pipe 24 fall into the stirring pipe 24 from an opening between two fixing rods 242 on the top end of the stirring pipe 24, therefore, the plastic particles in the box body 1 can be circulated, the stirring of the plastic particles is further enhanced, the mixing of the plastic particles is uniform, one end of the stirring blade 25 is fixedly connected with a sealing head 252 through a bolt, the sealing effect is achieved on one end of the stirring blade 25, the fixing and supporting effect is achieved on the electric heating wire 253, one side of the sealing head 252 is fixedly connected with an electric heating wire 253 through a bolt, the electric heating wire 253 is JHF-010 in model, the electric heating wire 253 is spliced with the stirring blade 25, the stirring blade 25 is movably connected with the electric heating wire 253, and temperature sensors 15 are fixedly connected to two ends of one side of the box body 1 through bolts, the temperature range is set in advance, the temperature range is 100-275 ℃, the melting temperature of the plastic particles is 220-275 ℃, the temperature sensor 15 transmits the measured temperature in the box body 1 to the controller 12, when the temperature exceeds the set temperature range, the controller 12 can adjust the electric heating wire 253 to be opened or closed to adjust the temperature in the box body 1, the model of the temperature sensor 15 is DS18B20, the temperature sensor 15 and the electric heating wire 253 are both electrically connected with the controller 12, because the thermal conductivity of the plastic particles is low, the upper temperature and the lower temperature in the box body 1 can be heated uniformly by arranging the electric heating wire 253 in the stirring blade 25, the local temperature is prevented from being too high, the plastic particles are melted, and meanwhile, the plastic particles can be heated to ensure the moisture in the plastic particles, can be evaporated, the steam of evaporating is discharged from the exhaust hole, in addition, also can avoid the local too low temperature of box 1 for moisture in the plastic pellet can not be evaporated, prevents to influence the storage of plastic pellet.
The working principle is as follows: when the stirring device is used, different plastic particles are added into the box body 1 through the feeding pipe 11, the motor 21 and the electric telescopic rod 28 are opened through the controller 12, the motor 21 drives the connecting rod 23 to rotate, the stirring pipe 24 is further driven to rotate, the plastic particles are stirred in the transverse direction, meanwhile, the electric telescopic rod 28 drives one end of the stirring blade 25 to move up and down, the other end of the stirring blade 25 can move up and down, the plastic particles are stirred in the vertical direction, the stirring effect of the plastic particles can be enhanced, when one end of the stirring blade 25 moves up and down, the plastic particles blocked on the stirring blade 25 fall into the bottom end of the interior of the box body 1, when the plastic particles are stirred, the plastic particles cannot be left on the stirring blade 25, manual cleaning is not needed, the color mixing efficiency is improved, the workload of operators is reduced, the electromagnetic valve 27 is opened through the controller 12, high-pressure air is input into the stirring pipe 24 through the air conveying pipe 26, plastic particles of the stirring pipe 24 can be blown downwards and move from the bottom end to two sides in the box body 1, the plastic particles on two sides of the stirring pipe 24 fall into the stirring pipe 24 from an opening between the two fixing rods 242 on the top end of the stirring pipe 24, therefore, the plastic particles in the box body 1 can be circulated, the stirring of the plastic particles is further enhanced, the mixing of the plastic particles is more uniform, the effect of color mixing of the plastic particles is improved, because the thermal conductivity of the plastic particles is lower, the upper temperature and the lower temperature in the box body 1 can be more uniformly heated by arranging the electric heating wire 253 in the stirring blade 25, the local overhigh temperature can be avoided, the plastic particles are melted, meanwhile, the plastic particles can also be heated, and the moisture in the plastic particles can be evaporated, the steam that evaporates is discharged from the exhaust hole, in addition, also can avoid the local temperature of box 1 too low for moisture in the plastic pellet can not evaporated, prevents to influence the storage of plastic pellet, and the plastic pellet after the colour mixture is accomplished is discharged from arranging material pipe 14.

Claims (10)
1. A three-axis plastic color blending device, comprising:
a box body (1);
a stirring structure (2);
wherein, a stirring structure (2) is arranged on the box body (1);
wherein, the stirring structure (2) further comprises a stirring pipe (24), stirring blades (25) and a motor (21), the motor (21) is fixedly installed in the middle of the upper surface of the box body (1) through a bolt, the power output end of the motor (21) penetrates through the box body (1) and is fixedly connected with a connecting rod (23) through a bolt, one end of the connecting rod (23) is fixedly connected with the stirring pipe (24) through a bolt, two sides of the stirring pipe (24) are hinged with a plurality of stirring blades (25), two sides of the stirring pipe (24) are both fixedly connected with a plurality of mounting blocks (243) through a bolt, one side of each mounting block (243) is fixedly connected with an electric telescopic rod (28) through a bolt, the upper surface of each stirring blade (25) is close to one end and is fixedly connected with a mounting plate (251) through a bolt, the other end of the electric telescopic rod (28) is rotatably connected, bolt fixedly connected with controller (12) is passed through to one side of box (1), controller (12) and external power source electric connection, motor (21) with electric telescopic handle (28) all with controller (12) electric connection, upper surface middle part one side sealing connection of box (1) has inlet pipe (11), the lower surface middle part sealing connection of box (1) has row material pipe (14), inlet pipe (11) with the equal threaded connection of inner wall one end of row material pipe (14) has the sealing plug.

The three-axis plastic color mixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the utility model discloses a stirring pipe, including box (1), upper surface middle part of box (1) opposite side is pegged graft and is had gas-supply pipe (26), the one end of gas-supply pipe (26) extends to the inside of stirring pipe (24), gas-supply pipe (26) with box (1) sealing connection, the other end of gas-supply pipe (26) passes through bolt fixedly connected with solenoid valve (27), the exhaust hole has been seted up to upper surface middle part one side of box (1), solenoid valve (27) with controller (12) electric connection.

9. The three-axis plastic color mixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: one side of the box body (1) is detachably connected with an access door (16), and the access door (16) is made of transparent materials.
10. The three-axis plastic color mixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the stirring blades (25) and the stirring pipe (24) are both of a hollow structure, and the bottom end of the stirring pipe (24) is of an open structure.
