The working principle is as follows: when the brewing raw material cleaning and crushing integrated machine is used, firstly, as shown in figures 1-2 and 4-6, the raw material is poured into the interior of the screen cylinder 8 through the lower bin 3, then water is injected into the cleaning bin 1 through the water delivery pipe 2, then the first motor 4 is controlled to drive the connecting shaft 5 to rotate, at the moment, the connecting shaft 5 can drive the sliding sleeve 12 to synchronously rotate, at the moment, the sliding sleeve 12 can drive the linkage rod 15 to synchronously move, so that the linkage rod 15 can be attached to the lower end inclined plane of the linkage piece 6 to slide, at the moment, the linkage rod 15 can push the sliding sleeve 12 to slide downwards along the outer side of the connecting shaft 5, meanwhile, under the elastic force action of the second return spring 13, the sliding sleeve 12 drives the stirring rod 14 to rotate and also can reciprocate up and down, so that the stirring effect of the device on raw materials is effectively improved, and the raw materials are cleaned more thoroughly; as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 7, after the cleaning is completed, the drain valve 16 is opened to drain the sewage in the cleaning chamber 1 to the water storage chamber 20, at this time, the filter sieve 17 can filter the impurities in the sewage, the filter sieve 17 can be pulled out from the inside of the device for cleaning at a later stage (similar to a drawer structure), as shown in fig. 2-3, then the electromagnetic valve 11 is opened, so that the cleaned raw material in the screen cylinder 8 falls into the crushing bin 18, as the raw material inside the screen drum 8 is reduced, the screen drum 8 gradually moves upwards under the elastic force of the first return spring 10, when the position of the bump 801 corresponds to that of the stirring rod 14, the stirring rod 14 slides along the inclined plane structure attached to the bump 801 during the rotation process, thereby pushing the screen cylinder 8 to elastically shake, so that the screen cylinder 8 can fully discharge the raw materials attached and remained at the inner side of the screen cylinder into the crushing bin 18, and the waste of the raw materials is avoided;
as shown in fig. 1 and 7-8, the second motor 23 is then activated, so that the second motor 23 rotates the crushing roller 24, at which time the crushing roller 24 can crush the raw material, meanwhile, the cleaning brush 27 can clean the raw materials attached to the surface of the crushing roller 24, so as to avoid influencing the normal crushing operation of the crushing roller 24, the cam 25 can be driven by the driving belt 26 to synchronously rotate in the rotating process of the crushing roller 24, the cleaning brush 27 can be intermittently pushed in the rotating process of the cam 25, so that the cleaning brush 27 is elastically rotated by the elastic force of the torsion spring 28, and at this time, the residual material on the surface of the cleaning brush 27 can be shaken off, therefore, the cleaning effect of the cleaning brush 27 is improved, meanwhile, the movable plate 30 is driven by the connecting rod 29 to reciprocate up and down in the rotating process of the cleaning brush 27, and at the moment, the movable plate 30 can dredge the discharge opening 22, so that the discharge opening 22 is prevented from being blocked;
as shown in fig. 7, when the device finishes the processing operation, the water pump 21 is controlled to spray the water collected in the water storage bin 20 through the spray head 31 to the inside of the crushing bin 18, so that the inside of the crushing bin 18 is cleaned, the raw materials are prevented from being left and decayed, the next processing is prevented from being influenced, meanwhile, the water resources can be recycled, the energy conservation and environmental protection performance of the device is improved, and a series of work is finished.
