s1, pressing the clamping block (23) inwards, enabling the second spring (24) to start to compress, enabling the clamping block (23) to be separated from the clamping groove (19), enabling the clamping block (23) to release the brake on the cover plate (25), opening the cover plate (25), and further placing nuts on the sieve plate (22);
s2, starting a stepping motor (26) to drive a rotating rod (27) to rotate, driving a second special-shaped wheel (28) to rotate while the rotating rod (27) rotates, pushing a sieve plate (22) downwards by a protruding part of the second special-shaped wheel (28), compressing a first spring (21), and when the protruding part of the second special-shaped wheel (28) is separated along with the rotation of the rotating rod (27), the sieve plate (22) moves upwards under the action of the elastic force of the first spring (21), so that the sieve plate (22) starts to reciprocate in the rotating process of the rotating rod (27), nuts slide downwards from the sieve plate (22), branches and leaves are left on the sieve plate (22), and then screening of the nuts on the sieve plate (22) can be started;
s3, the screened nuts slide downwards in the hollow metal frame (3) through the inclined plate (5), then the rotating motor (10) is started to drive the first special-shaped wheel (11) to rotate, the connecting rod (12) pulls the first rack (13) to make reciprocating motion while the first special-shaped wheel (11) rotates, the first rack (13) is meshed with the second gear (9), the first rack (13) drives the second gear (9), the rotating disc (7) and the stirring blade (8) to make reciprocating motion, then the stirring blade (8) stirs clean water in the box body (1) to effectively clean the nuts, in addition, when the first special-shaped wheel (11) rotates, the protruding part of the first special-shaped wheel (11) ejects the second rack (16) upwards, at the moment, the first tension spring (15) is in a stretching state, the second rack (16) is meshed with the first gear (4), and when the protruding part of the first special-shaped wheel (11) rotates away, the second rack (16) is pulled downwards by the pulling force of the first tension spring (15), and then the second rack (16) drives the first gear (4), the rotating shaft (2) and the hollow metal frame (3) to swing back and forth in the cleaning process, so that nuts are cleaned more effectively;

s5, after cleaning is finished, starting a water suction pump (31), pumping clear water in a water storage tank (34) into a pipeline (29) through a water inlet pipe (33) and a water outlet pipe (32) by the water suction pump (31), spraying the clear water to nuts in the hollow metal frame (3) through a nozzle (30) in the pipeline (29), and further washing the nuts;
s6, after the washing is finished, the rotating motor (10) is started, the hollow metal frame (3) starts to swing back and forth again along with the rotation of the rotating motor (10), nuts can be dried in the hollow metal frame (3), then the carbon fiber electric heating tube (37) is started, and the nuts are dried by the carbon fiber electric heating tube (37) while the nuts are dried.
