The transmission belt 5b has slight elasticity which is objective, and the transition rotation of the motor 5a is controlled, so that the complete fitting of the upper and lower extrusion blow molding dies 2 is ensured, a certain pressure is generated between the upper and lower extrusion blow molding dies 2, and the end-to-end butt joint inosculation of the upper and lower extrusion blow molding dies 2 is obviously improved.
When a product is processed by the extrusion blow molding machine, the extrusion head 7 is positioned right above the extrusion blow molding machine, and the raw material 8 extruded from the extrusion head 7 naturally moves vertically downward. The driving component 5 drives the extrusion blow molding die opening and closing device 3 to reciprocate downwards and upwards; the extrusion blow mold 2 is in a mold closing state in the downward process; in the upward process the extrusion blow mould 2 is in the open position.
The function and advantages of the various components are further illustrated by illustrating several specific processes for processing a product using an extrusion blow molding machine. For convenience of description, the two sets of the extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3 are respectively referred to as a first extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3 and a second extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3; the extrusion blow mold 2 attached to the first extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3 is referred to as a first extrusion blow mold 2, and the extrusion blow mold 2 attached to the second extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3 is referred to as a second extrusion blow mold 2; the drive assembly 5 connected to the first extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3 is referred to as a first drive assembly 5, and the drive assembly 5 connected to the second extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3 is referred to as a second drive assembly 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the first extrusion blow mold 2 is positioned above the second extrusion blow mold 2, the first extrusion blow mold 2 is in a mold closed state, and the second extrusion blow mold 2 is in an open state. In this state, it is suitable to blow the material 8 in the first extrusion blow mold 2 and further blow mold the material 8 in the first extrusion blow mold 2 into a product. In the blow molding process of the first extrusion blow molding die 2, a motor 5a in the first driving component 5 needs to be controlled to rotate, so that the first driving component 5 drives the first extrusion blow molding die opening and closing device 3 to continuously move downwards; in the process, the second driving assembly 5 drives the second extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3 to move upwards, and the first extrusion blow mold 2 passes between the two half molds 2a in the second extrusion blow mold 2; the first extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3 is typically moved downward at the same rate that the extrusion head 7 extrudes the feedstock 8.
The first extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3 moves downward, and the second extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3 moves upward, so that the state shown in fig. 2 can be achieved; the second extrusion blow mold 2 is located above the first extrusion blow mold 2.
When the blow molding machine is in the state shown in fig. 2, the upper end portion of the first extrusion blow mold 2 is abutted against the lower end portion of the second extrusion blow mold 2 and the second extrusion blow mold 2 is clamped by operating the second drive unit 5 and the drive member 3e of the second extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3. Before the two half molds 2a in the second extrusion blow mold 2 are closed, the downward moving speed of the first extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3 is made to be higher than the same speed of extruding the raw material 8 by the extrusion head 7 by controlling the rotating speed of the motor 5a in the first driving assembly 5; the extruded material 8 is thereby stretched axially, which facilitates the reshaping of the molecular chains of the material 8 and improves the properties of the material, in particular the transparency.
After first extrusion blow molding mould 2 and second extrusion blow molding mould 2 are all in the compound die state, control the rotation of motor 5a in the second drive assembly 5, realize that second drive assembly 5 drives second extrusion blow molding mould mold opening and closing device 3 and continues the downstream, be fit for in this process carrying out the blow molding to raw materials 8 in the second extrusion blow molding mould 2, and then make in the second extrusion blow molding mould 2 raw materials 8 by blow molding for the product. In the process, the rotating speed of the motor 5a in the first driving assembly 5 is also increased, so that the downward moving speed of the first extrusion blow molding die opening and closing device 3 is greater than the downward moving speed of the second extrusion blow molding die opening and closing device 3; thereby, the first extrusion blow mold 2 is separated from the second extrusion blow mold 2, and the raw material 8 in the first extrusion blow mold 2 is pulled apart from the raw material 8 in the second extrusion blow mold 2.
After the first extrusion blow mold 2 is separated from the second extrusion blow mold 2, the driving member 3e of the first extrusion blow mold opening and closing device 3 is operated to open the first extrusion blow mold 2 and drop the product in the first extrusion blow mold 2.
Example two: the structure and principle of the present embodiment are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, and the substantially same parts are not described redundantly, but only different parts are described, and the different parts are: the middle part of the opening and closing swing rod 3c is connected with the sliding seat 3b through a fourth rotating shaft, and the shaft hole of the sliding seat 3b is in a strip shape. When the sliding seat 3b moves, the sliding seat 3b drives the fourth rotating shaft to move, and the fourth rotating shaft drives the opening and closing swing rod 3c to swing around the first rotating shaft 3 f; in this process, the fourth rotating shaft moves along the side wall of the shaft hole.

Claims (10)

1. An extrusion blow molding machine comprises a rack and is characterized by further comprising two sets of extrusion blow molding die opening and closing devices (3), wherein each set of extrusion blow molding die opening and closing device (3) is provided with a set of extrusion blow molding die (2); the two groups of extrusion blow molding die opening and closing devices (3) are arranged oppositely, and the extrusion blow molding die opening and closing devices (3) are connected with the rack through a second linear guide assembly (4); when one set of the extrusion blow molding dies (2) is in an open state, the other set of the extrusion blow molding dies (2) is in a closed state, and one set of the extrusion blow molding die opening and closing device (3) moves relative to the other set of the extrusion blow molding die opening and closing device (3) along the guiding direction of the second linear guiding component (4), the extrusion blow molding dies (2) in the closed state can pass between two half dies (2 a) in the open state of the extrusion blow molding dies (2).
2. An extrusion blow mold opening and closing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the guiding direction of the second linear guiding assembly (4) is arranged perpendicular to the mold opening and closing direction of the two mold halves (2 a) of the extrusion blow mold (2).
3. The device for opening and closing the extrusion blow mold according to claim 1, wherein two sets of counterweight assemblies (6) are further mounted on the frame (1), and the two sets of counterweight assemblies (6) are connected with the two sets of the device for opening and closing the extrusion blow mold (3) in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

The mold opening and closing device for the extrusion blow mold according to claim 3, wherein the counterweight assembly (6) comprises a counterweight (6 a) and a connecting belt (6 b), a roller (6 c) is installed on the frame (1), the connecting belt (6 b) is sleeved on the roller (6 c), and the connecting belt (6 b) is connected with the counterweight (6 a) and the mold opening and closing device (3) for the extrusion blow mold.

The device according to claim 1, wherein the device comprises an opening and closing mold base (3 a), a sliding base (3 b) and two opening and closing swing rods (3 c), wherein the opening and closing mold base (3 a) is connected with the frame through a second linear guide assembly (4); the sliding seat (3 b) is connected with the opening and closing die holder (3 a) through a first linear guide component (3 d), and a driving part (3 e) connected with the sliding seat (3 b) is installed on the opening and closing die holder (3 a); the middle part of the opening and closing swing rod (3 c) is connected with the sliding seat (3 b), one end of the opening and closing swing rod (3 c) is provided with a half-mold mounting seat (3 j), a half mold (2 a) of the extrusion blow molding mold (2) is arranged on the half-mold mounting seat (3 j), and the other end of the opening and closing swing rod (3 c) is rotatably connected with the opening and closing mold seat (3 a) through a first rotating shaft (3 f); when the driving piece (3 e) drives the sliding seat (3 b) to move along the guiding direction of the first linear guiding component (3 d), one end parts of the two opening and closing swing rods (3 c) are close to or far away from each other.

The extrusion blow mold opening and closing device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that two sets of driving assemblies (5) comprising motors (5 a) are mounted on the frame (1), and the two sets of driving assemblies (5) are connected with the two sets of extrusion blow mold opening and closing devices (3) in a one-to-one correspondence.
7. The device according to claim 6, characterized in that the drive unit (5) further comprises a belt (5 b), the housing of the motor (5 a) is fixed on the frame (1), and the rotating shaft of the motor (5 a) is connected with the device (3) through the belt (5 b).

The device for opening and closing the extrusion blow molding die according to claim 7, wherein the machine frame (1) is provided with a follower wheel (5 c), the transmission belt (5 b) is sleeved on the follower wheel (5 c), and the transmission belt (5 b) is provided with an auxiliary balancing weight.
9. A method of processing a product using the extrusion blow molding machine of claim 6, 7 or 8, characterized in that the method of processing a product using the extrusion blow molding machine comprises the following sequential steps;
firstly, a set of extrusion blow molding dies (2) in a closed state clamps an extrusion raw material, and a driving assembly (5) drives the extrusion blow molding dies (2) in the closed state to move; the control driving assembly (5) drives the other set of the extrusion blow molding mold (2) in the open state to move, so that the extrusion blow molding mold (2) in the closed state passes through the space between the two half molds (2 a) in the extrusion blow molding mold (2) in the open state until the two half molds (2 a) in the extrusion blow molding mold (2) in the open state are positioned at two sides of the raw materials;
secondly, operating the driving piece (3 e) to switch the extrusion blow molding die (2) from an open state to a closed state; and controlling the driving component (5) to drive the other set of extrusion blow molding die (2) to move towards the one set of extrusion blow molding die (2), so that one end part of the one set of extrusion blow molding die (2) is butted with the other set of extrusion blow molding die (2).
10. Method for processing a product with an extrusion blow-moulding machine according to claim 9, characterised in that in the first step the extrusion blow-moulding die (2) stretches the material while the drive assembly (5) moves the extrusion blow-moulding die (2) in the closed position.
