Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of pessaries, and particularly relates to an adjustable pessary. The adjustable uterine support comprises an umbrella-shaped support body (10) and a support body telescopic mechanism (20), wherein the support body telescopic mechanism (20) comprises a support column (21) and a sliding part (22) positioned on the support column (21), a plurality of connecting rods (23) are arranged between the sliding part (22) and the umbrella-shaped support body (10), the connecting rods (23) are positioned outside the support column (21), and the sliding part (22) realizes the extension and the furling of the umbrella-shaped support body (10) along the movement of the support column (21). The invention can conveniently and laborsavingly realize the taking and the placing of the uterine support and the unfolding or the folding of the umbrella-shaped support body.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of A61F6/08 pessaries, and particularly relates to an adjustable pessary.
Background
A pessary is a medical appliance used for treating female uterine prolapse and is generally made of polyethylene and silicon rubber materials. The common pessary on the market can not be adjusted in size, for example, the circular pessary is generally provided with five outer diameter specifications of 51 MM, 57 MM, 64 MM, 70 MM and 76 MM. Before the test bed is used, a patient needs to be tested to be suitable for which specification, and the unsuitable pessary can only be discarded during the test, so that unnecessary waste is caused.
Chinese patent document CN 104622620a discloses an adjustable pessary, which comprises an umbrella-shaped support made of elastic material, wherein the umbrella-shaped support is similar to an inverted umbrella, and can be retracted before being pushed into vagina, so as to be conveniently pushed into vagina. After the pessary reaches a preset position, the movable sheet push rod pushes the movable sheet to move so as to realize the transverse expansion of the pessary body, thereby fixing the pessary at the uterine orifice. The disadvantages of the scheme are that: because the space in the vagina is narrow, the two moving modes of the movable sheet push rod provided by the scheme both need to rotate the movable sheet push rod, and the moving mode is not easy to implement in the vagina.
The main inventor of the present application, namely the main inventor of the above patent scheme, has formed the present application in the process of solving the above practical difficulties.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an adjustable pessary, so that a user can conveniently and laborsavingly unfold or fold an umbrella-shaped pessary body.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the adjustable uterine support comprises an umbrella-shaped support body and a support body telescopic mechanism, wherein the support body telescopic mechanism comprises a support post and a sliding part positioned on the support post, a plurality of connecting rods are arranged between the sliding part and the umbrella-shaped support body, the connecting rods are positioned outside the support post, and the sliding part realizes the extension and the furling of the umbrella-shaped support body along the movement of the support post.
The invention concept created by the invention is as follows: the fingers move along the extension direction of the vagina, so that the pessary can be pushed to a designated position and the umbrella-shaped support body can be opened. When in use, the pessary can be pushed to the designated position in the vagina by pushing the pillar with fingers. Then, the connecting rod is pushed by fingers, and the umbrella-shaped supporting body is unfolded when the connecting rod drags the sliding part to move upwards. In the process of unfolding the umbrella-shaped support body, the top end of the connecting rod is transversely expanded, so that the top end of the connecting rod is supported in the posterior fornix of the vagina. When the uterus support needs to be withdrawn from the vagina, the uterus support can be pulled outwards by hooking the connecting rod by a finger, and meanwhile, the sliding part can slide downwards to fold the umbrella-shaped support body.
As an improvement, a moving area for the sliding part to move is arranged on the support, a plurality of bulges distributed along the extending direction of the support are arranged in the moving area, and the sliding part is an elastic ring. The movement of the elastic ring between the bulges realizes the purpose of adjusting the angle of the connecting rod, thereby being capable of retracting the umbrella surface-shaped support body.
In an improvement, the pillar is provided with a moving area for the sliding part to move, the sliding part is an annular body, and the sliding part is positioned on the pillar by a marble buckling mode between the sliding part and the moving area of the pillar. This is another alternative.
As an improvement, the upper end and the lower end of the moving area are respectively provided with a limiting part. The limiting part prevents the sliding part from moving out of the moving area.
As an improvement, a tray is arranged at the top end of the support column. The tray can assist the umbrella-shaped support body to support the uterus.
As an improvement, the bottom end of the pillar is provided with a pull ring. The ring pull is convenient to pull the pessary out of the vagina.
As an improvement, the connecting rod is connected with the inner side surface of the umbrella-shaped support body. At the moment, the umbrella-shaped supporting body is in a reversed bowl shape after being opened.
In an improvement, the connecting rod is connected with the outer side surface of the umbrella-shaped support body. At the moment, the umbrella-shaped support body is in a bowl shape after being opened.
As an improvement, the umbrella-shaped support body is provided with a diversion hole. The flow guide hole is convenient for guiding the secretion of the uterus out.
As an improvement, the umbrella-shaped support body is provided with a transverse reinforcing rib and/or a longitudinal reinforcing rib. When the support body telescopic mechanism is driven, the reinforcing ribs are favorable for improving the overall stability of the umbrella-shaped support body and the uterus supporting capacity of the umbrella-shaped support body.
In conclusion, the invention has the advantages of simple structure, practical function and obvious effect, and can conveniently and laborsavingly realize the taking and the placing of the pessary and the unfolding or the folding of the umbrella-shaped support body.

The adjustable uterine support is similar to an umbrella and comprises an umbrella-shaped support body 10 and a support body telescopic mechanism 20.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the umbrella-shaped support 10 is made of latex, and has 4 flow-guiding holes 11. The support body telescoping mechanism 20 comprises a support post 21 and a sliding part 22 positioned on the support post 21, wherein the support post 21 is provided with a moving area for the sliding part 22 to move, and the upper end and the lower end of the moving area are respectively provided with a limiting part 25. A plurality of protrusions 24 arranged along the extending direction of the support column 21 are arranged in the moving area, the sliding part 22 is an elastic ring made of latex or rubber, the protrusions 24 are arc-shaped, so that the elastic ring can move up and down conveniently, and the elastic ring is fixed between the two adjacent rows of protrusions 24 under the condition of no external force drive.
