The invention is claimed in the structure of the cleaning device for the metering rod of the planetary gear mechanism, and although cleaning liquid, water and the like are used in practical use, the cleaning liquid and the water are not within the protection scope of the invention. A metering rod cleaning apparatus employing a planetary gear mechanism to perform a cleaning action, comprising: encapsulation shell (1), hatch door (2), water inlet (3), drain (4), overflow outlet (5), thread pin (6), bearing subassembly (7), fixed planetary gear mechanism (8), removal planetary gear mechanism (13), lock nut (14), brush roller (15), transmission shaft (21), metering rod (22), frame (23), brush (24), spiral reciprocating mechanism, wherein: the fixed planetary gear mechanism (8) and the moving planetary gear mechanism (13) include: internal gear (9), sun gear (10), planet wheel (11), planet wheel holder (12), spiral reciprocating mechanism includes: spring (16), back pressure disk (17), hand wheel (18), lead screw (19), preceding pressure disk (20), its characterized in that: the cleaning device is characterized in that a packaging shell (1) is mounted on a rack (23), a water inlet (3) and an overflow outlet (5) are respectively arranged at two ends of the upper portion of the packaging shell (1), a water outlet (4) is arranged at the lower portion of the packaging shell (1), a cabin door (2) is mounted at the end portion of the packaging shell (1), a hand wheel (18) and a screw rod (19) are mounted on the cabin door (2), a transmission shaft (21) is mounted in the packaging shell (1), a sun wheel (10) and a brush roller (15) are sleeved on the transmission shaft (21), a fixed planetary gear mechanism (8) and a movable planetary gear mechanism (13) are mounted in the packaging shell (1), a rear gland (17) is mounted at the end portion of the fixed planetary gear mechanism (8), a front gland (20) is mounted at the end portion of the movable planetary gear mechanism (13), and, the bearing assembly (7) is sleeved at the end part of the transmission shaft (21), and the transmission shaft (21) penetrates through the packaging shell (1) to be connected with a power source.

A metering rod cleaning apparatus for performing a cleaning action using a planetary gear mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a sun gear (10) of a fixed planetary gear mechanism (8) and a movable planetary gear mechanism (13) in the cleaning device is sleeved on a transmission shaft (21), a planet gear (11) is arranged in an inner gear (9) and is connected with a planet gear retainer (12), the planet gear (11) is respectively meshed with the sun gear (10) and the inner gear (9), and the inner gear (9) is fixedly arranged on an encapsulation shell (1) through a threaded pin (6).

A metering rod cleaning apparatus for performing a cleaning action using a planetary gear mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a planet wheel retainer (12) in the cleaning device is sleeved on a measuring rod (22) in an empty mode, two ends of the measuring rod (22) are respectively arranged on a rear gland (17) and a front gland (20), and the measuring rod (22) is fixed through a locking nut (14).

A metering rod cleaning apparatus for performing a cleaning action using a planetary gear mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a spring (16) and a rear gland (17) of a spiral reciprocating mechanism in the cleaning device are sleeved on a transmission shaft (21) in an empty mode, one end of the spring (16) is connected with the end portion of a packaging shell (1), the other end of the spring is connected with the rear gland (17), a front gland (20) is sleeved on a screw rod (19) in an empty mode, and a mounting hole for mounting a metering rod (22) is formed in the front gland (20).

A metering rod cleaning apparatus for performing a cleaning action using a planetary gear mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a brush roller (15) in the cleaning device is of a cylindrical structure, a brush (24) is arranged on the brush roller (15), and the brush (24) is made of natural materials, artificial fibers or metal materials.

A metering rod cleaning apparatus for performing a cleaning action using a planetary gear mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cabin door (2) in the cleaning device is opened and closed by a hinge mechanism, and is provided with a sealing washer and a locking handle, and the cabin door (2) is made of transparent materials.

A metering rod cleaning apparatus for performing a cleaning action using a planetary gear mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a planet wheel retainer (12) in the cleaning device is provided with a taper hole for placing a metering rod (22), and a movable space is formed between the taper hole and the metering rod (22).
