A plurality of cover slideways 102 are arranged in the base 1 and used as channels of product covers C, the number of the cover slideways is preferably 4, one end of each cover slideway 102 is fixedly connected with the upper base 101 through screws, and the other end of each cover slideway 102 is fixedly connected with the lower base 103 through screws;
the left side surface and the right side surface of the base 1 are both fixed with cylinder fixing seats 104 by bolts; the inner side of each cylinder fixing seat 104 is provided with a plurality of supporting plates 1041, the number of the supporting plates 1041 is preferably 2, the supporting plates are used for supporting clamping blocks on the cylinders, a plurality of through holes are formed in each cylinder fixing seat 104, the number of the through holes is preferably 2, the cylinders 2 are fixedly connected to the cylinder fixing seats 104 through bolts, each cylinder 2 comprises an upper clamping cover cylinder 211 and a lower clamping cover cylinder 221, the number of the upper clamping cover cylinders 211 and the number of the lower clamping cover cylinders 221 are respectively two, the two upper clamping cover cylinders 211 are symmetrically arranged along the cover slide way 102, and the two lower clamping cover cylinders 221 are symmetrically arranged along the cover slide way;
the cylinder 2 penetrates through the through hole to be connected with a clamping block, the telescopic end of the upper clamping cover cylinder 211 is connected with an upper clamping block 212, the telescopic end of the lower clamping cover cylinder 221 is connected with a lower clamping block 222, and the upper clamping block 212 and the lower clamping block 222 are both connected with the cover slide way 102 and used for clamping and stopping a product cover on the cover slide way.
The cap conveying pressure device further comprises an upper inductive switch 201 and a lower inductive switch 202, the upper inductive switch is used for detecting whether a product cap C exists above the cap separating machine, and the lower inductive switch is used for detecting whether a product cap C exists below the cap separating machine.
A method for controlling a cap conveying pressure device of a cap separating machine, as shown in fig. 2, includes the following steps:
(1) referring to fig. 2, the product caps C are conveyed from the cap conveying machine to the cap separating machine, at this time, the upper cap clamping cylinder 211 is in an extending state, the upper clamping block 212 clamps the product caps C tightly, the cap conveying pressure of the cap conveying machine is cut off, the lower cap clamping cylinder 221 is in a retracting state, the lower clamping block 222 is opened, a small amount of product caps C on the lower side of the cap separating machine freely fall down to enter the can sealing machine, and the can sealing machine can smoothly, continuously and uniformly separate the caps when separating the caps through the cap separating machine;
(2) referring to fig. 3, when the lower inductive switch 202 located at the lower side of the cap separating machine detects that there is no product cap, a small number of signal of the product cap C is sent, at this time, the lower cap clamping cylinder 221 extends out, the lower clamping block 222 clamps, as shown in fig. 4, and then the upper cap clamping cylinder 211 retracts, the upper clamping block 212 opens, so that the product cap C conveyed by the cap conveying machine falls down onto the lower clamping block 222 of the cap separating machine, as shown in fig. 5;
(3) the upper inductive switch 201 on the upper side of the cap separating machine detects that a product cap C is arranged and gives a signal of the product cap C, at the moment, the upper cap clamping cylinder 211 extends out, the upper clamping block 212 clamps the product cap C, and the cap conveying pressure of the cap conveying machine is cut off, as shown in FIG. 6; then the lower clamping cover cylinder 221 retracts, the lower clamping block 222 is opened, a small amount of product covers on the lower side of the cover separating machine freely fall into the can sealing machine, and the state shown in fig. 7 is recovered, wherein the state shown in fig. 7 is the same as the initial state shown in fig. 2;
(4) the reciprocating way is used for controlling the cover conveying pressure of the cover separating machine.
