Abstract
The invention discloses a micron water droplet spray for removing free radicals from skin and resisting aging, which contains water droplets with smaller particle size (less than 50 mu m) and better surface reducibility, can be sprayed on the surface of skin to remove free radicals from the skin, achieves the effect of resisting aging of the skin, and can realize the purpose of moisturizing the skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to micron water drop spray for removing free radicals of skin and resisting aging, belonging to the field of cosmetics.
Background
Water is the most common liquid, but the small secret in which water is hidden may be far more than what humans have found. Researchers at Richard Zare, Stanford university, and Hong Gil Nam, Korean basic academy of sciences, etc. proved through a series of rigorous experiments that micro-sized water drops can indeed reduce some molecules without the aid of an external electric field or a reducing agent[1]. They have found that the water-air interface plays a crucial role in the reaction, where water molecules are more easily ionized into hydrogen and hydroxyl ions. This means that the electric field at the interface is very strong. This is more intuitively demonstrated by researchers through fluorescence microscopy. Resazurin molecules are reduced to form isofenoxadone (resorvufin) and show red fluorescence. Under a fluorescence microscope, it can be clearly seen that only the edges of the micron-sized water drops have fluorescent molecules, that is, the redox reaction can occur at the boundaries. These reactions cannot occur on the surface of large amounts of water, probably because the surface to volume ratio is too small.
The water drop has good reducibility, and can be sprayed on skin surface for scavenging free radicals of skin, achieving skin antiaging effect, and moisturizing skin.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide micron-sized water droplet spray for removing free radicals from skin and resisting aging, and the formed micron-sized water droplet spray is directly sprayed on the surface of human skin and is used for removing the free radicals from the skin and resisting aging.
In order to achieve the technical purpose and achieve the technical effect, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the water droplets may be ejected through a venturi.
Further comprises the step of atomizing and spraying the purified water to form atomized water drops with the particle size of less than 50 mu m and strong reducibility.
Further, the atomized water drops with strong reducibility can be directly sprayed on the surface of human skin to remove free radicals of the skin and resist aging.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention makes water form micron-sized natural particles, and atomized water drops with stronger reducibility can be directly sprayed on the surface of human skin to remove free radicals of the skin and resist aging.
2. The invention uses water as the main atomization beauty raw material, has simple components and the best biocompatibility, and can also add some reducing substances, such as procyanidine and the like, into the water to improve the anti-aging effect of the water.
Detailed Description
Example one
The particle diameter of the sprayed water mist liquid drop is 50 μm through the venturi, and the water mist liquid drop is directly sprayed on the surface of human skin and is used for removing free radicals of the skin and resisting aging.
(1) Grouping and administration of animals of small age group
Each group was 10, randomly divided into 2 groups: micron water mist group: shaving the back skin with a shaver every day to expose about 2X3cm of skin, spraying the back skin with a micron water mist for 1 minute, observing for 30 minutes, then spraying the back skin with a micron water mist for 1 minute, ② the saline control group shaving the back skin with a shaver every day to expose about 2X3cm of skin, and applying saline.
(2) Grouping, administration and modeling of aging group animals
Each group was 10, randomly divided into 3 groups: micron water mist group: daily subcutaneous injection of 12.5% D-galactose (1000g/kg) into the back of the neck and the back were shaved with a shaver, exposing approximately 2X3cm of the skin, applying a micron water mist to the back skin, observing for 30 minutes, and finally applying a micron water mist to the back skin. (ii) D-galactose group: 125% D-galactose (1000g/kg) was injected subcutaneously into the back of the neck every day in a normal control group: daily subcutaneous injection of equal volume normal saline solution to neck and back
(3) Preparation of 10% skin homogenate
All groups of mice are sacrificed after 42 days, about 05 g of skin tissue blocks after back depilation are rinsed by precooled normal saline, subcutaneous fat and other connective tissues are removed, the tissue blocks are cut into pieces by small ophthalmic scissors and then poured into a homogenate tube , 10% tissue homogenate is prepared by an electric glass homogenate machine (carried out in ice water), and then freeze thawing is carried out for 3 times repeatedly, so that the tissue homogenate is completely crushed, and the cell contents are completely dissociated in a liquid phase.
The SOD activity and Hyp content of the skin are determined by referring to the SOD kit and Hyp kit specifications.
The effect of the micron water mist on the S0D vitality and the Hyp content of the skin of a small mouse is shown in Table 1, and the result shows that the vitality of the S0D of the skin of the micron water mist mouse is obviously increased (P <0.05) compared with the normal saline group; hyp content tended to increase, but there was no significant difference.
Table 1 effect of micron mist on S0D vitality, Hyp content of mouse skin (x ± S, n =10)
Comparison with normal group: p <0.05
The effect of the micron water mist on the SOD activity and the Hyp content of the skin of the aged mice is shown in Table 2, and the result shows that the micron water mist obviously improves the SOD activity and the Hyp content (P is less than 0.05) of the skin of the aged mice caused by D-galactose compared with the normal group, and has no significant difference compared with the normal group: the SOD activity and Hyp content of the skin of the mice in the D-galactose group are obviously reduced (P < 0.05).

Comparison with the normal group: p <0.05 compared to sister model: p <0.05
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
