The sugar-resistant cosmetic composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2.8 parts of white kidney bean extract, 2.2 parts of blood orange concentrated powder, 0.4 part of pueraria flower isoflavone, 1.9 parts of seaweed extract, 1.9 parts of green coffee powder, 1.2 parts of camellia seed extract, 4.5 parts of pome cactus powder, 8 parts of mate tea extract, 4 parts of aronia melanocarpa fiber, 4.6 parts of aloe vera extract, 2.5 parts of stachyose, 8.8 parts of galactomannan, 19 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 25 parts of maltodextrin and 13.2 parts of inulin.
A sugar-resistant beautifying composition and a preparation method thereof comprise the following steps:
(1) respectively pulverizing green coffee powder, camellia seed extract and mate tea extract, and sieving with 80 mesh sieve;
(2) according to the parts by weight, all the components are completely dissolved in water and are uniformly mixed until the components are completely dissolved; adding pectin into another equal amount of water at 70 deg.C, and stirring to dissolve completely; finally, mixing the two phases uniformly, and blending and homogenizing;
(3) filling each bag with 30mL under aseptic condition;
(4) the filled product was pasteurized in a water bath at 96 ℃ for 28 min.

The sugar-resistant cosmetic composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of white kidney bean extract, 2.7 parts of blood orange concentrated powder, 0.2 part of pueraria flower isoflavone, 1.5 parts of seaweed extract, 2.2 parts of green coffee powder, 1.6 parts of camellia seed extract, 4.5 parts of pome cactus powder, 6.8 parts of yerba mate extract, 3.2 parts of aronia melanocarpa fiber, 4.4 parts of aloe vera extract, 2.8 parts of stachyose, 5.5 parts of galactomannan, 48 parts of resistant dextrin and 13.6 parts of inulin.
A sugar-resistant beautifying composition and a preparation method thereof comprise the following steps:

Firstly, the antioxidant functional food provided by the embodiment 3 of the invention is used for carrying out acute oral toxicity test on mice:

2.1 Experimental animals
20 Kun-Bai mice were housed in cages, half-and-half of each, weighing 18g-22g (3-5 days after purchase of the animals).
2.2 Experimental methods
Mice were gavaged with 15mL/kg of the composition drink of the invention (mice fasted for 8h before gavage). After administration, the behavior, mental state, appetite, fur, weight change, death, and the like of the mice were observed on days 0, 7, and 14, respectively.

3.3 conclusion of the experiment
The data result shows that under the test condition, the product to be detected is administrated to the test animal by gavage, the animal has good mental state, normal behavior, normal weight increase and no adverse reaction after gavage, the death rate is 0%, and LD50 is more than 5g/kg, so that the product is proved to be nontoxic and safe, and the acute toxicity test result meets the requirement of biological safety evaluation and belongs to a nontoxic grade result.
Secondly, the human body efficacy verification is carried out on the antioxidant functional food provided by the invention:
the taking period is as follows: 30 mL/bag, 1-2 bags/day, and is administered continuously for 90 days.
The compositions of comparative examples 1-3 were used as controls and the following verification comparisons were made.
1. Test object
110 volunteers (55 each of men and women) were recruited as study subjects who had relatively high working strength and an average age of 28. + -. 1.5 years, divided into 11 groups, and took the products of examples 1 to 8 and the samples of comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively.
All subjects were healthy and voluntarily enrolled without taking other functional foods.
2. Procedure of experiment
The test subjects started to eat for the first time, and the test records of the body weight and the skin related index of the test subjects are carried out successively at the beginning of the experiment, 10 days of eating, 20 days of eating and 30 days of eating respectively.
3. Results of the experiment

It is obvious from the above table that the weight of the experimental group is obviously different from that of the control group after the volunteers take the product, and the weight of the experimental group can be reduced by 6kg after the experimental group takes the product for 30 days, which proves that the weight-loss-preventing and weight-reducing tea has certain effects on controlling the weight and reducing the weight.

It can be seen from the above table that the data of the experimental group and the data of the control group have a certain difference after the volunteers take the product, and the BMI index of the experimental group is reduced more than that of the control group after eating the product, which proves that the product has a certain effect on slimming.

It can be seen from the above table that the data of the experimental group and the data of the control group have a certain difference after the volunteers take the product, the skin elasticity index of the experimental group is improved higher than that of the control group, and the product is proved to have certain efficacy for maintaining and repairing skin elasticity, beautifying and resisting aging.
Therefore, after the volunteers take the product, the body weight, the fat rate and the visceral fat index are reduced, and the skin elasticity index is improved, so that the sugar-resistant and beautifying functional food provided by the invention not only has the effects of reducing weight and fat, but also has the effects of beautifying and resisting aging, and can comprehensively meet the requirements of the current young people; the raw materials are selected from the raw material catalogue specified by the state, and the dosage is strictly limited within a certain range, so that the traditional Chinese medicine is safe and effective, has no toxic or side effect, and can be eaten for a long time.

Claims (10)

1. A sugar-resisting and beautifying composition is characterized by comprising white kidney bean extract, blood orange concentrated powder, pueraria flower isoflavone, seaweed extract, green coffee powder, pear cactus powder and aloe vera extract.
2. The sugar-reducing cosmetic composition according to claim 1, further comprising camellia extract.
3. The sugar-resistant cosmetic composition according to claim 1, further comprising yerba mate extract.
4. The sugar-resistant cosmetic composition according to claim 1, further comprising aronia melanocarpa fibers.
5. The sugar-retarding cosmetic composition according to claim 1, further comprising stachyose.
6. The sugar-resistant cosmetic composition according to claim 1, further comprising galactomannan.
7. The sugar-resistant cosmetic composition according to claim 1, further comprising an adjuvant selected from one or more of malto-oligosaccharide, isomalto-oligosaccharide, resistant dextrin, maltodextrin, and inulin.
8. The sugar-resistant cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the weight parts of the components are as follows: 1-3.5 parts of white kidney bean extract, 1-3 parts of blood orange concentrated powder, 0.1-0.5 part of pueraria flower extract, 0.9-3 parts of seaweed extract, 1.5-4 parts of green coffee powder, 3-6 parts of opuntia ficus-indica powder and 3-5 parts of aloe vera extract.
9. The sugar-resistant beauty composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 1-3.5 parts of white kidney bean extract, 1-3 parts of blood orange concentrated powder, 0.1-0.5 part of flower of kudzuvine extract, 0.9-3 parts of seaweed extract, 1.5-4 parts of green coffee powder, 0.2-2 parts of camellia seed extract, 3-6 parts of pome cactus powder, 1-9 parts of mate tea extract, 2-5 parts of aronia melanocarpa fiber, 3-5 parts of aloe vera extract, 0.5-3 parts of stachyose and 3-10 parts of galactomannan.
10. A food product having a sugar-barrier cosmetic effect, said food product comprising a safe and effective amount of a composition according to any one of claims 1-8.
