terminal is mistaken, and opening the closing prevention equipment of the cabinet door to prevent the cabinet door from being closed;
when a return stopping instruction is received, closing the anti-closing equipment; or when detecting that the charging communication equipment is connected with a new mobile working terminal and the third equipment number of the new mobile working terminal acquired by the charging communication equipment is completely matched with the first equipment number, closing the anti-closing equipment.
5. The identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile work terminal returning method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the performing of the charging operation according to the current electric quantity of the mobile work terminal comprises:
when the current electric quantity of the mobile working terminal is less than 100%, charging the mobile working terminal through the charging communication equipment, and monitoring whether the current charging process is normal or not according to a preset normal charging electric quantity change curve;
when the charging process is normal, if the current electric quantity is detected to be increased to 100%, automatically stopping charging the mobile working terminal;
and when the charging process is abnormal, detecting whether abnormal data occur in the charging communication equipment or/and the battery of the mobile working terminal, and when the abnormal data occur, stopping charging the mobile working terminal and informing a preset manager of performing abnormal processing.
6. The identity card verification-based nuclear power plant mobile work terminal returning method according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the first returning instruction including the first device number, the method further comprises:
receiving a first borrowing instruction containing a unique identifier of a terminal storage cabinet, and prompting to enter identity card information through an identity card identification device installed on the terminal storage cabinet on a control screen of the terminal storage cabinet when detecting that a loanable mobile working terminal exists in the terminal storage cabinet associated with the unique identifier; the first borrowing instruction is triggered after a preset borrowing key is clicked on a user terminal or a control screen of a terminal storage cabinet in a nuclear power base;
after receiving the identity card information input by the identity card identification device, identifying the identity card information to determine the identity information corresponding to the identity card information, and prompting a user corresponding to the identity card information to input a work order identifier of a nuclear power station work order on the control screen;
after receiving the input work order identification, calling work order information associated with the work order identification from a preset database, and confirming whether a user corresponding to the identity card information has a requirement for borrowing a mobile work terminal according to the work order information and the identity information;
when the user corresponding to the identity card information is determined to have the demand of borrowing the mobile working terminal, the cabinet door corresponding to the borrowable mobile working terminal drives the mobile working terminal and the charging communication equipment connected with the mobile working terminal through the mounting plate, the mobile working terminal and the charging communication equipment are popped out from the terminal storage cabinet, after the situation that the mobile working terminal in the cabinet door is separated from the charging communication equipment and is taken out is detected, and the cabinet door is closed again, the borrowing is prompted to be finished, the mobile working terminal corresponding to the cabinet door is marked as being borrowed, and the identity card information, the identity information, the nuclear power station work order identification, the first equipment number of the borrowed mobile working terminal and the borrowing time are stored in an associated mode.

The identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile work terminal returning method according to claim 6, wherein after the lending is prompted to be completed and the mobile work terminal corresponding to the cabinet door is marked as lent, the method further comprises the following steps:
when a first returning instruction containing a first equipment number is not received within a first preset time range, prompting a user corresponding to the identity card information to return the mobile working terminal;
when a first returning instruction containing a first equipment number is not received within a second preset time range, synchronously sending alarm information to a preset warning server and a user corresponding to the identity card information; the alarm information comprises identity card information, identity information, nuclear power station work order identification, a first equipment number and borrowing time; the second preset time range is greater than the first preset time range.

The identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile working terminal returning method as claimed in claim 6, wherein after prompting to enter identity card information through an identity card recognition device installed on the terminal storage cabinet on a control screen of the terminal storage cabinet, the method further comprises:
after the identity card information input by the identity card identification device is not received within a third preset time, prompting to input the identity card information or prompting that the borrowing fails; or
After receiving the identification card information entered by the identification card recognition device, the method further comprises the following steps:
and if the identity card information cannot be identified, prompting to re-enter the identity card information or prompting that the borrowing fails at the time.

The identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile work terminal returning method as claimed in claim 6, wherein after prompting a user corresponding to the identity card information on the control screen to enter a work order identifier of a nuclear power station work order, the method further comprises:
after the entered work order identifier of the nuclear power station work order is not received within the fourth preset time, prompting to enter the work order identifier of the nuclear power station work order or prompting that the borrowing fails; or
After the step of confirming whether the user corresponding to the identity card information has the requirement of borrowing the mobile working terminal according to the work order information and the identity information, the method further comprises the following steps:
and prompting the current borrowing failure when the user corresponding to the identity card information does not have the requirement of borrowing the mobile working terminal.
10. The identity card verification-based nuclear power plant mobile working terminal returning method according to claim 6, wherein before receiving the first borrowing instruction containing the unique identifier of the terminal storage cabinet, the method comprises:
when a preset borrowing key on a control screen of the terminal storage cabinet is triggered after the type of the equipment to be borrowed is detected to be input, generating a first borrowing instruction comprising the type of the equipment to be borrowed and the unique identifier of the terminal storage cabinet;
after receiving the first borrowing instruction containing the unique identifier of the terminal storage cabinet, the method further comprises the following steps:
matching the type of the equipment to be borrowed with the equipment types of all the mobile working terminals in an idle state in the terminal storage cabinet, recording the mobile working terminals with the equipment types consistent with the type of the equipment to be borrowed as the loanable mobile working terminals existing in the terminal storage cabinet associated with the unique identifier, and generating a lending queue of all the loanable mobile working terminals according to the amount of electric quantity;
the cabinet door corresponding to the loanable mobile work terminal is a cabinet door on the terminal storage cabinet corresponding to the mobile work terminal with the first sequence in the loaning queue.

The identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile work terminal returning method according to claim 6, wherein the determining whether a user corresponding to the identity card information has a need to borrow a mobile work terminal according to the work order information and the identity information further comprises:
acquiring historical borrowing information associated with the identity information, and determining whether a user corresponding to the identity card information currently holds a borrowed mobile working terminal or not according to the historical borrowing information;
when the user corresponding to the identity card information does not currently hold the borrowed mobile working terminal, if the fact that the mobile working terminal is configured for the user corresponding to the identity card information in the work order information is recognized, the fact that the user corresponding to the identity card information has the demand of the borrowed mobile working terminal is confirmed;
and when the user corresponding to the identity card information currently holds the borrowed mobile working terminal, confirming that the user corresponding to the identity card information does not have the demand of borrowing the mobile working terminal.
12. The identity card verification-based nuclear power plant mobile working terminal returning method according to claim 6, wherein after receiving the first borrowing instruction containing the unique identifier of the terminal storage cabinet, the method further comprises:
if the terminal storage cabinet corresponding to the unique identifier is detected to have an opened cabinet door, continuously prompting to close the opened cabinet door and closing the input function of the control screen;
and after the opened cabinet door is detected to be closed, starting the recording function of the control screen.

The identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile working terminal returning method as claimed in claim 6, wherein after the storing of the identity card information, the identity information, the nuclear power station work order identifier, the first device number and the borrowing time in association with each other, the method comprises:
receiving a borrowing query instruction which is sent by a user terminal and contains query keywords, and matching the query keywords with the identity card information, the identity information and the nuclear power station work order identification;
and after the matching is successful, calling a first equipment number corresponding to the inquiry keyword which is successfully matched, and after equipment information is called according to the first equipment number, sending the equipment information to the user terminal.
14. The identity card verification-based nuclear power plant mobile work terminal returning method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving a first returning instruction containing a first equipment number and before prompting that the returning is completed, the method further comprises:
and receiving a second borrowing instruction containing the unique identifier of the terminal storage cabinet or receiving a second returning instruction containing the number of the second equipment, prompting that the current system is providing services for other users, and calculating and prompting the expected waiting time according to historical service data.

An identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile working terminal returning system is characterized by comprising a control server and at least one terminal storage cabinet in communication connection with the control server, wherein the control server is used for executing the identity card verification-based nuclear power station mobile working terminal returning method of any one of claims 1 to 14.
