Abstract

The pipe side settlement prevention system for soft soil foundations as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a fixing member, one end of said concrete pad being lapped on said outrigger, one end of said fixing member being fixed to said concrete pad, and the other end of said fixing member being fixed to said outrigger.
3. The pipe side settlement prevention system for soft soil foundations of claim 2 wherein the fasteners are steel bars.
4. The pipe side settlement prevention system for soft soil foundations of claim 1 wherein the concrete pad has a thickness of 300 mm;
and/or the length of the concrete pad is greater than 2.5 meters or greater than twice the pipe diameter.
5. The pipe side settlement prevention system for soft soil foundations of claim 4 further comprising a medium grit cushion layer below the concrete pad, the top of the pile member penetrating the medium grit cushion layer.
6. The pipe side settlement prevention system for soft soil foundations of claim 5 wherein the pile member is selected from one of a cement mixing pile, a jet grouting pile and a pine pile.
7. A pipe side settlement prevention system for soft soil foundations as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein the concrete pad is tied with steel reinforcement and cast with concrete.
8. A pipeline side settlement prevention construction method for a soft soil foundation is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s10, lofting the pipeline groove;
s11, inserting the bottom of the pile member into the soil to form a composite foundation;
s20, excavating a groove;
s30, fixing one end of the concrete cushion plate on a cantilever foot of the bottom plate of the structure;
s40, laying a pipeline, enabling one end of the pipeline to penetrate through and be fixed on the wall of the structure pool, and enabling the pipeline to be located right above the concrete cushion plate;
