In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a sugar-resisting skin caring composition comprises semen Phaseoli vulgaris extract, concentrated powder of fructus Citri Junoris, flos Puerariae Lobatae isoflavone, Sargassum extract, green coffee powder, Opuntia Ficus powder and Aloe Barbadensis extract.
The composition protected by the invention is added with the pueraria flower isoflavone and the seaweed extract, so that the decomposition and combustion of fat are promoted, the absorption of the fat is inhibited, and the absorption of the body to the fat is controlled in a double-effect manner.
The alpha-amylase inhibiting protein (starch blocking agent) contained in the white kidney bean extract is a natural glycoside hydrolase inhibiting protein. It can effectively block the digestion and absorption of human body to starch in the object and reduce the conversion of starch decomposition to sugar by inhibiting the activity of amylase in saliva and intestinal tract.
The blood orange concentrated powder is rich in ascorbic acid, flavone, anthocyanin and hydroxycinnamic acid, and can inhibit fat cell proliferation, accelerate fat metabolism, reduce body weight and body fat and reduce waist circumference and hip circumference.

The aloe vera extract of the present invention contains polysaccharides, anthraquinones, proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc. as main components, and the active components include linarin, isolinarin, beta-aloin, aloe-emodin, etc., and has the functions of astringing, softening, moisturizing and diminishing inflammation of skin, and can also treat skin inflammation, acne, freckle, acne, scald, knife wound, insect bite, etc. It is also effective for hair, and can keep hair moist and smooth and prevent alopecia.
Preferably, camellia extract is also included.
The camellia seed extract disclosed by the invention is rich in more than 25% of saponin, and can effectively improve wrinkles, skin water content and skin elasticity, promote peripheral blood circulation and hair growth, reduce weight, reduce visceral fat, reduce cholesterol and triglyceride and effectively reduce obesity.
Preferably, mate tea extract is also included.

Preferably, galactomannans are also included.
The galactomannans of the present invention reduce carbohydrate breakdown and absorption in the digestive tract and slow gastric emptying to reduce postprandial blood glucose and moderate weight loss.
Preferably, the auxiliary material is selected from one or more of malto-oligosaccharide, isomalto-oligosaccharide, resistant dextrin, maltodextrin and inulin.

The invention provides a preparation method of a sugar-resistant cosmetic composition, which comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively pulverizing green coffee powder, semen Camelliae Japonicae extract and mate tea extract, and sieving with 80 mesh sieve;
(2) weighing white kidney bean extract, blood orange concentrated powder, flos puerariae lobatae extract, seaweed extract, green coffee powder, camellia extract, pome cactus powder, yerba mate extract, aronia melanocarpa fiber, aloe vera extract, stachyose, galactomannan and auxiliary materials, adding the mixture into water, stirring and dissolving, adding fruit pulp into another equal amount of water at 70 ℃, stirring and dissolving, and then mixing the two-phase solution;
(3) carrying out bag-splitting filling on the mixed solution obtained in the step (2) under an aseptic condition;
(4) and (5) carrying out water bath pasteurization on the packaged and filled product.
Preferably, the volume of the bag filling in the step (3) is 30 mL.
Preferably, the temperature of the water bath pasteurization in the step (4) is 80-100 ℃, and the time is 20-30 min.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides a sugar-resistant cosmetic composition and a preparation method thereof, which can effectively reduce the conversion and absorption of glucose-starch-fat, promote excretion and achieve the optimal weight control effect by regulating/balancing energy in a three-dimensional angle from the aspects of reducing the absorption of glucose, controlling the absorption of fat and inhibiting the activity of amylase through green coffee powder, pueraria flower isoflavone and seaweed extract. The components are compounded and cooperated to act on the most basic glucose, starch and fat of human body layer by layer, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing fat. Avoids various syndromes such as malnutrition, gastrointestinal dysfunction, easy fatigue and the like caused by the fact that weight-losing and lipid-lowering products in the prior art are easy to inhibit normal metabolism in vivo and the food intake is reduced. The sugar-resistant cosmetic composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.9 parts of white kidney bean extract, 1.8 parts of blood orange concentrated powder, 0.2 part of pueraria flower isoflavone, 1.3 parts of seaweed extract, 2.1 parts of green coffee powder, 1.6 parts of camellia seed extract, 4.2 parts of pome cactus powder, 3.3 parts of mate tea extract, 2.9 parts of aronia melanocarpa fiber, 3.6 parts of aloe vera extract, 1.1 parts of stachyose, 4.7 parts of galactomannan, 41 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide and 30.3 parts of maltodextrin.

Firstly, the antioxidant functional food provided by the embodiment 3 of the invention is used for carrying out acute oral toxicity test on mice:

2.1 Experimental animals
20 Kun-Bai mice were housed in cages, half-and-half of each, weighing 18g-22g (3-5 days after purchase of the animals).
2.2 Experimental methods
Mice were gavaged with 15mL/kg of the composition drink of the invention (mice fasted for 8h before gavage). After administration, the behavior, mental state, appetite, fur, weight change, death, and the like of the mice were observed on days 0, 7, and 14, respectively.

3.3 conclusion of the experiment
The data result shows that under the test condition, the product to be detected is administrated to the test animal by gavage, the animal has good mental state, normal behavior, normal weight increase and no adverse reaction after gavage, the death rate is 0%, and LD50 is more than 5g/kg, so that the product is proved to be nontoxic and safe, and the acute toxicity test result meets the requirement of biological safety evaluation and belongs to a nontoxic grade result.
Secondly, the human body efficacy verification is carried out on the antioxidant functional food provided by the invention:
the taking period is as follows: 30 mL/bag, 1-2 bags/day, and is administered continuously for 90 days.
The compositions of comparative examples 1-3 were used as controls and the following verification comparisons were made.
1. Test object
110 volunteers (55 each of men and women) were recruited as study subjects who had relatively high working strength and an average age of 28. + -. 1.5 years, divided into 11 groups, and took the products of examples 1 to 8 and the samples of comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively.
All subjects were healthy and voluntarily enrolled without taking other functional foods.
2. Procedure of experiment
The test subjects started to eat for the first time, and the test records of the body weight and the skin related index of the test subjects are carried out successively at the beginning of the experiment, 10 days of eating, 20 days of eating and 30 days of eating respectively.

It can be seen from the above table that the data of the experimental group and the data of the control group have a certain difference after the volunteers take the product, the skin elasticity index of the experimental group is improved higher than that of the control group, and the product is proved to have certain efficacy for maintaining and repairing skin elasticity, beautifying and resisting aging.
Therefore, after the volunteers take the product, the body weight, the fat rate and the visceral fat index are reduced, and the skin elasticity index is improved, so that the sugar-resistant and beautifying functional food provided by the invention not only has the effects of reducing weight and fat, but also has the effects of beautifying and resisting aging, and can comprehensively meet the requirements of the current young people; the raw materials are selected from the raw material catalogue specified by the state, and the dosage is strictly limited within a certain range, so that the traditional Chinese medicine is safe and effective, has no toxic or side effect, and can be eaten for a long time.
