Detailed Description
Fig. 1, 2 and 3 show a portable stool, which includes a supporting mechanism and a supporting member 1 fixed on the top of the supporting mechanism, and the greatest difference between the portable stool provided in this embodiment and the existing stool is that the supporting mechanism includes a main supporting member 2 which supports and bears when touching the ground and a supporting mechanism which moves up and down along the main supporting mechanism to unfold, fold and support the supporting member 1. The supporting member 1 is a member for directly supporting a human body when the stool is used, and can be made of wood, steel, iron, aluminum, mesh cloth, oxford cloth or other materials, and for the convenience of storage and expansion, the supporting member is made of mesh cloth, oxford cloth, rope woven materials or various common cloth or other flexible materials.
The supporting mechanism comprises at least three supporting pieces 3 uniformly arranged around the circumference of the main bearing piece 2 and a guide limiting piece fixed at the top end of the main bearing mechanism to realize the guide opening and closing of the supporting pieces 3, wherein the supporting pieces 3 are shown in fig. 1.
The lower end of the supporting part 3 is hinged with a movable fixing seat 5 which is sleeved on the outer wall of the main bearing part 2 and can move up and down, wherein the movable fixing seat 5 can be a circular ring part, so that the movable fixing seat is sleeved on the main bearing part 2 which is shaped like an outer circular tube, the axial up-and-down movement along the main bearing part 2 is realized, and the supporting part 3 hinged with the movable fixing seat is driven to move up and down.
The guiding position-limiting element comprises a fixed seat 6 fixed on the outer wall of the top end of the main bearing element 2 and at least three connecting pieces 7 uniformly arranged around the circumference of the main bearing element 2, as can be seen from fig. 1, the fixed seat 6 is also a circular ring piece fixedly sleeved on the top end of the main bearing element 2, and of course, the fixed seat can also be a protruding circular ring integrally formed with the top end of the main bearing element 2; the upper end of the connecting piece 7 is hinged with the fixed seat 6, and the lower end of the connecting piece 7 is hinged with the middle part of the supporting piece 3 in the length direction, so that when the movable fixed seat 5 moves up and down along the axial direction of the main bearing piece 2, the supporting piece 3 is restrained by the connecting piece 7, and moves relative to the main bearing piece 2, the supporting piece 1 (such as oxford fabric) connected with the top end of the supporting piece 3 is stretched and unfolded outwards, and when the movable fixed seat 5 moves to the lower end of the fixed seat 6 and cannot move any more, 3 supporting pieces 3 are in a final and maximum open state, so that the supporting piece 1 (such as oxford fabric) is stretched and tightened to form a supporting surface with a certain supporting force, and the support of a person sitting on the supporting surface can be realized.
In order to maintain the continuous support of the supporting piece 1 to the human body, a movable fixing seat limiting device 8 located below the fixing seat 6 is arranged on the outer wall of the main bearing piece 2 and used for preventing the movable fixing seat 5 from sliding downwards when the movable fixing seat 5 moves to the upper end of the main bearing piece 2, so that the movable fixing seat 5 is limited between the fixing seat limiting device 8 and the fixing seat 6.
The fixing seat limiting device 8 adopted in the embodiment is a spring pin or a wedge-shaped spring guide block which is vertically installed (installed perpendicular to the axis of the main bearing part 2) on the main bearing part 2; the spring catch is a common component, the application is that another component moves relative to a component in order to clamp the assembly, only external force is needed to push back the ejector pin along the circumferential direction, after the movable fixing seat 6 moves between the fixing seat 5 and the spring catch after passing, the external force is cancelled, the ejector pin of the spring catch can be popped out to block the lower end of the movable fixing seat 6, the movable fixing seat 6 can be effectively prevented from sliding downwards by bearing, otherwise, when the movable fixing seat 6 needs to move downwards, only external force is needed to push back the ejector pin, and the movable fixing seat 6 is moved downwards until the inner ring of the movable fixing seat 6 butts against the ejector pin and then continues to slide downwards to move the movable fixing seat 6.
The wedge-shaped spring guide block is composed of a wedge-shaped block 9 and a spring plate shown in fig. 4, of course, this structure is also a common stop limit mechanism, such as a limit mechanism on a rain umbrella, while the inner side of the wedge-shaped block 9 in this embodiment is fixedly connected with an inclined outward extending piece 10 of the spring plate, and the bottom surface of the wedge-shaped block 9 is overlapped with the top surface of a horizontal part 11 of the spring plate and then fixed on the hole wall of a limit device mounting hole 12 on the main bearing part 2 together with the horizontal part 11. Thus, when the movable fixing seat 6 moves up and down, the wedge block 9 is pushed and pressed inwards by external force, or the movable fixing seat 6 is pushed upwards, by means of the inclined plane guide effect of the wedge block 9, the wedge block 9 is pushed and pressed inwards when the movable fixing seat 6 moves upwards until the movable fixing seat 6 moves to the position above the wedge block 9, the wedge block 9 is restored to the original state under the action of the elastic sheet, so that the movable fixing seat 6 is blocked between the fixing seat 5 and the wedge block 9 by means of the top surface of the wedge block 9, the support member 3 is continuously supported, when needing to be folded, the wedge block 9 is pushed and pressed inwards by hand, so that the movable fixing seat 6 moves downwards, the support member 3 hinged with the movable fixing seat 3 is driven to move downwards, and the support member 3 is folded inwards (close to the main support member 2) under the action of the connecting member 7 and the fixing seat 5, until the support member 3 and the connecting member 7 are folded and unfolded on the, it should be noted that the connecting member 7 provided in this embodiment is a rigid channel, so when the supporting member 3 is folded, when the connecting member 7 rotates around the hinge of the fixing seat 6 or the hinge (such as a rotating shaft, a pin shaft, or a ball bearing), the supporting member 3 is pressed outward, until the outer end of the connecting member 7 slides over the farthest horizontal point with the radius of the connecting member 7, the supporting member 3 is retracted inward, until the connecting member 7 is folded into the channel of the supporting member 3 (the supporting member 3 also adopts a channel, and for the purpose of smaller volume after being folded, the channel of the supporting member 3 and the channel of the connecting member 7 are oriented in the same direction, both facing the side of the main supporting member 2), so that the side wall of the supporting member 3, which is basically closely attached to the main supporting member 2, is folded. The connecting piece 7 in the form adopts a channel-like steel structure as the connecting piece, obviously, the opening and closing difficulty is increased, the supporting piece 1 is required to have better ductility in order to reduce the strength requirement during opening and closing or closing, and if oxford is adopted, the connecting piece can be properly enlarged under the pulling action of external force, so that the connecting piece of the rod piece type structure provided by the embodiment is met.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and particularly fig. 2, the supporting member 3 and the connecting member 7 provided in this embodiment both have the same shape as the channel steel, and by adopting this shape, not only can the rigidity be enhanced, thereby providing sufficient supporting force, but also the connecting member 7 can be accommodated in the groove of the supporting member 3 when being folded, and the volume after being folded is further reduced, therefore, a staggered and hinged manner of the connecting member 7 and the supporting member 3 can be adopted, which not only increases the volume, but also provides higher stress requirements for the hinge pin of the connecting member 7 and the supporting member 3, and will have higher requirements for the rigidity of the material, and inevitably increase the cost.
When the supporting member 3 moves downward relative to the main supporting member 2 along with the movable fixing seat 5, the supporting member is in a state of obliquely downward and inward folding, so that the outward pulling force on the supporting member 1 (such as oxford) is cancelled, and meanwhile, the supporting member 1 (such as oxford) is driven to move downward until the supporting member 3 and the connecting member 7 are both in a state of being basically parallel to the axis of the main supporting member 2, at this time, the supporting member 1 (such as oxford) is folded at the top end of the main supporting member 2, and the whole supporting mechanism is in an idle folded state, namely a state shown in fig. 3.
In order to further simplify the structure, the present embodiment provides another structure that does not require the movable fixing base 5, specifically: the guide limiting part 4 comprises a fixed seat 6 fixed on the outer wall of the top end of the main bearing part 3 and at least three connecting pieces 7 uniformly arranged around the circumference of the main bearing part 2; the upper end of the connecting piece 7 is hinged with the fixed seat 6, and the lower end of the connecting piece 7 is hinged with the middle part of the supporting piece 3 in the length direction;
a chute 24 (the notch of which is inclined upwards, so that the rod piece inserted into the notch of the main bearing 2 is in a fork shape, and the notch of the side surface looks like a letter V), a vertical groove 25 and a T-shaped limit pin 26 are arranged on the side wall of the main bearing 2, and as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the upper end of the vertical groove 25 is communicated with the chute 24; the transverse part of the T-shaped limiting pin 26 is arranged in the vertical groove 25, and the length of the transverse part is larger than the size of the notch of the inclined groove 24, so that the pulling-out is avoided; the vertical part of the limit pin 26 extends out of the vertical slot 25 and is hinged with the lower end of the support 3. Through the limiting mechanism with the structure, when the support member 3 moves upwards, the support member 3 moves outwards under the action of the connecting piece 7 and moves upwards under the action of external force, the support member 3 moves upwards along the vertical groove 25 under the limiting action of the vertical part of the T-shaped limiting pin 26 without swinging or circumferential rotation, when the lower end of the support member 3 moves to the notch of the inclined groove 24, the external force enables the lower end of the support member 3 to be inserted into the inclined groove 24 (the width of the notch of the inclined groove 24 is smaller than that of the lower end of the support member 3, and the inner side surface of the support member 3 is provided with a surface which is matched with the upper inclined surface 27 of the notch), namely, the action of opening the support member 3 outwards is completed, so that the support member 3 is in an outwards opening state under the action of the connecting piece 7 and the inclined groove 24, and cannot slide downwards or swing circumferentially under the limiting action of the inclined groove 24, so far, accomplish strutting of bench, can ensure that supporting member 1 forcefully accomplishes bearing to the human body, and when needs are packed up the bench, upwards remove support piece 3 earlier, leave the notch of chute 24 when the lower extreme of support piece 3, outwards rotate the lower extreme of support piece 3, pull support piece 3 downwards simultaneously to accomplish drawing in of support piece 3. The structure is simple, and when the connecting piece is opened or folded, the inward extrusion effect of the supporting piece 3 on the connecting piece 7 is effectively avoided, and the force required in the process of opening or folding the supporting piece 3 is greatly reduced.
The present embodiment provides a main bearing 2 composed of a top tubular member 17 shown in fig. 5 and a base 18 provided at the bottom end of the tubular member 17; wherein the base 18 is formed by three tile supports 19 (i.e. shaped like tiles and having a C-shaped cross section) arranged uniformly along the circumference of the tubular member 17; the top of tile support piece 19 is articulated with the bottom of tubulose 17, and constitute the tubulose after this three tile support piece 19 gathers together, and three tile support piece 19 opens the back as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 5, the bottom outwards extends to support subaerial, the top is articulated with the lower extreme of tubulose 17, thereby constitute triangle tripod power, realize the triangular supports to tubulose 17, and then realize the triangular supports to whole supporting mechanism, ensure the stability in use of this portable bench, of course, can thicken the top of three tile support piece 19 and the lower extreme of tubulose 17, and the thickness inwards extends, thereby increase the area of contact of tile support piece 19 and tubulose 17, further promote the stability of using, avoid the damage that the small area touch-press caused simultaneously, prolonged service life.
Of course, the base shown in fig. 6 may also be adopted, that is, the base 18 is composed of a central disk 20 fixedly connected to the lower end of the tubular member 17, and three supporting pieces 21 hinged to the central disk 20, the three supporting pieces 21 are uniformly arranged on the bottom surface (the top surface is also possible) of the central disk 20, and rotatably extend out from or retract to the bottom surface of the central disk 20 through a hinge pin shaft, and in order to ensure stability, three limiting holes 22 are provided on the central disk 20; the top surfaces of the three support sheets 21 are respectively provided with a limit bump 23 with an arc-shaped top surface, so that the limit bumps 23 are clamped into the limit holes 22 when the three support sheets 21 extend out of the bottom surface of the central disk 20, and the limit bumps 23 are forcibly pushed out of the limit holes 22 when the three support sheets 21 are retracted.
Fig. 7 shows another construction of the supporting mechanism, in which the supporting member 3 and the guiding position-limiting member 4 are wedge-shaped blocks, and they are assembled into a rectangle with their inclined surfaces facing each other; and the extension line of the inclined plane of the support 3 forms an angle of 35-55 degrees with the axis of the main bearing 2 and extends from top to bottom to intersect with the axis of the main bearing 2; the supporting piece 3 and the guide limiting piece 4 are embedded together through a guide block 13 or a guide groove 14 which are arranged on the inclined surfaces opposite to each other, and can slide relative to each other; the opposite side surfaces of the guide block 13 or the guide groove 14 are respectively provided with a guide limiting strip 15 shown in fig. 8 or a guide limiting groove 16 shown in fig. 9, and the transverse limiting between the guide block 13 and the guide groove 14 is realized by the mutual embedding of the guide limiting strip 15 and the guide limiting groove 16, so that the slippage of the guide block 13 and the guide groove 14 is prevented;
or the guide block 13 is designed into a T-shaped guide block, and the cross section of the guide groove 14 is a trapezoidal guide groove; the top end of the guide groove 14 is provided with a limiting plug or a limiting pin to prevent the guide block 14 from sliding out; the top end of the inclined plane of the guide limit part 4 is provided with a transverse spring pin or a wedge-shaped spring guide block, which is used for abutting against the lower end of the support part 3 when the support part 3 is located at the top end of the guide limit part, so as to stop the downward sliding of the support part 3.
