When the grinding wheel abrasive disc 3.3 is opposite to the workpiece, the ventilation door 6.1 of the corresponding air channel 5.5 is closed under the driving of the ventilation door switch 6.2, and the dust removal and cooling of the grinding wheel abrasive disc 3.3 in contact with the workpiece are guaranteed to the maximum extent.
The working principle of the ventilation door switch 6.2 in the embodiment is as follows: the ventilating door switch rotating end 6.2.2 is in contact with the ventilating door switch fixing end 6.2.1 at the position where the opening and closing state of the ventilating door 6.1 needs to be adjusted under the rotating action of the grinding wheel, the ventilating door switch rotating end 6.2.2 is contacted at each time to rotate 90 degrees, so that the alternating state of opening and closing of the air channel 5.5 is realized, the opening is realized before the air channel enters a grinding point, and the closing is realized after the air channel is far away from the grinding point.

1. A self-adaptive grinding wheel device of a grinding machine is characterized by comprising a support (1), a grinding wheel base body part (2), a grinding wheel grinding part (3) and an air duct part (5);
the grinding wheel base part (2) comprises a grinding wheel base body wheel shaft (2.1) and a grinding wheel base body (2.2), the grinding wheel base body (2.2) is of a cylindrical structure, the grinding wheel base body (2.2) is fixed on the support (1) through the grinding wheel base body wheel shaft (2.1), and the support (1) is installed on a grinding machine moving frame in a dust cover;
the grinding wheel grinding piece part (3) comprises a rotating shaft (3.1), a spring (3.2) and a grinding wheel grinding piece (3.3), and the grinding wheel grinding pieces (3.3) are sequentially connected with the grinding wheel base body (2.2) through fixed ends along the circumferential direction of the grinding wheel base body part (2); the grinding wheel base part (2) drives the grinding wheel grinding piece part (3) to rotate together, and the grinding wheel grinding piece (3.3) can rotate freely around the rotating shaft (3.1); the middle part of the grinding wheel abrasive disc (3.3) in the circumferential direction is connected with the grinding wheel base body (2.2) through the spring (3.2); when the grinding machine is used for grinding operation, the grinding wheel device is supported on the support (1) through the grinding wheel base body part (2), the grinding wheel base body part (2) is driven by the motor to rotate at a high speed, the movable end of the grinding wheel grinding piece part (3) on the grinding wheel base body part (2) rotates outwards under the action of centrifugal force, when the centrifugal force is balanced with the tensile force of the spring (3.2), the grinding wheel grinding piece (3.3) reaches a balance position, and the grinding wheel grinding piece (3.3) is in contact with a workpiece to be machined to grind the workpiece;
the air duct part (5) comprises a fan (5.1), an aerosol filter piece (5.2), a main air duct (5.4) and an air channel (5.5); the fan (5.1) is connected with the main air duct (5.4) through the aerosol filter piece (5.2), the main air duct (5.4) is arranged in the grinding wheel base body wheel shaft (2.1) and communicated with a plurality of air channels (5.5) uniformly distributed in the grinding wheel base body (2.2), the air channels (5.5) are radially distributed in the grinding wheel base body (2.2) along the radial direction, and an air outlet at the tail end of the air channel is arranged on the grinding wheel base body (2.2);
the grinding wheel grinding disc (3.3) grinds a workpiece under the action of centrifugal force, and the air duct portion (5) recovers grinding dust through air suction operation of the fan (5.1) and cools the interior of the grinding wheel grinding disc (3.3).

A self-adaptive grinding wheel unit for a grinding machine according to claim 1, characterized in that said grinding wheel unit further comprises a grinding wheel chip control section (4), said grinding wheel chip control section (4) being located on a grinding workpiece side for controlling a grinding locus of said grinding wheel chip (3.3).

The adaptive grinding wheel device for the grinding machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the grinding wheel and grinding sheet control part (4) comprises a guide wheel assembly (4.1) and a track assembly (4.2), wherein the guide wheel assembly (4.1) is connected with the movable end of the grinding wheel and grinding sheet (3.3), and the track assembly (4.2) is a telescopic track and is fixed on the moving frame of the grinding machine; the guide wheel assembly (4.1) is in contact with the track assembly (4.2) and is supported by the track assembly (4.2).

The adaptive grinding wheel device for the grinding machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the grinding wheel and grinding disc control part (4) further comprises a track support member (4.3), the track assembly (4.2) is fixed on the grinding machine moving frame through the track support member (4.3), and the track support member (4.3) can drive the track assembly (4.2) to move telescopically so as to change the track radius of the track assembly (4.2).
5. A self-adapting grinding wheel unit for a grinding machine as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that it further comprises an air duct control (6) for controlling the opening and closing of said air duct (5.5).

The adaptive grinding wheel device for the grinding machine as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the air duct control part (6) comprises a ventilation door (6.1) and a ventilation door switch (6.2), a plurality of ventilation doors (6.1) are correspondingly arranged on the air duct (5.5) one by one, and the switch is controlled through the ventilation door switch (6.2).

A self-adapting grinding wheel unit for a grinding machine according to claim 6, characterised in that said ventilation door (6.1) is a flap valve; the ventilation door switch (6.2) comprises a ventilation door switch fixing end (6.2.1) and a ventilation door switch rotating end (6.2.2), a valve core of a flap valve of the ventilation door (6.1) is fixedly connected with the ventilation door switch rotating end (6.2.2), and the ventilation door switch fixing end (6.2.1) is fixed at a position, on the grinding machine moving frame, of which the opening and closing state of the ventilation door (6.1) needs to be adjusted; the ventilating door switch rotating end (6.2.2) and the ventilating door switch fixing end (6.2.1) are contacted and then rotate for 90 degrees, and the ventilating door (6.1) is driven to be alternately opened and closed.

A grinder adaptive grinding wheel unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the air channel portion (5) further comprises a flexible telescopic air channel (5.3), and the aerosol filter element (5.2) is connected with the main air channel (5.4) through the flexible telescopic air channel (5.3).

A self-adaptive grinding wheel device for a grinding machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the support (1) comprises bearing seats (1.1) and bearings (1.2), the two bearing seats (1.1) are symmetrically fixed on the movable stand of the grinding machine, the bearings (1.2) are installed on the bearing seats (1.1), and two ends of the grinding wheel base body (2) are respectively placed on the bearings (1.2) through the grinding wheel base body wheel axle (2.1).
