Abstract
The invention discloses a carbonized material pickling production line and a method, wherein the method comprises the following steps: crushing and sieving the flaky carbonized material to obtain a granular carbonized material; adding water into a carbonized material cleaning tank from a water tank, adding the obtained granular carbonized material into the carbonized material cleaning tank, ventilating for coarse cleaning, then precipitating and filtering a mixture of the coarse cleaned granular carbonized material, cleaned floating ash and water to obtain a coarse cleaned granular carbonized material, and reintroducing the filtered water into the water tank; and putting the obtained roughly-washed granular carbonized material into a carbonized material cleaning pool again, adding acid liquor in an acid water pool into the carbonized material cleaning pool, ventilating to carry out fine washing on the roughly-washed granular carbonized material, precipitating and filtering the finely-washed granular carbonized material and the acid liquor again to obtain the finely-washed granular carbonized material, and draining the filtered acid liquor into the acid water pool again. According to the carbonization material pickling production line and the carbonization material pickling method, solid waste and wastewater are not discharged in the whole pickling process, zero discharge is realized, and the whole production process is environment-friendly and pollution-free.

The invention relates to the technical field of production of activated carbon, in particular to a carbonized material pickling production line and a method.
Background
Most of inorganic components in the carbonized material are converted into ash which is a main factor influencing the strength of the activated carbon in the carbonization and activation processes, and the ash can cause cracks on an interface where the ash is contacted with carbon to influence the strength of the activated carbon.
By ash is meant that the total ash (i.e. the raw ash) contains the following three types of ash: 1. water soluble ash, soluble oxides and salts of potassium, sodium, calcium, etc.; 2. water insoluble ash, polluted silt, oxides of iron, aluminum, magnesium and the like, and alkaline earth metal basic phosphates; 3. acid insoluble ash, contaminated silt and trace amount of silicon oxide originally present in food.

feeding the roughly washed granular carbonized material obtained by filtering in the first inclined plate type sedimentation tank 4 into a carbonized material cleaning tank 1, feeding acid liquor in an acid water tank 3 into the carbonized material cleaning tank 1 to carry out fine washing on the granular carbonized material, feeding the finely washed granular carbonized material and the acid liquor into a second inclined plate type sedimentation tank 5, filtering to obtain the finely washed granular carbonized material, and leading the filtered acid liquor into the acid water tank 3; the ash content of the finely washed granular carbonized material is about 2 percent, and the granular carbonized material reaches the food grade.

and step three, putting the roughly-washed granular carbonized material obtained in the step two into the carbonized material cleaning tank 1 again, then adding acid liquor in the acid water tank 3 into the carbonized material cleaning tank 1, ventilating to carry out fine washing on the roughly-washed granular carbonized material (the fine washing degree is that the quality of the finely-washed granular carbonized material does not reach the standard), then introducing the finely-washed granular carbonized material and the acid liquor into a second inclined plate type sedimentation tank 5 to carry out secondary sedimentation and filtration, obtaining the finely-washed granular carbonized material after filtration, and finally, draining the filtered acid liquor into the acid water tank 3 again.
