The straight line section 1c1 is simultaneously provided with a plurality of groups of blow mold opening and closing devices 3, and the adjacent distance between the blow mold opening and closing devices 3 positioned in the straight line section 1c1 is smaller than the adjacent distance between the blow mold opening and closing devices 3 positioned in the circular arc section 1c2.
The blow mold opening and closing device 3 located on the straight line segment 1c1 is located above the extrusion head 6a in the plastic parison extruder. For convenience of description, the uppermost blow mold opening and closing device 3 in the straight line segment 1c1 is defined as a first station blow mold opening and closing device 3, and a blow mold 4 installed in the first station blow mold opening and closing device 3 is defined as a first station blow mold 4; the lowest blow mold opening and closing device 3 in the straight line section 1c1 is a third station blow mold opening and closing device 3, and a blow mold 4 installed in the third station blow mold opening and closing device 3 is a third station blow mold 4; the blow mold opening and closing device 3 located between the first station blow mold opening and closing device 3 and the third station blow mold opening and closing device 3 is the second station blow mold opening and closing device 3, and the blow mold 4 installed in the second station blow mold opening and closing device 3 is the second station blow mold 4.
Each blow mould device 3 that opens and shuts can independently be controlled, and first station blow mould 4 and second station blow mould 4 are in the compound die state, and third station blow mould 4 is in from the die sinking to compound die in-process, and the plastics embryo is by vertical upwards traction from this, and then can guarantee the coincidence of the central line of plastics embryo and third station blow mould 4, and then improve the quality and the qualification rate of product.
The product can be subjected to blow molding in the first station blow mold opening and closing device 3; the blow mold 4 sequentially performs a cooling process, a mold closing to mold opening process, and a mold opening to mold closing process from the first station to the third station along the rotation direction of the turntable 2. The lowermost mold opening and closing device 3 positions the blow molds 4 in the mold-opened state, so that the product can be more easily released by gravity.
Since the blow mold opening and closing devices 3 located in the straight line segment 1c1 are closely spaced, less scrap is generated. And then because the distance between the two adjacent blow mold opening and closing devices 3 from the straight line section 1c1 to the circular arc section 1c2 is increased, the plastic blank positioned between the adjacent blow mold opening and closing devices 3 is pulled out and broken, thereby realizing the demolding one by one.
In the process from the third station to the second station, a buffer core column 3e5 of the oil cylinder 3e penetrates into a buffer sleeve 3e3, and the movement speed of a piston rod 3e2 is gradually reduced until the die assembly is completed; the mode of die assembly can obviously improve the consistency of the bottom of a product, the sealing qualification rate of the bottom seal and reduce noise. In the initial stage from mold closing to mold opening, the buffer core column 3e5 of the oil cylinder 3e gradually slides out of the buffer sleeve 3e3, the movement speed of the piston rod 3e2 is gradually increased, and further the deformation or tearing probability of a product in the mold opening process is remarkably reduced. The oil cylinder 3e moves at a constant speed in other periods, so that the die opening and closing efficiency is effectively ensured.

The structure and principle of the present embodiment are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, and the substantially same parts are not described redundantly, but only different parts are described, and the different parts are: the turntable 2 is arranged horizontally.

A blow mold opening and closing device comprises a guide rod (3 a), an oil cylinder (3 e), a synchronous gear rack mechanism and two mold mounting plates (3 b) which are arranged in parallel relatively; the two die mounting plates (3 b) are connected with the guide rod (3 a) in a sliding manner, the synchronous gear rack mechanism is provided with a gear (3 c) and two racks (3 d) which are meshed with the gear (3 c), the two racks (3 d) are fixedly connected with the two die mounting plates (3 b) in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the gear (3 c) is rotationally connected with the first mounting seat; the device is characterized in that the first mounting seat is fixedly connected with the guide rod (3 a); one end of the mold mounting plate (3 b) is used for fixing a blow mold (4), the other end of each mold mounting plate (3 b) is fixed with a counterweight rod (3 g), one end of the mold mounting plate (3 b) is positioned on one side of the guide rod (3 a), and the counterweight rod (3 g) and the synchronous gear rack mechanism are positioned on the other side of the guide rod (3 a);
the cylinder body (3 e 1) of the oil cylinder (3 e) is fixedly connected with one of the die mounting plates (3 b), the piston rod (3 e 2) is fixedly connected with the other die mounting plate (3 b), or the cylinder body (3 e 1) of the oil cylinder (3 e) is fixedly connected with the mounting seat, and the piston rod (3 e 2) is fixedly connected with one of the die mounting plates (3 b);
the oil cylinder (3 e) comprises a piston seat, one end part of an inner cavity in the oil cylinder (3 e) is provided with a buffer sleeve (3 e 3), one end of the buffer sleeve (3 e 3) is hermetically connected with the inner side surface of the inner cavity in the oil cylinder (3 e), and one end surface of the inner cavity in the oil cylinder (3 e) at the other end of the buffer sleeve (3 e 3) is hermetically and fixedly connected; a cavity between an oil port (3 e 6) in the oil cylinder (3 e) and the outer side surface of the buffer sleeve (3 e 3) and the inner side surface of the inner cavity in the oil cylinder (3 e) is communicated, a plurality of throttle holes (3 e 4) arranged along the axial core line direction of the buffer sleeve (3 e 3) are formed in the side wall of the buffer sleeve (3 e 3), and a buffer core column (3 e 5) capable of penetrating into the buffer sleeve (3 e 3) is arranged at one end of the piston seat; when the blow mold opening and closing device (3) is in a mold closing state, the buffer core column (3 e 5) is positioned in the buffer sleeve (3 e 3).
