the cleaning mechanism 3 includes: a sewage tank 32 positioned below the rotary dispensing valve 22, a movable water cylinder 31 which is sleeved on the rotary dispensing valve 22 and has an open inner end and a closed outer end, and a water spray opening 334 which is positioned on the frame 1 at one side of the rotary dispensing valve 22 and faces the plate-type slit nozzle 21, wherein the water spray opening 334 is positioned at the inner side of the closed movable water cylinder 31, the water spray opening 334 is connected with a water supply pipe 333 provided with the valve 332 and the water supply pump 331 thereon, and the water supply pipe 333 is connected with the clean water tank 330, so that a water supply pipeline 33 is formed to provide cleaning water; the movable water cylinder 31 is a horizontal cylinder which is adapted to the rotary dispensing valve 22, and the inner diameter of the cylinder is larger than the outer diameter of the rotary dispensing valve 22, so that the cylinder is conveniently sleeved on the rotary dispensing valve 22 and is convenient to move; the lower part of the movable water cylinder 31 is connected with a piston rod 38 of a power cylinder 30 fixed on the frame 1 through a connecting piece 311, so that the movable water cylinder 31 is driven by the power cylinder 30 to reciprocate through the extension or retraction of the piston rod 38; the inner end of the movable water cylinder 31 is movably connected with a flange 35 fixed on the frame 1, and a sealing ring 36 is arranged on the flange 35, so that the movable water cylinder 31 is sealed by the sealing ring 36 when closed; the bottom of the sewage tank 32 is provided with a sewage discharge pipeline 34, the sewage discharge pipeline 34 comprises a sewage discharge port arranged at the bottom of the sewage tank 32, and the sewage discharge port is connected with the sewage tank 340 through a sewage discharge pipe 342 and a sewage pump 341 so as to discharge the cleaned sewage into the sewage tank 340 in time for centralized treatment; the frame 1 at the lower side of the rotary dispensing valve 22 is provided with a water outlet which is communicated with the sewage tank 32 through a water discharge pipe with a stop valve 37 at the upper part, as shown in figure 1; the guide roller 39 is connected with a connecting rod 391 fixed on the frame 1 and driven by a cylinder 392 to rotate, so that the tipping paper a is glued close to the plate-type slit nozzle 21, the water cylinder 31 is moved away from the plate-type slit nozzle 21 to finish cleaning, and the interference of the tipping paper a when the water cylinder 31 moves is avoided.
When the plate-type slit nozzle 21 for gluing needs to be sealed and cleaned, the guide roller 39 is driven by the cylinder 392 to rotate clockwise through the connecting rod 391, so that the tipping paper a leaves the gluing part, as shown in fig. 8, the power cylinder 30 is started to close the movable water cylinder 31, the water spray opening 334 is opened to spray water into the movable water cylinder 31 for washing and soaking the plate-type slit nozzle 21, so that the glue is dissolved in water without blocking the nozzle, before the gluing needs to be continued, the on-off valve 37 between the movable water cylinder 31 and the sewage tank 32 is firstly opened, so that the sewage in the movable water cylinder 31 naturally flows into the sewage tank 32 below, and then is conveyed into the sewage tank 340 through the sewage discharge outlet, the sewage discharge pipe 342 and the pump 341, after the sewage is emptied, the movable water cylinder 31 is opened, the cylinder 392 is started to rotate the guide roller 39 anticlockwise, the gluing part of the tipping paper a can be glued, so that the full-automatic sealing and cleaning of the gluing head is completed, therefore, the cleaning and sealing of the gluing equipment meet the requirement of maintenance-free use.
The clean water pump 331, the valve 332, the power cylinder 30 for moving the water cylinder, the sewage pump 341, the power motor 224 for driving the rotor to rotate, the glue pump 26, the flow meter 29, the pressure regulating valve 28 and other execution elements are all connected with the controller 4 through electric starting elements and leads, and the controller 4 is a conventional product.

The cigarette tipping paper sizing system of claim 1, wherein the plate-type slit nozzle of the sizing mechanism comprises a female die and a cover plate, wherein: the female die is provided with at least one group of gluing nozzles consisting of a continuous gluing groove and an intermittent gluing groove, the top of the continuous gluing groove is provided with a continuous glue outlet seam communicated with the continuous gluing groove, and the top and the bottom of the intermittent gluing groove are respectively provided with an intermittent glue outlet seam and an intermittent glue inlet hole communicated with the intermittent gluing groove; the cover plate is provided with a continuous glue feeding groove, the inner end of which is communicated with the continuous glue feeding groove on the female die, and the outer end of which is communicated with a continuous glue feeding branch pipe independent of the outside of the rotary dispensing valve.
3. The cigarette tipping paper gluing system of claim 1, wherein at least one of the continuous gluing groove and the discontinuous gluing groove is arranged on the plate-type slit nozzle concave die of the gluing mechanism.
4. The cigarette tipping paper gluing system of claim 1, wherein a plate-type slit nozzle concave die of the gluing mechanism is provided with a moisturizing groove communicated with each glue outlet seam.
5. The cigarette tipping paper gluing system of claim 1, wherein the rotary dispensing valve of the gluing mechanism comprises a stator with a shaft hole therein and a rotor disposed in the shaft hole of the stator, wherein:
the stator is provided with a discontinuous glue inlet hole, the inner end of the discontinuous glue inlet hole is communicated with a shaft hole of the stator, the outer end of the discontinuous glue inlet hole is communicated with a discontinuous glue supply branch pipe, the wall of the shaft hole of the stator is provided with a radial glue outlet hole, and the upper end of the radial glue outlet hole is communicated with the lower end of the discontinuous glue inlet hole on the plate-type slit nozzle female die;
the rotor consists of a middle opening and closing section, a sealing section at one end and a screw conveying section at the other end, and the diameter of a rotor shaft of the screw conveying section is smaller than that of the opening and closing section; wherein:
a plurality of uniformly distributed axial holes and radial holes communicated with the axial holes are arranged on the outer cylindrical surface of the rotor at intervals, the radial holes are discontinuously communicated with the lower ends of corresponding radial glue outlet holes in the wall of the stator shaft hole, one end of each axial hole is closed, and the other end of each axial hole is provided with an opening communicated with the stator shaft hole; or a plurality of uniformly distributed axial grooves are arranged on the outer cylindrical surface of the rotor at intervals, the axial grooves are discontinuously communicated with the lower ends of the radial glue outlet holes corresponding to the wall of the stator shaft hole, one end of each axial groove is closed, and the other end of each axial groove is provided with an opening communicated with the stator shaft hole;
the sealing section of the rotor comprises a rotor shaft in the middle and a shaft sleeve on the periphery of the rotor shaft, the inner wall and the outer wall of the shaft sleeve are provided with thread grooves, the spiral direction of the thread grooves is opposite to the rotation direction of the rotor, and the left end of the rotor shaft extends outwards and penetrates through a bearing with a seat on the frame to be connected with a motor;
the screw conveying section of the rotor comprises a rotor shaft and a helical blade arranged on the outer cylindrical surface of the rotor shaft, and the helical direction of the helical blade is the same as the rotation direction of the rotor.

The cigarette tipping paper sizing system according to claim 1, characterized in that the stator and the rotor of the sizing mechanism are both provided as cylinders; the diameter of a radial glue outlet hole in the stator of the gluing mechanism and the diameter of a discontinuous glue inlet hole in the plate-type slit nozzle female die are 1-2 mm; the width of an axial groove on a rotor of the gluing mechanism or the diameters of an axial hole and a radial hole are 3-5 mm; the discontinuous glue supply branch pipes are connected with the glue supply main pipe; the continuous glue supply branch pipe is provided with a flowmeter and a pressure regulating valve and is connected with a glue supply main pipe, and the glue supply main pipe is provided with a conventional vacuum degasser, a pump and a filter and is connected with a glue box.

The cigarette tipping paper gluing system according to claim 1, wherein the eccentric roller is mounted on the frame at the paper tape output side of the plate-type slit nozzle, and a gluing angle between the output-side tipping paper and the plate-type slit nozzle can be adjusted by rotating the eccentric roller, wherein the gluing angle is-1-2 °.

The cigarette tipping paper gluing system according to claim 1, wherein the moving water cylinder of the washing mechanism is a cylinder adapted to the rotary glue dispensing valve, the inner diameter of the cylinder is larger than the outer diameter of the rotary glue dispensing valve, the lower part of the moving water cylinder is connected with a piston rod of a power cylinder fixed on the frame through a connecting piece, the inner end of the moving water cylinder is movably connected with a flange fixed on the frame, and a sealing ring is arranged on the flange.

The cigarette tipping paper gluing system of claim 1, wherein a drain port is provided on the frame below the rotary glue dispensing valve, the drain port being in communication with a sump via a drain pipe with a shut-off valve thereon; the sewage tank bottom is equipped with the drain, and this drain passes through blow off pipe and pump and links to each other with the sewage case.
10. The cigarette tipping paper sizing system according to claim 1, wherein the guide roller is an in-out roll mounted vertically on the frame, disposed on one side of the plate slot nozzle and at the tipping paper input end.
